We were dealing with an unexpected A/C failure that appeared to be related to recent lightning and storm activity in the area. The technician (and team) took the time to explain what he was seeing, discussed the likely cause with us, and helped us understand our options. Our particular unit is no longer manufactured and replacement parts can be difficult to find. Rather than simply recommending that we replace the entire system, Aaron's AC took the time to locate a compatible condenser that would work with our existing equipment. That effort allowed us to address the problem without having to undertake a much more extensive and costly full-system replacement. Once the solution was identified, the team handled everything extremely quickly and professionally. Almost immediately after reaching out, he was asking questions, requesting pictures, and really trying to get an idea of my space. He was kind, thoughtful, and extremely communicative. Unlike one company I dealt with, he was also open to giving me multiple options. There were no pushy sales tactics. He definitely isn't a salesman, he's an installer. Replacing your entire HVAC system is not cheap, and honestly, it is intimidating if you don't know a darn thing about SEER ratings and tonnage. I can research just about anything, so I really appreciated being given the information and having the opportunity to take it back and analyze it for myself and compare.
