Like I said. I've been coming here on a consistent basis for the last few years, and have now even started selling too (I started on the buying side at first). The girls inside make the process so seamless on both ends of the business (buying and selling), and my team and I appreciate it. The online auction actually helped me sell a few cars recently, and the guys working on that part of the business always answer any questions that I have. It's worth mentioning that I saw someone else mention that the AVDA Auction staff doesn't list all of the details on the cars they brought in in their review. Either the guy is lying/over-exaggerating or he had a one-off bad experience, because I've had the total opposite experience. Oh well... my review still holds up from 6 years ago until today. Great business, great staff, great process, great inventory.

Most cars had a problem other than high mileage, it was always something. Most of their inventory are POS's/ trade in rejects no one was interested in in a dealership. My dealer buddy just checked out their inventory online over a year back, didn't even want to visit the lot to check out the cars in person. He ended up going with All Valley dealer Auction & Manheim instead. Lot manager has been slacking off over the years both quality and number of cars started plummeting. Even lot guys don't clean the car right. Some dealers check out a car, see the repairs needed, hire a "mechanic" around the way to put a band aid on a car that has serious issues and sell to unsuspecting private parties. It's a real race to the bottom this part of the automotive industry.

Izzy I'm pretty sure was the girl who helped me at the front desk, and i really have to applaud her patience. I saw a car i liked and had to have it, without doing as much research and preparation as i should have. I swear I wouldn't hold it against her if she just stopped helping me and told me to leave that day. I came in to swoop da whip at the very last minute before their lunch break (had to wait for a ride) - with not enough money (didn't realize i needed more than what i bid) - with a debit card that had a daily limit on what I could spend (straight up didn't know) - with a DEAD cell phone on me (no excuse ‍) so i couldnt even call the bank- and a few other things I'm sure. At one point i gave up and was gonna leave and come back another day, but she stayed past the time she was supposed to, and helped me think of ways that i can solve the issues i was dealing with. Mostly with the help of my buddy that drove me there. Even he commented to me that the lady behind the desk was being way nicer than most front desk attendants at a tow yard are notoriously known to be. She even called the guy that u pick up the car from across the street and told him we were coming since he too was going on his lunch break. When we got there he was already pulling up in my truck, otherwise i would have had to wait at least an hour for him to get back. So thank u Izzy! Shoutout from Don too.

1 Star - Stay away from this dealership…read more I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience with this dealer. I was sold a vehicle with a damaged engine. Although the dealer claimed the engine was repaired, the car continues to have serious mechanical problems. During the supposed month and a half of repairs, I was given two loaner vehicles, both of which were also unsafe and unreliable. I repeatedly communicated this, and it was completely ignored. What made this situation far worse was the unprofessional and abusive behavior from the dealer. When I tried to stand up for my rights, I was insulted and yelled at in front of my children, which was humiliating and unacceptable. Even more disturbing, one of the mechanics I was sent to by this dealer made an inappropriate and offensive sexual proposition to me. This crossed every possible line and made an already stressful situation feel unsafe. This dealership shows no accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. My car has been problematic since the day I bought it, and dealing with them has only added emotional distress on top of financial loss. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. No one deserves this kind of treatment.
