Review I have been coming here regularly for months without any issues but my experience tonight was atrocious. The problem started when we were surprised at how high the total was and told our bud tender that the total seemed off. She immediately got the manager. The manager came over and tried to explain to us that having a medical card was an added discount. She also said that since my partner had a DA discount he was 'technically double dipping.' Having a medical card is not a discount. She was frustrated when we kept asking questions to try and better understand and made it seem like it wasn't her problem that we just didn't get it. After leaving we realized our order was incorrect. I went back in to try and explain my problem and get my money back but the manager did not even come talk to me and instead sent a bud tender out to the lobby full of people to tell me that they reviewed my order multiple times with me and that they would not be able to give me my money back or exchange my items. This had been the problem from the beginning because our bud tender nor the manager ever reviewed our order with individual products and their prices with us. We were there at 9:30pm 5/15 and will not be returning.....0/10 read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Let me preface this by saying I've never complained about any establishment in my life. My boyfriend went here for a cartridge and before he opened it (literally did not touch the packaging at all) noticed it was nearly empty. it was advertised as .25 mg but there was probably less than 1/4 of that in it. He went to get a refund before the 7 days were up, and when he (very respectfully) showed them he was immediately accused by the manager of opening the package, smoking it, and repackaging it?? Not sure how it would be possible for someone to do that and also not sure of anyone who would go through that effort for a refund. There was zero evidence that the package had been opened, it was brand new but this guy opened the package in front of him and then said "it's opened". He was disrespectful and cocky (strange that you're this confident being that your career is nothing of value). He didn't even let him explain. This manager clearly doesn't have the brain capacity to work in customer service. Or he just was too much of a lazy piece of sh*t to process the refund. If he hadn't been so rude, it wouldn't have mattered. Either way please go anywhere else. They do not care about you lol read more

Went to this place and the security guard checked my ID and let me in. Then I showed my ID to the woman with short colorful dyed hair behind the desk. She told my my license was invalid because it was vertical despite the fact that I was 21 and recently turned 21. However, I understood that the dispensaries have their rules and I was fine with that. What I did not understand is why the lady behind the desk was absolutely rude and condescending. She did not have to, but went completely out of her way to make sure that I felt a different way about my experience. I used to love this dispensary, while I can confirm that wait times CAN be but aren't always long pickups for me I'm usually in and out in 10 min however. They had some high potent strain for cheap so I placed an order for that strain when I got there I read the package after getting my bag and it was way lower than it said on the website. At least 10% lower than what they said, so I just politely asked to switch my bud out. They gave me a big attitude asking if I was only buying for the potency I told them no but that one measured high and was cheap so I figured I'd try it and it was also indica which I was shopping for. They get the manager because there's no refunds and I explain to him I didn't want my money I just wanted different bud that I know I would like for the same price. He gets the bag I asked for after a long back and forth and he says "just so you know this is testing lower than what you had." I told him I understand and that my friend had that strain and referred me to get it." He then goes on to say "oh I can't have you buying weed for other people in my store" and I had to explain to him that it wasn't for my friend but was for me he just recommended it and if that wasn't allowed to get recommendations then they shouldn't allow people to do reviews on the bud on their website...another time I got there checked in and waited 20 min I started to get impatient so I start watching who they're calling to the back, I start to notice they're calling people who got there 5 minutes after me and they never called my name. He put me in the front of everybody after that but how do you forget to put someone who's ID you just copied the name from in line. It was ridiculous....on the good side though they have the best deals near me but they don't frequently have the best bud so if you like top shelf turn away, also if you like being treated like a second option go here. It's crazy because I applied here a long time ago and would be a far better fit than 70% of their employees. Also they have airport security at night so you have to get wanded down to enter. Why not buy a metal detector so we don't have to empty our pockets every time. read more

One of so called managers that helped with a issue on why i was sent back out in the sun cause it was 414 an not 420 yet an i couldn't try an take my time to get 420 giveaways. A girl i met an went back with her budtender encouraged her to take time an so she got her stuff np. She was upset as was her 1st time an last time based on the way they treated me. An so tried getting back in line almost made 1st 25 patient's at 420 thing but didn't asked why i was treated different an slightly agitated voice very quite too but then this girl had the nerve to say excuse me what do you seem to be disgruntled about as a introduction to resolve an issue. On top of that all the ppl that work here look like junkies have track marks an picking scars everywhere very disgusting make up only can cover so much ladies. poor service. placed pickup order and after I was advised it was ready to pickup I was told to wait in lobby another 30 minutes after I arrived. I have been going here since the location opened and it has gone downhill fast in the past month since REC, seems they no longer care about their MED patients. A safety concern as well is the very small parking lot can no longer accommodate the high level of traffic. I will not be going here again after today's poor visit. read more

Honestly not a bad dispensary, they carry premium 8ths from top growers at times. They also have deli style weed which can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's all popcorn dry bud but I have been surprised with some frosty dense nugs from behind the counter. Would definitely say that their concentrate game is strong. They have better deals than not compared to other dispos In the area. If you haven't been here it is worth checking out and making a judgment call. read more

Been going to nirvana for a while now, I placed an order online for a cartridge around 5pm and I went to the store around 6:45pm to pick it up. I noticed online they haven't prepared my order yet, so when I go in I waited to be called back to the checkout. The lady finally started preparing my order for the cartridge when I asked if I can add a gram of marijuana as well. She said, because I placed an online order I can't add anything else to my order and i have to go and stand in line again, while the lobby is completely full. I asked her, all of the marijuana is directly right behind you, I can't just get a gram while you're getting my first order ready? She said no unfortunately you can't add anything at all since it was placed online.. even though they didn't prepare my first order till i was standing there. So of course I am not going to go back in line and wait 45 minutes for one gram. I am so disappointed and will never go back to nirvana and I've gone there for over a year. I could say a lot but the nail in the coffin was when giving the bud tender change for my order, you know, to pay for it, they sighed, looked at my ten cents as nasty as possible and I quote "I can't make change for you. You know that right?" It was ten cents. Ten. Damn I understand and all, I know the change shortage and all too but is it actually a policy to make your medical patients pay exact amounts at this dispensary?
