The food was great, I was a big fan of the salmon. It was a bit oily as you can see from the picture but all in all it was great. We stopped here for the first time a few months back and we've been back many times since then. The service at the bar is always great and we've enjoyed all the apps/meals we've tried. The salads are all very good and the fish tacos have been consistently good as well. We like their happy hour specials especially that they have a late night happy hour on the weekends. For a sports bar layout I really appreciate that the music is good and the games are not so loud you have to yell at the person next to you. Definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't yet. read more

An Okay place but really nothing special. The food is very basic, nothing bad but nothing special. They have more TVs than your average Best Buy but if you're expecting something special this is not the place for you. Our waitress was friendly (they're all friendly) but the food is something you could get anywhere...including at home. We've been here a few times and only go because family runs out of other places to go. The Copperhead is almost always picked because it's a restaurant for last resort. this WAS going to be my first time eating at the copperhead grille. first thing i saw was what i believe was the manager being very rude to one of the host but after being sat i went the wrong way to the restrooms and found myself in the back in the kitchen where i witness the cooks wearing no gloves on ready to eat foods they had there hands in the salad bowl scooping out portions for customers. one the servers directed me the right way to the restrooms after i sat back down and waited 20 minutes for a server to greet us and take our orders. after finally ordering our drinks and meal at the same time while waiting i saw a mouse run under one of the tables and left immediately i felt very uncomfortable disturbed and disgusting. i will never go here again and will be letting everyone know not to eat here. read more

Great restaurant to enjoy for a lunch or dinner or just come and enjoy a drink. Great place to watch a game, big screens everywhere! I had the Texas Chili, which as you may or may not know does not have beans. If you add beans then it is not chili, ask anyone from Texas, ha! They make it great! Lots of shredded beef and good tomato base in this one, two thumbs up!! My husband had the Jambalaya which was also a huge portion but lacked flavor. Went there for Father's Day to pick up and not only did they remove basically everything including there awesome onion rings from the menu... it was $92.00 of inedible slop. The manager did reach out to me and basically said and did nothing? They said they change their menu seasonally? Since when and when are onion rings seasonal? Update time. Sadly, not good. Summary first, details below. The good: Food is delicious. The stars are for that. The bad: Service is awful. 0 stars. The good. My go to dish are the brown butter buffalo wings. Awesome. 4.5 stars, only because you're lucky to get three small twigs of celery and have to pay extra for more. But the wings and the sauce are really, really good. Have always liked the quesadillas and mediterranean skewers too. Despite the poor service I've kept coming back for the delicious food, until now . . . The bad, details. Wait staff not likely to get you water anytime soon. Took three requests to three different(!) servers to get a simple glass of ice water. 20 minutes after my arrival and first request. The first individual (think it was the manager) may have just forgot. The second person, who knows. She did get me my beer, but then was too busy dancing around and singing to remember the water, I guess. The third person seemed annoyed when I waved at her to come over and then looked at me in disbelief when my request was for water, immediately, before I placed my food order. Manager very nice about wiping the bar clean upon arrival, but then looked extremely put out when she was asked to dry it off as well due to the excessive amount of water still on the bar. My buddy noticed the put-upon expression as well, saying to me, "She's not very happy with you" as she rather sullenly found a napkin to mop up the wetness. (She was the first to forget the ice water, but my irritating request must have affected her memory) Had to wave over a third person to ultimately get my water (see above) and then put in my food order. My wave was acknowledged by a head nod and eventual stroll over, after checking on 2 other patrons who had not indicated they needed service. I already mentioned the icy, disbelieving stare after requesting the ice water. She eventually did take my food order. By the way, other than the first interaction with the manager (wiping the bar clean) there were no smiles or pleasantries included. The whole feel was that we were interrupting the dishwashing (constant!) and/or dancing singing of the other server. Food arrived via another server, not the two working behind the bar. Never was given a napkin, let alone cutlery (which I didn't need, but still.) I mentioned I had wings, right? You'd think maybe some napkins would come with wings, but no. I was never asked if the wings were good, or if I was doing alright, or if I needed anything. Nothing. So I never had napkins. Had to reach up for the little black napkins that go under drinking glasses. I was never asked if I wanted another beer or a refill on my ice water. I would have taken both if asked. Lastly, I mentioned the bartender who fancies herself a singer/dancer. Sorry, but I didn't come to hear that or see that. Just provide prompt, friendly service with a smile, not an attitude. Sadly she seems to be behind the bar every time I go there which greatly diminishes the experience. My business will be taken elsewhere for the next few months, though I may go back when the outdoor seating is open. The servers (other than bar staff) are usually pretty efficient and friendly. read more

I've dined a few times at Copperhead Grille and I really enjoy their food. I last ate there a couple weeks ago and I must say that I had another excellent meal. This was maybe my third time dining inside during the pandemic and I give them credit for properly spacing out tables both under the tent and in the dining room. I was really hungry and had heard fabulous comments about their mozzarella sticks so I had an order of those, the "Iron Pig" pulled pork sandwich and an excellent cocktail, cucumber citrus cooler. They call their mozzarella sticks the best in the Lehigh Valley. Eh, I'd say they are the BEST ones I've ever had. The cheese gets all nice and melty/stretchy and it STAYS that way! None of the hard-as-rubber cheese you get elsewhere! I only intended to eat a couple but, well, I almost finished them all. Oops. The pulled pork was also delicious. I didn't eat as much of that since I may have overdone the mozz sticks, but alas, it was really yummy and came out of the kitchen piping hot. The cucumber/citrus cooler was the perfect cocktail for the hot, humid night that I dined at Copperhead. I'll certainly return. read more

Service: Not Great We called ahead to make sure we would be able to get service and was told the latest time we could order food was 10:55pm (they closed at 11pm). We arrived around 10pm and placed our orders within 10min. Quick turnaround for food- no issued there. But by 10:30pm they had shut off the TVs, turn on the lights, and started sweeping around us. This wouldn't have bothered us so much except we received some awful news during dinner and 2 out of 3 of us were in tears. Once it was obvious we were crying there was a waiter repeatedly sweeping the spot right next to us in what seemed like an attempt to eavesdrop. And our waiter was no better- when he came to give us our to-go boxes and bags it was very clear that we were crying and instead of just dropping the items and moving on he took his sweet time separating the bags, opening them and placing them on the table. We were so uncomfortable. We paid our check by 10:40pm and asked if it was okay to stay and finish our drinks which he said yes to. We were out the door before 11pm. Please don't say you're open until 11pm if you're really not. If the food wasn't good I would've give this place 1 star based on service. read more

After my 4th beer in 3 hours. I asked for another and shots for me and my friends. Waited a long time which was normal for this bartender. Then the Manger or maybe owner approached me and told me I had drank too much and couldn't have more. I was surprised by this and he asked if I wanted anything else. I said no and asked for my check. Not sure why this happened, I didn't know they had a drink limit, nothing was visibly posted. After that, I will never go to this restaurant again. Good spot for lunch right off Route 22 between Allentown and Bethlehem. They have a decent menu but I didn't see any gluten-free options noted. My lunch companion and I both had Caesar salads. They were tasty by drenched in dressing and impossible to eat, the bottom portion. The crabcake on mine was very good and my friend liked her wrap. So we called ahead for our large party of 9 and were told no problem. When we arrived we were told ONE HOUR wait. We were understandably upset and called around for another restaurant. The manager came over & let us know she could seat us but not together which turned out okay because we then had a kids table and adult table. The service was excellent from then on & the food was pretty darn decent. The tuna tartare nachos were interesting which I appreciated. My chimi churi salmon was totally on point and the mozzarella stick appetizer the kids had was plentiful--double sized sticks. I'd recommend this place but make sure you're prepared for a wait even if you call ahead as we were told by the two girls at the front the 'owner likes us to seat large parties as they arrive so there is a large turnover.' read more

I ordered a chicken blt wrap with the Potato wedges they both tasted great (minus the pico, which came out just like I ordered it). Our server was attentive too. My boyfriend had the buffalo chicken sandwich! They have a lot of sauce choices and the server offered to sample the sauce if wanted.
