I absolutely love having a meal here with a loved one sitting next to the floor to ceiling window facing the waterfront. The service, food, and drinks are always exceptional. I still dream about their bucatini.

My husband and had a spur of the moment date and this place was recommended. We love this area so decided to give it a try, we called about a wait time and were given a 45 minute wait so we checked in a spent some time outside taking in the gorgeous view, it was a bit chilly so we decided to hang out in the hotel lobby where they had lots of seating and a beautiful fireplace until we were seated. The menu is very selective and our waiter kindly explained the dishes to us. We had the house made focaccia to share and it was just absolute perfection! For the entree I had the chicken Milanese & my husband had the wood grilled kurobota pork chop. Of course we shared both entrees, we were both so blown away by the perfection of every single thing we ate! Highly recommend this place, & we will absolutely be back, hopefully to try the breakfast menu.

service was amazing of waiter was super attentive, refilled our glasses without asking, and thought of condiments before we even asked! the space itself is small but spacious, great for a breakfast/brunch date or a birthday brunch, can be upscale or casual. the food was delicious not the best avocado toast i've had but definitely the best well seasoned breakfast i've had in a while!

Copper and Salt Northwest Kitchen is a nice restaurant located in the Silver Cloud Inn at Point Ruston. The menu features Italian and seafood dishes, with a brunch menu and a full bar. It's a solid place to check out at Point Ruston. I visited Copper and Salt Northwest Kitchen with a bunch of people from my conference for dinner, which turned out to be a fun time. There was a group of 12 of us, so gratuity was included and our server was very friendly and checked in on us throughout our dinner. Learning that the pastas are handmade, I decided to get Italian for dinner. Since I was undecided on which pasta dish to get, I asked my server to recommend his favorite one, and he chose for me the Tuscan Sausage Gnocchi, which was fantastic. The gnocchi was perfectly cooked and the sausage brought a lot of great flavor. I also loved that there was kale, which soaked up the sauce and was a great balance to the sausage. I'm always skeptical of hotel restaurants, but this one was a pleasant surprise. If you're looking for some Italian or seafood dishes, Copper and Salt is a good option for it, with a large restaurant that overlooks the water.

The restaurant is situated within the hotel. It's essential to make a reservation, or you might face long wait times. I visited here with a friend of my mom's, and we received excellent service. The food was incredibly tasty, and the potatoes were perfectly cooked--crispy and delightful. We dined during brunch, and I would certainly love to experience their dinner menu. While I didn't order any drinks, I noticed the bar was quite busy, and other guests seemed pleased with their beverages. I would say the atmosphere is very welcoming. The restrooms were impeccably clean. Overall, the service was outstanding, and our meals arrived warm and delicious. -stroller and kid friendly environment

Decided to try this restaurant out for our Valentine's Day date night this year. The ambiance is nice and this location has great views of the waterfront, but I'll be honest this is mostly a location you only come to for the views. The food itself just isn't anything to rave over and is pretty overpriced in my opinion. We started off with the charcuterie which was basic and something I could've made at home. Wish they had some of their own elements to it, like a nice bread or unique cheese to make it worth trying. For our entree we both had the seafood bucatini. Unfortunately it was disappointing. The sauce was just bland-only a hint of lemon and the rest of it was watery and flavorless. The noodles had nothing to absorb so it made the whole dish feel flat. Our service was great and the staff checked on us often and thanked us for coming, I just don't think we will be coming back unless the quality of the food improves.

Came out to Ruston looking for a solid breakfast spot with my brother to catch up. Copper & Salt is located within the hotel lobby; valet parking is recommended by them yet during a midday morning, we were able to find parking across the street from the entrance. Im sure this place is so popular in the summer time! The hostess welcomed and sat us near the waterfront looking out at the park outside; the clouds hid the mountain views this particular morning looking out at Commencement Bay yet it was still a scenic view. The bar and restaurant seemed like a fun vibe to hang out and the staff were personable and checked in on us during our time there. We had the smoked salmon benedict and the maitake mushroom omelette. No complaints on the food, generous portions & I appreciated how the mushrooms were seasoned & definitely did not finish my portion of the potatoes or omelette! The coffee was super cute w a little leaf decoration :) and they had a good range of flavors for the mimosa, in which I went for the grapefruit ! Hopefully can check out Copper and Salts weekend brunch menu or happy hour one of these days this spring or summer.

My first time at West 122 as I had been wanting to try this for months. Here's the positives... Love the brick and mortar ambiance inside. It just had an overall good community vibe. Presentation of food was beautiful. What else we experienced... My friend ordered a Sprite and I ordered a cocktail. She was served a lemonade and my drink was pretty sour so I ordered some simple syrup. The Sprite came but it took 20 minutes to get my simple syrup. By that time I was sort of over having a cocktail. Honestly, the venue was not full and all I wanted was some simple syrup in a shot glass. We ordered the burrata, caesar salad and the special with the octopus tentacles, asparagus, peppers and capers over polenta. The caesar salad on the menu lists "red gem lettuce tossed in house-made caesar dressing, topped with bread crumbs and shaved parmigiano reggiano. While I liked the idea of not having croutons as they're sometimes difficult to maneuver with a biteful of salad, there must have been a quarter cup of bread crumbs over the top, so much so that you couldn't even see what was underneath. Next, the menu describes the burrata as "creamy burrata with pea vines, roasted peas, pickled asparagus, and artichoke." When it arrived, we were truly wondering if we had ordered the right thing. Only until we moved the sea of greens did we see the burrata. Nowhere on the menu did it mention that we were actually ordering a salad with burrata underneath. Very unfortunate and misleading because my friend ordered the Caesar for dinner and didn't know she was actually getting a second salad. In addition, we ordered the baguette with butter/oil and what came to us for $11 or some rather non descript rolls. The octopus special was the star of the show. The colors, flavors, char on the octopus...everything except that it was surrounded by a fair amount of paprika oil, so much so that I had to work around it in order to not give my stomach a run for my money later in the evening. A dish I wanted to finish but just couldn't because of that issue. In addition to that, refills of water were non-existent and it took close to 50 minutes to get our dinner. Also, our waitperson was very pleasant but seemed rather overwhelmed. Even after waiting 15 minutes for the simple syrup, when she finally did bring it, she looked surprised that I no longer wanted it. Yes, she took it off the bill, but I would have much rather enjoyed one of the specialties of the house. So many mishaps that didn't need to occur. Truly disappointed that our evening went that way.

Not a huge fan of the ambience in Bar Rosa, plywood floors and very dark. We were sat in a booth, and it was as the sun was setting. The windows are all illuminated and beyond filthy (inside) - it was hard not to notice with the windows open and leaning towards our table. I also was the unfortunate one to have the sun straight and my face for about half of our dinner. Service was hit or mess. We waited a long time with no check in for more cocktails. The cocktail choices are great, however, they were out of a particular cocktail my friend wanted to order. We started with the meatballs, not good. The sauce however was phenomenal! Meatballs were just very dense and dry. The appetizer came out not even 5 minutes after our order was put in, so they were lukewarm at best. When we ordered our pizza, they were out of the homemade sausage, this was Saturday night at 6pm???, so we ordered the foraged pizza as is. The pizza was delicious. My friends ordered the Marguerita - crust was a bit over done. Food was good- $30 a pizza good, not in my opinion. Hi, generally do not leave negative reviews- I look for the silver lining at majority of restaurants I visit- but this was a tough one for me. Again- maybe an off night.

I booked a reservation here for my dad's birthday dinner. He's been here in the past and loved it so I thought it was a good safe choice, but it fell a little lackluster for him specifically which is a bummer since it was HIS birthday. We started out with some Chicken Satay and Crab Rangoon, both of which were fire. We haven't ordered those here before so can confirm the satay is a new favorite. Can't really mess up the rangoon, but still it was delicious! My dad is a sucker for Panang Curry with Chicken but they will only make it here with salmon for whatever reason? Bummer number one. He went with the Crying Tiger as his back up and when they brought it out, we were all wowed! Presentation is a 10/10 for sure. He ordered it medium rare though and it came out WELL done which, for the price, was a letdown. I ended up doing something I never do and broke free of the shackles that their Pad Thai has on me. The Boat Noodles looked so delicious that I decided to full send and give it a try - as a huge soup girlie the curiosity was just too strong. The broth is very herb forward but also still has a complex, delicious flavor. Spice level was on point. The waitress told me it was very beef forward and boy it was - but it was tasty! TONS of generously sliced beef. Loved the rice noodles too. My sister ordered the Crab Fried Rice which was an insane portion and uniquely plated. Large serving of fried rice covered in a Thai style omelet with a HEAPING pile of crab on top, served with a yummy Thai spicy mayo. She let me try a couple bites and it was pretty superb. It's a little pricy at $40 but it's at least two meals so I guess it's justified. I put in my reservation notes that it was a birthday dinner and they were kind enough to bring out a free slice of cheesecake that was beautifully presented with dry ice and all. Even with a few hiccups in this dinner we will definitely still continue to frequent. Over the 5+ times we've been here this was the first kind of "meh" experience but it was still good!
