Food was burnt. Service was terrible. Got threatened by multiple customers and staff. Tristen was the staff member that riled up all the bar patrons to start threatening me and my boyfriend. And the staff member who threatened me specifically was the owners dad. I know this because she said "nothing is going to happen because Tim is my dad" I've been in the service industry for over 15 years and never have I experienced something like this. If I were to treat my customers like this where I work, I would be fired on the spot. They only offered a refund after I threatened to call the police. And I'm still starving with not many places around to eat. I didn't even want the refund, I wanted a remake because I'm extremely hungry and they refused. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. I will not be back. And I will be passing this message to anyone who asks at my bar.

I ordered Hamburger and Fries at 5:30 pm did not receive it until 6:15 pm And then the burger was not good To get any service you have to drink alcohol. Would not recommend this place for food or service

I was staying at the LaQuinta and decided to review Coopers Pub which is located in the same building. I do not drink anymore, so I was only interested in the food, and I had never been in a pub before, so it was interesting to observe. The actual pub is rather small, like you would expect of any local bar. There was a counter and the bartender was listening to a man sitting at the counter talk about his life. There were several booths along the walls and tables with chairs in the center of the room. I ordered at the counter and the bar tender took my order. She offered to have the food delivered to my room, but I was in no hurry and wanted to experience the atmosphere so I waited. Sitting at the booths opposite the bar, were two booths, each with a couple of very senior citizens. They all sat looking forward towards the bar area sitting motionless, eye's wide open and just staring. The room is kind of dim, and they made me feel like I was in a M. Night Shyamalan thriller movie. As a filmmaker, its was quite entertaining watching them. The person at the bar apparently was a regular, because as he was leaving he told the bartender he'd be back in later in the week to tell her more about whatever life event he had been sharing with her. She was friendly and said O.K. see you soon. The Kitchen is in a different area next to the pub, and a nice woman brought me my order. I ordered the BSA Burger and a side order of Deep Fried Pickles with ranch dressing. I was really looking forward to the fried dill pickles, because I hadn't had them in eleven years. No one sells them in California. The BSA (Bacon Swiss Avocado Burger) had some of the best bacon I've ever tasted, the burger was very beefy, but they must have been out of Avocado or only put a little on it, because I didn't taste any at all. Overall it was a very good hamburger and I didn't have to drive anywhere to get it. A bit on the pricey side, but that bacon sure was good. The deep fried dill pickles were long sliced, pretty oily, and a bit to salty for me. Wasn't quite what I had been expecting or dreaming of, I think i would go for French fries next time. Good, but not great. I kept thinking maybe they were salty since they're being sold in a pub where people would normally be drinking. May have been just the salt from the pickles, but it tasted like salt had been added, maybe to the batter. The BSA was $14 and the Fried Pickles was $9. I don't regret trying it since I like to review new locations, and that bacon was amazing and I didn't have to drive 3 to 6 miles for food, but I decided to only eat there once since I had other places to review in the area.

Great tacos on Tuesday and service. Erica was cordial, wonderful and attentive. She'd be the main reason to visit again sometime. Hang onto her for her hard work. Amanda brought us our food and she was very cordial too.

The wings tasted funny. We were starving, so forced a couple down, but threw out the rest. Cheese fries were ok. You really need a thicker cut fry for that though. Service was really friendly, but not too attentive. The beer was good though. read more

Popped in on a Wednesday evening , the bartender made me an awesome lemon drop martini, she was super nice , listened to some wonderful artists in the courtyard . , real friendly , chill vibe , met so many nice people. read more

Thanks for the chicken sandy! I came into town for the Arizona high school 'Mile High' wrestling tournament (GO GLOBE TIGERS!!!) and stayed at la Quinta. I had the option of Uber eats, but after reading the reviews on coopers pub, I decided to walk down to check 'em out. They recommend the chicken sandwich, and it was really good! I had the mushroom bites as well and they hit the spot. Best part about the dinner on this New Year's Eve was the HOSPITALITY! Best part about it! Debbie, don't forget to watch that movie we talked about!! read more

Coopers Pub is a hotel bar located in the La Quinta on 69 between Prescott and Prescott Valley. My wife and I decided to go there last Tuesday evening. It was taco Tuesday. We had one drink and decided to leave. The bar is very small though the posted pics make it appear much larger and more modern. The food menu was very small and featured mostly pizza. The only person working at that time was a bartender and she could effectively handle the 4-5 customers in at that time. I feel the ratings shown totally over rate the place. I think a 2 star rating would be much more accurate. read more

This is my first ever Yelp review and I have to post if not only to allow people to know accurately what to expect if coming here, despite the generally good reviews. Not sure how they can claim this as a 'pub'- they don't even have a drink menu, and have only THREE beers on tap. And their canned beers they had were insanely expensive. Even though our hostess/server was friendly, service was very slow and items forgotten that we ordered. Our server said there were only two people on staff, kitchen included. Our salads were mediocre (iceberg lettuce, a few cucumbers, tomatoes), appetizers bland and heated from frozen, and the pizza we were served was the worst we've ever eaten. Cardboard crust, hardly any toppings, truly tasted like frozen pizza. Overall just a dismal experience, from the ambience to the live music to the food. Sadly we will not be returning. read more

My husband and I met friends for happy hour. All OK with one waitress until about 5pm. then very busy and no other staff except one waitress and one bartender.hard to get served after 530pm. menu was limited. However my biggest gripe is that they charge 4% fee to use your debit or credit card. I am sick and tired of paying all these fees to restaurants along with high pricing. apparently there is a small sign on the door which states they charge the fee and not on the website or disclose . we spent two hours there eating and drinking then to have to pay their fees to process credit card. I will NOT go back or recommend to anyone else to go there. I can go many other places for HH with NO fees. read more

Sat at the bar today and thank goodness for the honesty of the bartender...the only staff present. He warned us that the kitchen and that it would take about 40 minutes for tacos on taco tuesday or any other food. Needless to say we left and most likely wont be back! read more

Best chicken tenders in town!!! But not sure it'll be enough to keep me going there. I like a nice well balanced drink; if it's a single spirit and mixer cocktail I want to taste my liquor. Well drinks are fair priced but not enough bang for my buck. The barterder wasn't really friendly either. I may or may not consider going again. Debbie was fantastic the previous times we were there and the owner and his family are super friendly; only time will tell. read more

Cooper's is our go-to whenever we're in town. Amazing food, and some of the best drinks we've had. We got hooked on the carne asada fries, and keep coming back for the pizza and wings. Ronnie and Debbie are wonderful people and make our visit perfect every time. Cooper's is the reason we pick this hotel whenever we visit Prescott. Can't say enough about how much we love it here! read more

Went to hear the live music on the outdoor patio and have a meal. Four tables were occupied and two servers could not keep up. My food was served but without utensils or a napkin. I asked for a napkin but never received one. My burger was overcooked and salty. None of the servers ever came back to my table to check on me. I waited far too long for a server to bring the check so I just left enough cash on the table to cover my meal and left. A minor league operation at best. I will not be returning. read more

I always think it's funny when you read reviews that are all the same great family owned, great service ,best kept secret, one guy said he is from Iowa and never had ribs like at coopers, I went in coopers today when we walked in a man and women behind the bar wearing coopers shirts looked at us and said nothing no greeting at all we sat at a both roll of paper towels at each both ,you are going to need them ,the both we sat at was filthy I started to wipe off the table, the table was filthy and seats sticky, we moved to another both ,still no one came up to us ,and I took paper towel and began to wipe off table I flipped the paper towel over showed my wife it was filthy she said we are out of here ,to the owners get a bucket of hot water soap and bleach wash down tables and seats then mop the floor ,this is restaurant ownership 101 ,who is writing these other reviews is beyond me read more

Nice family owned restaurant. Beautiful people that want to please. Great wings, jalapeño poppers and great chicken breast sandwich. Loved the Cabernet Sauvignon. We are locals, and this was recommended to us by our friends. Love the location as it is away from downtown. Prices are extremely reasonable. They have fresh pizza, chicken tenders, chicken wings several other appetizers, hamburgers, salads and a few more items. A really great local hangout with terrific light food. Just a great place to pop into for a quick bite, a margarita, beer, wine or drink. Give them a try. We were extremely pleased and plan on returning. read more

One of the best places in Prescott Valley, Az. It's a have to place to go. The owners are some of the best people you will every meet. And the fried mushrooms are awesome. And yes, they the rest of the menu is great too. Drinks are great. Just most wonderful people that run and own it. Oh hey, while you are there. If you are staying at the La Quinta (which I highly recommend) and you want a drink and a pizza, just go here. Even if you're not staying at the La Quinta this place is definitely worth a stop. Very friendly father-and-son team run this place. The drinks are reasonably priced. We tried the combination pizza and I was impressed with the freshness of the ingredients. read more

I know I should have taken pictures but I forgot. We had a small retirement party here and the owners are such great people and make fabulous food and the service was excellent. We had appetizers - mozzarella cheese sticks, zucchini sticks, and wings Wow they all were perfectly made and delicious. Then we had a combination pizza that was fabulous. Some of us had drinks and everyone enjoyed our food and drinks. Everyone needs to try this place it the Pub in the La Quinta hotel. Tonight (Wed) is open mic night so if you can play and sing or either than this is a place for you. Enjoy your night and support our local restaurant owners. read more

what a fantastic wonderful pub! we cannot say enough great great things about this pub!!!!!! everything from the wonderful owners....rick and sherry to all their wait staff! top notch!!!!! epic!!!!!! we had pizza and salad for lunch!!! best pizza in arizona! all hand made! the salad was superb!!!!! then we went back at 730 to hear the one man band out on their patio!!!!! oh my what a great atmosphere!!!!! the man playing was absolutely perfect!!!! and did i mention prices are absolutely wonderful!!!! they are pet friendly as is the la quinta conference center where we stayed! rick and sandy treated our little dogs so special! they brought water to our booth at lunch time for them and we ordered 2 grilled no seasoning chicken breasts for our boys....they were perfect!!!!! we just cant say enough about this fantast coopers pub!!!! you better believe we will be back!!!!! what a fantastic time we have had!!!!! thank you rick and sherry and everyone for making our day and night soooooo special!!!! debbie bob. ollie and snickers stricklin. mesa az read more

The owner and his son are customer friendly and have a great bar food menu. The pizza is outstanding with plenty of cheese and great taste. There is a nice outdoor patio for bar. Very clean bar with great prices. I highly recommend. Bar is part of the La Quinta Inn. read more

Her husband popped in for a second. Not only was she friendly and a good listener, but she was helpful, recommending different sites and restaurants to go, including the Bordello of Jerome (a restaurant, not a brothel!). On a side note, they are not open every day, nor all year long, so check in before making the trip. That being said, Jerome is definitely worth a day or even night trip from Phoenix. And there are wineries in the area if you really want to make a go of it. One last thing: loved the hidden bathroom. Ask Dawn or whoever is on duty where it is if you can't find it.

I wish I could leave a review, but I never got to try your food. You see, I ordered food through…read moreDoorDash, but the food never arrived. The Dasher, Joshua, delivered to the wrong address. I texted him, and he texted back apologizing, admitting he delivered to the wrong address. He said he would contact DoorDash and tell them to credit the account. I followed up with a call to DoorDash customer support. I explained the situation but was having difficulty understanding the representative due to her accent. I asked to speak with a manager. She put me on hold saying SHE would explain to the manager what happened. The manager came on the line for a brief moment, saying she was declining our refund, didn't care we never got the food, and said her decision was final. I would suggest your establishment stop using DoorDash as they do not reflect well on your establishment and don't care about your customers.

I have been to Prescott many times over the years but never visited Red White & Brew until last…read moreThursday night for dinner. Inside it's an attractive interior and I was expecting a good meal. They have a small parking lot along with plenty of street parking if that is full. The restaurant has a covered outdoor patio for dining along with a full bar room separate from the inside seating areas. I ordered the bourbon glazed pecan salmon entree for $34. The meal came with a choice of two side dishes. I went with a side salad and the baked potato. Kat, my waitress, asked if I wanted it loaded with sour cream, butter, bacon, cheese and chives. I asked her if there was an extra charge for those toppings and she said no and that it came that way if I desired it. I accepted it except for the chives. First to arrive was the side salad and it was delicious. It was a quality start to the meal. Then the entree appeared and it was a beautiful plate. The salmon was pan seared with a bourbon glaze on top with candied pecans. It also had several raviolis next to the salmon with spinach and some creole mustard sauce. Flavor, flavor, flavor! That glaze and pecans mixed so well with the salmon and raviolis. Mouth watering for sure. The baked potato had two large scoops of butter and sour cream on top with cheese and was oh so good tasting. It was a quality meal for sure. 5 stars! As I was eating the potato I noticed there was no bacon pieces in it. Figuring that someone forgot to add it, I looked for my waitress and she was no where to be found. Her service was very slow. By the time she arrived I had finished the meal. I mentioned to her that the bacon was missing but it was too late since I had finished the meal. Minus 1 star. When she presented the bill at my table I paid the bill with full tip and took the receipt and left. Just outside the door I noticed on the receipt that I had been charged .75 cents each for the bacon and cheese! Minus another star. So I went back in and talked to the lady manager. She said that my waitress wasn't aware of those topping charges and it was her fault. I told her that I understood that those things can happen but had a problem with being charged for the bacon and never receiving it. She said that she would refund me the cost for the bacon and cheese and would adjust my credit card for the $1.50. I saw her do it on their portable credit card machine. She assured me that it would be done. That was last Thursday and this is Tuesday and no credit has shown in my statement. Minus another star. Very good food, very poor staff and management.

If you've dined here before, you already know exactly what I'm talking about. We ordered the Spicy Sausage & Broccolini Ravioli and the Meat Ravioli, and both dishes were outstanding. Every bite was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The service was exceptional, and the warm, inviting atmosphere makes you feel as though you're dining in Italy. Thank you to everyone at Papa's for continuing to make dining out such a special experience. We'll definitely be back!

So while I understand this establishment is owned by human beings who likely care I will just say…read morethis, if you own an Italian restaurant, my advice would be for you to go to Italy, or in the U.S. to New York City, Chicago and other places where there large swaths of Italian culture and the Italian food is galaxies more authentic and much better. Experience it. Learn from what you experience and take that back to Prescott. In sum, the food (while Italian style) was not at all representative of authentic Italian culture. The warmth of being in an Italian home like many establishments throughout Italy and the U.S. was not present. And the food! The sauce was amateurish at best - composed of huge chunks of canned stewed tomatoes than actual sauce. The chicken (in my Chicken Parmesan) was intensely dry and rubbery which tells me that the breasts we're made and then frozen. The pasta was regular cheap grocery store pasta. The salad - "Italian" dressing - tasted it came from a commercial brand. Lastly the service, was ok at best. No one offered or was even around to give us fresh grated Parmesan cheese or fresh cracked pepper in our salad. The bread served on the table was good and our Aperol Spritz was excellent. Overall, I suppose we should have expected this... ethnic food in a small town is far more "miss" than it is "hit" but I did appreciate how warm and inviting the atmosphere is. Sorry... I just want people who come from out Of town who have traveled and experienced many beautiful versions of of the Real Thing... this is not that.

But I had to round up because everything else about the place is amazing. If you're there early, or need a pick me up, the coffee shop is perfect. I had an amazing iced chai latte with macadamia milk, very memorable. If you're there for something stronger and not in love with the beer selection, they also have cocktails, wine, kombucha and other random things in the self-serve taps. Something for everyone, to be sure. But the real draw is the outdoor space. We came with kids, we came without kids, no matter what, it felt like the perfect spot for our group of 2, 5, or 8 people, with or without our pups. What a gem!

Cooper's was a fun little place! They have live music on Thursdays and it seemed like they have their regulars. The manager asked us how we were doing when we got there and thanked us for coming in when we left. The food was good too, especially as after a long drive. Thanks for having us! read more
