Stopped by here today while in Coppell, hubby's favorite spot to eat in Coppell. Thought I would try it. At 1st I ordered the hot dog, but they said they were out. I guess it was a blessing in disguise because I ordered the lady's size patty melt meal, sub'd the fries for tater tots & a sweet tea. That was one of the biggest patty melts I've ever received. It came on rye bread & it was huge. It was cut in 1/2 thank goodness because I could only eat 1/2. The other I took home to my roommate. He said thanks. Where did you get that ? I told him he said I'm going to have to go hit that place up. My boyfriend got the Nate & added pickles. It was huge, but he wolfed it down. Five stars for the enormous portion of Fresh Tater Tots served with the sandwiches. A solid 4 stars for the Patty Melt that tasted second to none. 1 star for the gyro. Incredibly bad. The service was nonexistent but the food value balances it out. I wouldn't return here if I was in the area. There's a BBQ place a few blocks down that was packed. read more

Our spot. So everyone stay away, I dont want to stop by and I cant get in due to occupancy limits . Kidding of course . Service here for us has been above average and over a four Saturdays in a roll has been right on. I have been on a bit of a sandwich kick lately trying club sandwiches everywhere I go and so far this has been the best out of 8 locations . The Newton is the best club in DFW so far for me . I have also tried the chicken fried chicken sandwich here and the grilled chicken club. The grilled chicken club I think is in a different sandwich category. I have not figured what category that is yet but when I do I will declare it the best of that category . read more

This review is based solely on the food. I did not actually visit the restaurant, but was intrigued by their menu when I was looking for an early lunch one day at a nearby hotel. The hotel wanted $10 for a subpar brunch so I figured I would try this place out. Uber eats to the rescue! I got a club sandwich with avocado, tater tot's and a side salad. The side salad that they put together was seriously huge! It seemed like it was about a half a head of lettuce and was actually exactly what I was looking for. The blue cheese dressing that came alongside it was quite lovely! The club sandwich here was equally impressive. Some really good Texas toast, really sick ham, turkey and some solid bacon. As a man who very much appreciates his bacon, I applaud the fact that they actually get thick cut stuff and gave an adequate amount. It wasn't that thin microwave garbage that so often is placed sadly upon the top of the burger... No, this was thick Wilbur! To toptop is the company that we're also plentiful and perfectly crispy. They went very nicely with the salad, which made them healthy! I was super impressed with this place in the whole thing was something like $14. Tasty breakfast or brunch, with HUGE burgers and sandwiches - bursting with flavor! Burgers are 1/2 pound monsters, with crispy tater tots or fries on the side. Order at the counter, then fix your own drink. Beer is available to diners, or to-go. (Unusual.). My Hickory Burger had the 1/2 pound of beef, plus onion rings on top, and was so big that I need a nap. Couldn't even finish all my tater tots. I could split one with my wife, and we would both be full! A friendly Coppell resident described this place as a hole-in-the-wall with good food. There are many small historic buildings in Coppell, but this is not one of them. In fact; I found no evidence of hole-in-the-wall status at this location - but the food is good! read more

The person working at Coppell Deli who was "in charge" on 5/19 at ~8PM CT was incredibly RUDEA and UNHELPFUL. I placed a LARGE order for a VIP CLIENT's yearly event with a receipt and confirmation number and the total was charged to his card. They denied ever receiving my order and got an attitude with me when I attempted to come to a resolution for the issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor or if there was an email I could send the receipt to as proof that I placed the order to ensure it would still be made for my client on time and he told me no and to stop calling. Whoever is actually in charge of this establishment should create a way for customers to contact the restaurant should they run into an issue like this again. I was informed the same issue happened last year, as well. UPDATE- my order was received like I told the person originally helping me, so he was rude to me and tried to make me purchase the $200 twice for no reason. read more

This place has amazing food but the customer services is not quite there. This gentleman decides to change the price on a coffee for me and my friend instantly on the spot. The couple before me was charged the price as stated on the menu. We were charged for a large fountain drink and told the price just increased and everything is wrong on the sign. When asked for a refund I was charged again and told to leave. I come here usually every Saturday and have no complaints . I would just say don't come here on a Sunday and be sure to steer clear of the gentleman pictured. He is definitely racist and shows it with pride in his interactions with customers . read more

This place is awesome. They renovated this place about 6 months ago, which is a good thing as it definitely has more seating and a bigger menu. Restaurant: Spacious with a patio. Place inside is very clean, but seating is limited during the lunch rush (which is a great sign). What to get: Burgers. Their burgers are massive. Either save the rest for later or eat it all into a food coma. 1/2 pound patties with either tots or fries (large portions as well). You will be full during lunch for sure. I will have to come back a few times to try other items, but I would suggest a burger on your first visit. Price: Lunch ranges around $10-$15 for a meal with a drink. What I ordered: I order the Gyro sandwich (~$12) meal. Very good. Comes with a large cup of tzakiki sauce (which I love), and the sandwich is a very big size with large, long strips of gyro meat. A down to earth burger joint that really emphasizes its ties with the Dallas Cowboys. I ordered the Stubs Manster, since they advertise it everywhere as their flagship sandwich. Once I got it, I realized how literal the description was. It was just eggs, bacon, ham, and sausage, and cheese on texas toast. No veggies. No condiments. Personally, I would have like both of those things, but that's not a traditional breakfast sandwich. Nothing was fancy about it, but it was highly satisfying. Every ingredient was well pronounced in flavor and substance. The tater tots were not as crunchy as I like. They had a good potato flavor, but the inside was a little mushier than I like.
