From the first time we reached out to final installation, Fidel was very helpful. Gave us proper recommendations and dropped by to give us a quote on the spot. His prices are very competitive compared to other plumbers. He really knows his craft and did a spectacular job.

My insurance company required me to install a whole house leak detection system with automatic shut-off. After reaching out to other companies in the area Copperfield was the only one that had experience installing these systems for insurance companies. Fidel with Copperfield was amazing very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I'll be using Copperfield for all future plumbing needs and recommend them highly!

She tested our water and told us exactly what we needed for our home here in Napa. She wasn't pushy just genuinely cared about us getting help. She walked my wife and I through the whole process and made it easy to get everything installed two days later. I shopped around a bit before contacting Culligan and their full service plan with lifetime warranty made the difference. Their prices were actually very middle of the road, but I know I'll never have to pay to replace it again. I would definitely recommend using Culligan if you want a great experience.

Updated review from 1 year ago…read more The current telephone number for Culligan of Napa Valley located in Fairfield, CA is (707) 558-1000. Rarely can you get someone on the phone, and if you do its now from another location "just helping answer the calls for the Fairfield office." SERVICE: Service is worse if that's possible. I managed to get "January" on the phone today to discuss water delivery and billing issues. She actually SIGHED loudly on the phone as I described the issues. When I apologized for boring or bothering her she said she "has allergies." Wow. Ok. I have to give credit to area manager Rocky however. I have spoken with him twice and he always follows through on missed deliveries! Thanks so much Rocky!! WATER DELIVERY: During the past year we have had missed deliveries without warning or explanation, our water delivered to unknown individuals that were charged to our account, irregular delivery times, and an inaccurate bottle delivery count. I can't recommend routinely scheduled water delivery with Culligan. Its too inconsistent. Although we didn't receive our robotic reminder last evening notifying us about our scheduled delivery today, we hoped our water would still be delivered - even though its now 6:30 pm. Follow up calls to Culligan assured us were still on the schedule for delivery throughout the day. However during our conversation with Rocky a few minutes ago we found out the drivers have finished their routes for today and gone home. Rocky states he will personally assure we have water in the morning. Consequently we have changed to Will Call delivery ONLY for now - meaning they deliver only when we call. BILLING: Monthly billing statements don't reflect the prior month's ending balance, or payments/adjustments. No continuity. Example: We were overcharged $51 one month, and paid it along with our normal bill via autopay. Culligan subsequently corrected the erroneous charges at the end of that month by making 2 credit adjustments ($27 & $24) to our account - resulting in the culmination of a bill of $6 for the next month. We never received notification of these credit adjustments or an explanation as to why we were initially overcharged. And neither credit posted to any of our billing statements. We also never received a modified billing statement reflecting the new balance/bill of $6. Six dollars was just taken as the payment on the next billing cycle. The regular monthly statement for that month generated as a regular billing statement. Multiple monthly statements were recently generated for the same month without any nexus to each other. And again none of them pertained to the aforementioned charges/credits. "Descriptions" on the statements aren't constant. Sometimes water bottles returned are listed on the statement as "Water Bottle Deposit/Return Charge" while other times they are listed as "EDG-Deposits." Culligan lacks accuracy, consistency, and transparency. Their bookkeeping methods don't seem to align with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Notifications to customers about account adjustments are non-existent. Fee increases are not clearly communicated in advance, don't reflect honest pricing, and resemble price gouging. INCREASES & FEES: There is a blanket statement on their invoices stating, "Due to increased costs in materials and labor, you may notice a small increase in some products and services." In January 2026 our per-bottle cost for a 5-gallon bottle of spring water was $8.95 each. Beginning February it changed to $10.99 each - a 22.79% increase. In May the service (delivery) fee changed from $7.50 per month to $15 per month - a 100% increase. These fee changes are not SMALL as stated by Culligan. A message could have been included on the billing statement 30-60 days in advance alerting consumers of the actual changes to per bottle and service fees. AUTOPAY: Although this is usually a good method for trusted companies I can't recommend autopay or Culligan. Given that there is no transparency in billing practices and fee increases without adequate knowledge - you are at their mercy. We have opted to remove it, and have monthly statements generated/mailed to our home for review before payment. Subscribe at your own risk. Better oversight, additional staffing, staff accountability, better bookkeeping practices, transparency, customer focus, and ways to communicate with drivers in the field are areas that need major improvement.

6 month update: all is going smoothly with water softener!…read more Original review: We wanted to thank Trevor for his amazing help in installing an Eco Twin 2.0 in our home. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!

My wife wanted the purest water for drinking besides whole house water softener & filtration…read more We obtained several estimates but we were most interested in this particular Purifyx-Rainsoft company bc of the lifetime warranty on all of their products. Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. She's very happy we finally got this done bc it was close to a year she had been waiting for it! Yay she says. Also they included an air filter too. Almost forgot about that! Initially price seemed high but bc we paid cash up front they reduced the price plus we also received the air filter machine as well. My wife was thrilled & very happy! Bc she's happy so am I!!! Happy wife; happy life!!! What's nice is this company is local as well especially if you need servicing just a phone call away! So if you're on the fence don't be. Stop waiting! Take care of your body the best way you can & do it for YOU!
