This was the worst service experience I've ever had, and I strongly caution anyone against using…read morethem. It started well enough. Eddie did his best to take care of us throughout the entire experience. They called us to pick up our car and they didn't even repair one of two items that they said they would. They still charged us the quoted amount, which was supposed to include two repairs. Upon driving away, three major error indicators were going off on our dashboard (these were not there prior to the repair). After calling to inquire about it, they told us to bring it back and they'd take a look. The manager, Mike, was extremely rude and condescending. He said they'd review the work they did and "see if it was Caliber's fault." He refused to look at the diagnostic paperwork we got when having it looked over at Toyota. Surprise, surprise. Caliber determined that "everything was put back together correctly." Still major errors within the car's electronic components. We were given the email address of the district manager or some other higher-up (no follow-up phone number), Jeff, who never responded. Ultimately, we went to Toyota and had to pay $1300 for the damage Caliber did to our car, after paying THEM $750 to fix our one issue (and ignore the other thing we wanted fixed). Our car was at their facility for many days, and we had to go back and forth several times. I've never had a worse customer service experience (except for Eddie, who did everything he could despite his team) or felt so desperate that someone damaged my VEHICLE and would make no effort to fix it. Also note that Caliber is NOT BBB-accredited. I've heard they're good with body work, but steer clear if your repair requires ANYTHING electronic.

He tightened everything up, explained the issue, and didn't even charge me for it. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. A lot of places could have tried to sell me on repairs I didn't need, but they were straightforward and helpful. Great customer service and definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend!

Went to get an oil changed and that was all fine and good. No issues there…read more However tried to tell me my power steering and brake fluid needed changed because it was "nasty" and that compressor in my car wont turn on. Was going to be over $500 for everything he suggested. I passed. Went home. Checked all that for myself. Brake Fluid? Clean. Picture of my "nasty" brake fluid needing changed attached. Compressor absolutely turns on. I can HEAR IT. Didnt bother checking power steering because so far all ive seen is confirmed lies. Basically, if youre willing to be ripped off, these are the guys to go to. Theyre gonna drain your clean brake fluid AND your wallet all in under an hour.

I took 2)- wire spoke wheels w/tires mounted to check balance. He introduced me to his balance expert and then they both checked and adjusted the balance weights for me. The outstanding part of this story is this was at 'No Charge'... I haven't seen this type of service since I was a kid...(ol' guy'). Car lost power while driving. Scary situation…read more This was recommended by AAA to tow my car to. Mind you, they were just about closing. Or were closed already. The doors were locked and Tim still opened the doors up for me. Opened the garage door to store my car overnight. Filled out some paperwork and was told that they may have issues getting the codes for some BMW's, but will update me. I thanked him for allowing me to come in when they were essentially closed up and I went home. The next day, Tim called me and updated me. Broke down what was needed to be replaced and how much. Even said that there weren't any other issues that needed to be addressed at the time. I agreed to everything over the phone. A few hours later, my car was ready. That was pretty fast considering what they needed to change is quite difficult to get to. Tim explained everything when I was to pay. A bit out of the way from where I live, but I would definitely come back here with Tim's exceptional customer service.

Took a car there to have a radiator coolant leak fixed, after a few days was told car was ready…read more Get the car back supposedly the issue was fixed also (found a dirty rag left under the hood) only to have it began leaking again after three days and get charged another couple hundred dollars as they missed the other damaged hose. This time I find someone's energy drink left in my car. Then the leak returns again after barely four months.
