I have been coming here for almost two years to see E. Her work is just amazing, she has cut my hair and done a Balayage and I always walk out of there feeling great!! However, the reason for my 3 stars is because what good is it to have a great hair stylist when you can never get in to see them? My last appointment I had to wait since March, I showed up for my appointment and not only had they scheduled me for the wrong appointment but they had the wrong time. So now after waiting for two months I have no appointment and I can't get in to see E until next month. As much as I love E, is not worth waiting that long to get my hair done. They need to get their stuff together with scheduling. You would think there's some kind of loyalty to their customers. read more

Really great haircut, really gear color. The first time I went I was charged 120$ for both. The last time I was in it was over $200!!!!!!!Because 1) the stylist charged me incorrectly the first visit. 2) her prices in creased between visits (I was made aware if that at the first visit). And 3) I bought sample shampoos that had to have been 14$ each. I just can't afford that and prices are not in front if you. I loved the stylists' work. But I couldn't justify the price to return. read more

Copperfalls is amazing. As I start to climb the stairs I can always feel my stress slowly start to slip away, the higher I get, the farther reality vanishes. Peaking at the top, I am always welcomed with a warm smile. They assist right away in getting you settled in by checking in, getting your shoe size, giving you a locker and robe. From their, the adventure begins. I love sitting in the quiet room sipping their signature tea waiting for my services. This past visit I was blessed to have a massage, which was so relaxing and so enjoyable, the music in the room was soft, good background noise, not too loud! After I had the delight of a pedicure, it was so enjoyable, soaking my tired runners feet in hot water with lime.. oh I could have sat their ALL DAY. A nice leg and foot massage, and a wild blue colour on my toes, I was set! My favorite time is after all my pamping, I'm usually in a daze as I sit, tea cup in hand in the quiet room, zoning in and out, they usually give me a chocolate while I relax and prepare to leave. Upon leaving, checking out is fast and easy. I always hate leaving, but can't wait to return. read more

Over the past few years, I've always been able to depend on Copperfalls for a great pedicure. The massage chairs challenge me to stay away during my treatments. Yet the train that comes screeching by always keeps me awake. My recent massage was nice, but I was freezing! Cover me up after slathering me with tiger balm. FYI.. you might want to trim your nails before starting your day. My man was curious why I had a few cat scratches down my posterior. Otherwise calm environment, tasty berry water and a wonderful dry sauna. If I could've waltzed off with one of their plush ultra soft robes I would have. Opt out of the waterfall chair, it's just awkward. This place is to the right of the coffee shop and up the stairs. Look for the sign and the arrows. read more

Very disappointed. Not with my stylist but with the way I was treated by the front desk staff. I have been going there since it has been in CR and have cancelled all my standing appointments for 2021 and my stylist has lost a long standing customer. I left with half cut, wet hair but was charged the entire amount. Let's just say their communication skills need some work. read more

Every year for Mothers day, I get a spa certificate for Copper Falls. I very much look forward to the gift certificate, because I would never, ever spend that money myself on myself. (Make sense??) The minute you walk into the store the aroma of peace and tranquility envelope you. The tranquility room is just that. Quiet, with a trickle of water sound in the background. Cold water with strawberries waiting to hydrate you. Once you change in to your big, fluffy robe, you sit in this quiet, dim room and wait to be called back for your services. The sauna is a nice way to wait as well. I have enjoyed most of the services offered at Copper Falls and have never been disappointed. From the deluxe facials to the scrubs and hot stone massage. All lovely. I am SO happy it's almost Mother's day!!! read more

Copper Falls Hair Salon - I wanted to share what just took place at Copper Falls Hair Salon. I made my hair appt over 6 weeks ago, as typical knowing how busy the stylists are at this time of year. My appt was at 1:30. I got there at 1:15 as they request and checked in. I saw my stylist, who was there without an appt in front of me, walking around doing things which was fine since I was a little early. We did make eye contact and he knew I was there but she did not greet me. I waited in the lobby, looking at products, etc. At 1:23 a gal came in to the front desk, asking to chat with my stylist who immediately came up to the desk, once again without acknowledging my presence. This gal explained to our stylist how she was going to have to cancel her upcoming an appt due to a conflict and was there another time she could get in to "get her roots" done before the holidays. At 1:24, with my appt being scheduled at 1:30, my stylist proceeded to place this gal in her chair and to begin working on her roots. She did not ask me "hey is it ok if I try to fit this gal in and work around your appt?" Nope, not one acknowledgement, not one comment, no one apology. I asked the staff at the front desk what the deal was and they just shrugged their shoulders. I proceeded to my stylists chair and said "Excuse me, I have an appt scheduled with you at 1:30." Her response was "I have 10 minutes" which, first of all, she did not. She had 5 minutes. And I thought this was the rudest, most unprofessional behavior, especially when she charges well over $70 a cut. And I could not believe that Miss Dark roots, felt her time was so much more important than mine. I cancelled my appointment and walked out the door. So now it's time for a new stylist. One who actually cares for their clients and respects their appts and time. I will be contacting the owner of Copper Falls, who I know, to express my displeasure tomorrow. This behavior was not such much coming from Copper Falls, but their particular sytlist "E"... read more

Holy Guacamole was this place great. Everyone that works their is so nice and professional. The services were outstanding, had a pedicure, message and facial. Every service was ah-maz-ing. My toes looked beautiful. My complexion looks so great, she made suggestions after taking a closer looks and I was very happy with that. The message, well what can I say, the deep tissue was perfect. Not so deep that I walked out feeling like a punching bag, but deep enough to loosen those stubborn tense muscles. Each girl really took their time, no rushing. I will definitely go back. If I could afford this package every weekend I wouldn't hesitate. read more

Copperfalls has always been the gold standard for cleanliness, but especially during this time. This was a big deal for me, especially with someone new but she was very knowledgeable. Amy was able to cut my hair the best way possible for it to come out great. So sad to give this place not a great review... I've been there for a massage and pedicure and loved it so I wanted to get my hair colored at their salon so I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude. I haven't had my hair colored many times so I was asking a few questions and she kept saying I needed to make an appointment to have a consultation with a stylist to get my questions answered ... I explained I'm A new mom and that it would be hard for me to get a sitter to come in just for a consultation and she wasn't understanding and still was rude. She told me she would talk to some stylist and call Me back. I never heard back from the salon. Luckily I found a wonderful stylist ( and friendly receptionist) at Nixon and Co in Castle Rock that I will definitely be returning over and over to! Sad that this salon lost what could have been a great client because of a rude receptionist. read more

Love Aveda Spas and Salons, Copperfalls...not so much. From the moment I walked in the door, it didn't have an "Aveda" feel. The staff's "welcomes" seemed forced. The stylist spent 30 minutes with me (shampoo, cut, and blow dry) total, and gave me a fair cut for the time spent. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted, and told her that I wanted to cut 2-3 inches off my length. She asked me what I thought 2-3 inches looked like, and I showed her. I left the salon with a cut that didn't resemble the picture, and instead of losing 2-3 inches, I lost more like 5-6. The next morning I was even less happy with my cut, and wore my hair in a ponytail the entire weekend. read more

Don't waste your time. I waited weeks for an appointment. When making the appointment I was told it would take a while before I could get in because I wanted a lot done to my hair. Well my appointment time arrived and went. The stylist was late and after I sat down and we talked about what I wanted she informed me she didn't have enough time to do what I wanted. Needless to say I didn't get my hair done. Her solution to the problem was to find out who made the mistake when scheduling me. Um, how does that help me to get my hair done? I have three criteria for a good manicure: 1) the polish is smooth with no bumps, 2) the nails are shaped consistently and are equal lengths, and 3) the polish isn't applied over the top of the cuticle. None of these criteria were met at Copperfalls and the nail tech supposedly had decades of experience. None of my nails were the same shape, there were bumps in the application, and she applied the polish over at least 5 of my nails. I had to refile the nails when I got home and now that they are growing out, the polish is ragged and tearing and the cuticles look terrible. The salon's website listed the price of a gel application at 40 dollars, but I was charged $50. Include the tip and I paid 60$ for this manicure. Additionally, the curing machine they use for gel polish is too small for the whole hand to fit in, so they have to cure the four fingers and the thumb separately. They also wanted a lot of personal information (birthday, occupation, email, address) which I found to be rather invasive. So, I am still on the hunt for a good shellac mani in Castle Rock. read more

I've always had a great experience when I go for a facial/massage/spa day. However, I started to use their hair salon services and my experience has been far from good. I've always had a great haircut and styling by the girl I've seen, that is, when I get in. The last FOUR times I've made an appointment they've called the day of to cancel. Either the salon closed early, the stylist had an injury, everyone was sick, or there was a family emergency. It's quite discouraging and the last time I had them cancel on me, I decided that was the last time I'd attempt to use them. It's too bad, because I enjoyed the time I actually got in! read more

So, I called to make my appointment for a massage, this was the first time I'd tried this place out by recommendation from a friend (who apparently had never really been there). The phone rang FOREVER, I got no answer. I called back to find the same routine...this time I got an answer, I guess, she sounded sleepy and disinterested. I was asked by the girl on the phone if I would be "OK" with a MALE TECHNICIAN for the massage?...I replied "No, thank you." Seems pretty clear to me. I asked for a late afternoon appointment the next day, and was told that my appointment would be at 5:15pm, I said that would work and hung up. I showed up at 5:00 the next day expecting to have to fill out some new customer paperwork and such and was told at that time that the girl who I had been booked with was no longer available at 5:15, I asked why and was told that she had "taken another appointment"...I asked who was going to be my technician for the massage and was told "HIS NAME" was "TONY" WTF!? I said that this was not what I had booked and because of the poor scheduling; was Copperfalls going to cut the cost of my appointment down? Ahem, "No, it will be the same cost." I was ready to leave at this point but decided to see just how much further this debacle was to continue. This is when the girl at the front desk tells me "Oh, yeah...Your massage was pushed back to 6:00 instead of 5:15"...and..."Didn't anybody call you?" Yah, nobody called me. They booked me with somebody and than rebooked the appointment for somebody else. Then they booked me with a dude, when I asked for a girl...how do you mess that up? Then, they push my appointment back? I called Copperfalls a few days later to complain to the manager and was told she was unavailable. I called 4 MORE TIMES over the next 4 days and on each occasion was told she was not available for a phone call. I guess they don't want customers or money. They must be doing SO WELL! Whatever Copperfalls, get your stuff together. I live downtown in Denver and work with nothing but young professionals who are ALWAYS asking each other about the best places to go to relax and treat themselves. I have no recommendation for them. I won't be back, and I'm recommending to anybody else to skip this place and look into going to one of Copperfalls competitors. Maybe Copperfalls management will learn their lesson...one can hope. This review is for a maternity floating massage. Scheduled about a week in advance and the were able to get me in on a Saturday! Asked when scheduling the appointment if the beds were the type that supported my pregnant belly during the massage do I didn't have to lay on my side. My bad I should of asked if I layer face down during the massage. You don't you lay on your back. You arrive and have to go upstairs. Then you're shown into the changing room, which doesn't have a lock on the door and is shared with everyone. You'll place your belonging in a locker and be shown to the relaxation area. Which is very uncomfortable and not relaxing. It's very bright, with very stiff furniture. Everyone walks through this center room. You'll be sitting there in your robe with ladies in street clothes waiting in pedicures, while staff walk through. Kristy did my massage and she was beyond sweet and made me feel as comfortable as possible. For the floating maternity massage you lay on your back the entire time on a mini water bed that has been oiled so the masseuse can get her hands between it and your body. This room is also very very bright. Not very relaxing. And you can hear people clomping through the relaxation room during your massage. The floating massage just didn't do it for me. I really wanted to lay face down. After your massage it's back to the changing room with no lock. There are showers, but I didn't use them. After a 20% tip it was $114. Kristy's welcoming and personable personality saved the review from being lower. read more

I had my hair cut and styled by Emily a few months ago, but wanted to wait until I had worn it a while before writing a review. As time has passed, I still love my hair! I brought in a picture, but let her go with her own design instead and it has paid off. That being said, I have heard great things about almost everyone at this salon. Also, prices are extremely reasonable for the service and product quality you are receiving. I cannot speak for other salon services as I haven't had any, but I will definitely be returning for my hair. read more

This is where I regularly have my haircut and I love them. Aveda's all-natural products are fantastic and my stylist always gives me a scalp massage with an essential oil before she washes and cuts my hair (I absolutely love her but I dare not say her name as she is already so popular I have to book her weeks in advance ... but the owner can probably look up my name in their system and see who I'm talking about). My stylist, and it seems all the stylists, have great attention to detail and my hair always looks fantastic, even when I was growing it out and suffered through the awkward stage.The salon is always exceptionally clean and the price of a haircut is great (depends on the stylist, but average price is $35-40). I have had a few treatments at the spa upstairs, including a massage and a facial. Both were excellent, relaxing, and again ... I love the products they use. The only drawback is that they are a little pricey. Actually, they are pretty fairly priced for the services compared to other high-end salons, but with so many deal sites offering half-priced massages and facials, it's hard to resist those prices. read more

Previous to coming to Copper Falls, I've only recieved massages at very high end locations in Las Vegas. As you can imagine I was skeptical of how relaxing and enjoyable a massage here would be. However, I found this place very relaxing, filled with friendly staff who smile, greet you with respect and continuously check on your comfort. My only concern with Copper Falls is I feel I was shorted on the length of my massage. Maybe this is a Colorado thing but I doubt it - I purchased a 90 min stress fix massage and recieved 1hr and ten min massage. The massage was so good however, I made no complaint. Got a gift certificate from my partner for our anniversary so I could get the harmony spa package. Called and made the appointment two and a half weeks in advance. Confirmed it twice. Went in got the massage and added the chakra foot massage. Went out and sat in the "quite room". Quotations around the quite room because three women who were also at the spa were just complaining about their lives loudly next to me which ruined the relaxation vibe. Waited 2 hours before I got up to check on when my next procedure would be, which was supposed to be the facial part of the package. Went up to the front desk and they told me I was only scheduled for the massage. Terribly unhappy as you would expect because I drove an hour south to this place. The assistant manger refused to let me speak to her boss and asked me what I wanted even though it was "their bad". Long story short they refunded the $300 gift certificate amount back to my partners card. Not sure why in the two hours I was waiting no one checked on me especially if they only thought I was here for the massage. Would rate them 0 if I could. Next time if someone makes an appointment make sure before you start or a day before they are still coming in for what they originally scheduled. Especially since the 24hr cancellation fee is half the amount of whatever procedure you scheduled. read more

I have the full body massage at Copper Falls and I highly recommend it. I have never felt better than after one of their massages. The employees always make me feel welcome and appreciated when I walk in. As I guy walking into a spa, this really means a lot. The staff is exceptionally professional and cordial. My massage therapist (Loralee) is absolutely wonderful. She is warm, engaging, genuinely interested in her clients and she clearly loves to make people feel better. When the massage is over, she always gives me a glass of cold water and encourages me to relax and take my time - another really nice touch. If there is a better place to go for a massage, I don't know what it would be. read more
