This company has an I can do attitude, very professional. All our faucets were running only hot water and no cold water. They came within a few hours. Our water heater had a leak. Our home warranty completely let us down because we dealt with a plumbing company they assigned for a day and a half and still had no time frame for the replacement. We called Copperfield and 8 hours later we had a new water heater, even though we have a larger water heater that they did not have in stock. Without even coming to take a look they called me and told me my lack of hot water was due to my two shower cartridges that he said had both gone out at the same time! Said for $450 he would put both in same day and I would be good to go. Not true. After I had people actually come to physically check it out was told I needed a new water heater. Not what I wanted to hear but best to fix the real issue. I got a new water heater and I have hot water. Would have had cartridges replaced for no reason! Make sure you have someone come out rather than getting diagnoses over the phone. read more

Was so worried it was going to cost $800+ to get someone to crawl under his motor home and run a new line, Remember it's Friday afternoon. $200, one hour and this guy Josh comes and saves the day. Drain backed up . Called 3 plumbers but only Copperfield was able to dispatch same day. We both thought it was a simple clog but turned out to be much worse then originally thought than a simple snake. 25 year old cast iron drain pipe full of rust with a rust block within the walls. Luis the tech knew just where to do a minimum cut into the garage drywall. A first class operation with new vans and all the equipment to do the job right without the usual they have to back to the office for parts or other tools. So how much is a good plumber worth? Same day service, cleaned up after repair, qualified and friendly service tech with all the right tools? For me priceless. read more

I came home today around 3pm to find I had a busted water heater. I called Copperfield plumbing. Fernando was driving back from a job and said he could be there in 10 minutes. After surveying the job, he said that they could install a new tankless water heater that afternoon. A second guy showed up shortly with the new water heater. They installed it in about 3 hours. They were very knowledgeable and efficient (tankless water heaters with recirculating pumps are somewhat complicated to install). They took the old water heater away (plus the old pipes and fittings), and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them. Not every day you can call a plumber for a major job at 3pm and have them complete it the same day. read more
