Salad soup steak cocktails and a bunch of potatoes

Assistance - Balance - Cleanliness + Deliciousness - Environment + Our server seemed put out and rushed us. The amount of food for the price was off balance, less food for the expense. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Filet Mignon was freezer burned and cooked frozen, indicators were obvious, rare inside full of water, charred burned outside. The environment was wonderful, as most Cool Hand Luke's locations, very western. I cannot give this location more than 2 stars. Sorry.

I only came back because my son won an award for a Free kids dinner here, and I am so glad I did!! I ordered the steak burger meal and it was the best Hamburger/steak I have ever had in my life!!! I just can't believe how delicious it was!! I will definitely be back to order rhe the same thing!! So good! Our waitress was also amazing too!!

I am shocked this place doesn't have 5 stars! I was in town for work, and had a group of 10 come to dinner here. The steak was flavorful and juicy. I was not a big fan of the bread, however I LOVED the beans! Hands down the best beans I have ever had. We ordered the cowboy cookie and bread pudding were outstanding. I am not much if a dessert person, but these were certainly worth the calories. The restaurant is full of history of Tulare with pictures on the wall of the 1800's and 1900's of the city. Really nest to see that history. Our waitress was prompt and had great customer service.

Walked in and got sat right in. Waiter was very nice and charismatic. She could have checked in a bit more , but besides that the food was great. Everything tasted fresh, my steak was cooked perfect. You never miss cool hand Luke's!

Went to early dining here on a weekday. Service was good; wasn't crowded. They have an early dining menu before 6pm Sunday thru Thursdays and a special for selected drinks. All meals come with campfire beans ( which were nice and spicy ) and some delicious rolls with garlic butter. Ambiance is laid back almost like your at a saloon. Ordered the bourbon shrimp ; loved the bourbon taste ; shrimps were good. The redskin mashed potatoes were nice and hot ; just the way I like my food. Creamy yet nice and thick. My husband ordered the country fried steak; he seemed to really enjoy it. The Mai tai on the $6 special menu was nice and strong. Great bang for your buck. A couple of those and you'd really be good to go. Have a buzz for sure. Would I come back and try some more food? Definitely for sure,

All I can say is wow. The food was delicious. My prime rib was perfectly prepared. Loved the service from our waitress Brandy. She provided top notch service evening managing multiples tables at dinner. The price for the prime rib dinner for two is an excellent value. The shrimp appetizer was so tasty. Food was so filling I ended taking a bunch home. The ambiance was so welcoming. Honestly can't say enough about my visit. If you are traveling through Tulare take some time to stop and check out Cool Hand Luke's. Five stars plus

There were two options: the full experience rodizio or the salad bar and side dishes only. However, when we were seated, we were immediately told the instructions for the full experience. Personally I would only do the full experience as the salad bar wasn't varied or tasty enough for the $34.95 price tag. The salad bar and hot foods were on the mushier side. I wished the sauces were formatted in a different format as the chimichurri sauce was very far from the edge. Hence, there was a high risk of cross contamination and spillage. The mustard pasta salad was bland and limp. The potato salad fared a similar dull taste and resembled a starchy lump. The tomatoes were grainy and dry. The pao de queijo was disappointedly under the ray of death so they weren't too hot nor crispy. I wished my party got to experience fresher baskets of bread. =FULL EXPERIENCE= We were told that there were 17 available meats but we only experienced some of them. However, we enjoyed how we got to taste them when they were hot and cooked perfectly. *Picanha: one of my favorites. The fat cap was rendered and seasoned well. The meat was medium rare, tender and juicy. This had the greatest beef flavor. *Chicken with Bacon: the chicken was tender but the bacon had a stronger smokey flavor. The bacon shone more than the chicken. *Pork Belly: my other favorite piece. There were bits of fat dispersed throughout so it was moist and flavorful. There was subtle crispiness from the fat browning. *Spicy Linguica: the spice was subtle and the casing gave a satisfying snap. The interior was juicy but it was on the saltier side. *Pork Ribs: surprisingly tender and fall of the bone. The sauce was a sweeter barbeque and the ribs were on the wetter side. There wasn't any smokiness, char or caramelization but the flavors and texture were still good. *Peppered Steak: on the tougher side but still oozed out meaty juice. *Garlic Steak: similar to the peppered steak only saltier. The garlic flavor wasn't very prominent and this piece left me thirsty. I would have preferred a garlic sauce as opposed to the concentrated garlic powder taste. *Tri Tip: the best option for a leaner cut. The meat was tender and juicy. This was similar in flavor to the picanha but without the fattiness. *Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple: the cinnamon hardened around the pineapple, offering a satisfying crunch followed by a gush of sweet fruitiness. The simplistically made this my favorite rendition from a Brazilian steakhouse. This was a great meal ender despite us getting flan afterwards. *NY Strip: this was a daily special. This was a leaner cut so the beefiness was prominent but I preferred the other meats with more fat. =A LA CARTE= Not included in the all you can eat experience. *Mojito: refreshing and citrusy. There was a good amount of alcohol included. *Pudim: great way to end the meal. The Brazilian flan was dense and creamy. There was a thin layer of caramel sauce on top but it wasn't too sweet. The portion size was nicely shareable between two people. Unfortunately, they didn't bring out the shrimp until we were full so we didn't get to try it. Otherwise the service was consistent and attentive. Our server even asked about which meats were our favorites so they could bring them back out for us. There were multiple groups celebrating birthdays and they brought out their staff to sing happy birthday. During an all you can eat experience, good service is the lifeline and this was some of the best service I've received. The ambiance was stellar and this was my favorite dining experience in the Central Valley. The meats blew the salad bar and sides out of the water so I would return just for that. Although this was a pricier option, the quality and service were 5 stars.

We started by sharing the wedge salad. I am a blue cheese girl, and this blue cheese was BLUE CHEESE. Rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I could have happily made a meal out of that alone. We also ordered the calamari, which came with two dipping sauces. One was a sweet and sour-style nuoc cham sauce that was incredible. The other was a fresh, flavorful tartar sauce. The calamari itself was prepared perfectly--light, crispy, not oily at all, and cooked just right. For dinner, I had the pistachio-crusted salmon over vegetable quinoa. The salmon was excellent. The quinoa was good, but probably just not my personal style. My husband ordered the pork chop with polenta, and wow--both were fantastic. That polenta was especially memorable. We sat at a table in the bar area (that's our vibe), and we had the pleasure of being served by Orlando, a newer bartender. He was outstanding. From the moment we sat down, we felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. He introduced us to a mezcal that complemented our meals perfectly and was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Top-notch customer service. This isn't an inexpensive everyday dinner spot, but the quality of the food, drinks, and service made it absolutely worth it. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. If you haven't been to Braised lately, go check it out--and if you're lucky enough to have Orlando take care of you, you're in for a great evening.

What worked: -- servers and staff were all very kind -- there's decent menu variety and something for everyone to enjoy -- the music and vibe inside was a nice mix of busy yet intimate, it's a great place for a date or fancy night out What didn't work: -- I think this is likely due to it being Valentines Day, but the service was pretty spotty. Servers almost gave us someone else's food twice and it took a while for our food to get to our table. -- my dish (shrimp primavera) could have had a little more going for it! The pasta and veggies could have been a little more seasoned (and I would have loved more veggies), and the shrimp was waaaaay too salty, it was difficult to eat it all. Unfortunately their specialty cocktails weren't included but they were reasonably priced regardless. *Artichoke, Spinach, and Cheese Dip: had a grainy, chunky texture made predominantly from the artichoke. There needed a better mixer and creamy element. The flavors resembled a thick pesto. The toasted bread was the best part. *Spicy Calamari: nicely fried but a tad too salty. Would have appreciated a lemony component to cut through the grease. *Garlic Fries: thicker cut with slight crisp. They were garlicky but the Parmesan left a strange aftertaste. *Green Tea Shot: pleasantly fruity and the pour was generous. The service was friendly and we look forward to when they'll hold music nights again. Ultimately the drinks tasted better than the food. Although not perfect, the pricing makes Sebby's the ideal post work spot. I hope Sebby's hones in their flavors and textures they're aiming for so then people can come for the food too.

We both ordered steaks and they were fantastic. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars, is because there were mistakes made with our orders, and the sides were cold.
