I've been coming to Copperhead on Airport Rd for 7 years, always a great time, tasty fresh food (my favs are the salmon, I get it blackened, boneless chicken tenders, quesadillas, and mac/cheese), and the service is always reliable and friendly! Also love the extensive rotating beer selection, huge projector TVs inside, and outside patio area especially on summer nights!! The food has been good in the past but tonight it was awful- two of the three meals went uneaten. I mentioned it to the waiter and he ended up sending over the manager. The manager listened to the situation and expressed that he would find out why it was so bad and explained that this was the third compliant they have had recently regarding the toughness of the meat. He didn't take anything off of the check which is beyond absurd. I didn't ask him to and I shouldn't have to- I will just go elsewhere from now on‍ clearly he needs to brush up on how to deal w an unsatisfactory dining experience. The manager responded to this review by stating that he will address the complaint and would welcome me back?? I don't understand how that in any way addresses the fact that I paid for a meal I didn't get to eat. Clearly they don't wish to stand behind their food. So again I will just go elsewhere. When it came to the service our waitress was on top of everything and always smiling, which I was slightly surprised for as busy as the place was on a Saturday night. The food- We has gotten the boneless (wings) tenders and while the chicken itself was good, the mild sauce was just different than I was used to and can say I was not a huge fan. My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and it was easily the worst dining experience we have had in the Lehigh valley area yet. Initially we noted how long it took us to receive our first order of drinks, this slight delay was consistent throughout our meal. My boyfriend is from Tennessee and was eager to give their BBQ a try, but couldn't even finish eating the food it was so gross. It was over drenched in mediocre BBQ sauce, the side broccoli was 0 seasoning and every single thing on the plate was cold when we got it. I got the fajita plate and it was also so bad I was still hungry but couldn't have another bite. Like his meal everything was cold by the time I got it, and it made for a rather soggy unenjoyable dish. I had a stomach ache for the rest of the night. We initially ordered desserts but requested them to go because we the laughably bad service just made us want to get home. The General Manager (I think) came up to is when we were getting ready to leave and asked how our meal was. We told him we were disappointed, the food wasn't great and our plagues were cold he apologized and told us to wait. He came back later with a FIVE dollar gift certificate. The bill for the two of us came out to nearly $90, $5 was less than the tip we left. This just made a bad experience worse. We will not be back nor can we recommend this to anyone, but if anyone wants a $5 gift certificate to this place let me know. read more

The price on the menu and online was lower than the price I actually paid, I ordered the Chimi Chicken breasts and they were $13.99 on the menu and online and I was charged $14.99 for them. The portions were small and certainly not worth the price. My chicken should have been $8.00. I ordered a piece of Reese's Pie for $7.00 and the slice was as big as my thumb. I had a piece of Peanut Butter Pie and Hamilton Family Diner for $3.00 and it was almost a half of a pie. So in conclusion, Bad Service High Prices Small Portions Good tasting food. We ordered curbside dinner for my family. They were super quick to bring out our food. Unfortunately, we drove maybe two miles down the road and realized that my son's Mac and cheese was actually just pasta--no cheese in sight. We called and they apologized and asked me how they could make it right which I really appreciated instead of acting like it was no big deal. We asked if we could just get the Mac and cheese as we were close enough to turn around and go back. It did take a while (and maybe it felt longer as our twin babies were screaming the whole time), but when it was ready, the manager brought it out and again apologized and then gave us a gift certificate to use on our next meal. I was blown away by that. We've had quite a few issues with take-out lately from other places and none of them did anything that generous. I really appreciated the gesture. Copperhead is always delicious. I love their quesadillas and avgolemono soup. My husband enjoys their burgers and sandwiches and my son loves their Mac and cheese which is a million times better than the Kraft crap you get at other restaurants. Copperhead Grille has been a consistent "go to" for our family and we have never been disappointed. Copperhead has found what I believe to be the perfect balance of a fun sports bar to watch games, cozy dining for you and the significant other and family friendly dining. We appreciate the fact that we can go and watch our favorite pro, college or even local high school games on the big (and I mean big) screens. Each table in that area has its own speaker so you can choose what big screen you want to listen to. No more loud games talking over each other. You can sit at the bar and watch the many TVs, or you can sit at the high tops and be able to see everything going on. Move to the outside seating area (seasonal) and you have an absolutely wonderful atmosphere with a beautiful fire and live entertainment from time to time. This place really has it all. Service has always been great as is the menu. The menu is not your run of the mill bar food. Lots of good choices, I know this because I always have a difficult time choosing what to get. Instead of listing all the things, come in and see for yourself . I've most everything and it's always been great. Please note, there are TWO locations too! After driving by for many years and not stopping, we stopped on New Years Eve day. We were celebrating our daughters birthday, and wanted to avoid limited menu's and crowds. Five adults, all fussy eaters, and my husband and I were in food service for 40 years, and very critical. The food was excellent from the appetizers to the dessert. All fresh tasting, and cooked perfectly. The wait staff was great, the food delivery timing was perfect ( no rushing) and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Walked into Copperhead and it was a really cool place. My first reaction was that it's like a more mature version of Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was also good. Our waitress was very responsive and all. One thing which I found strange was that a number of people ordered wings on our table, but when the orders were brought out, they didn't know which order was which. After some close staring and inspection, they figured the different sauce combinations. Granted, my review is only based on one visit, but my food was really average. I appreciated that they had a vegetarian portabella mushroom burger option. It just wasn't that great. The wedges were fine. Next time I'd probably try the quesadilla or maybe the fajitas. read more

Dana was out service and she was very knowledgable with the menu and gave great recommendations. She went over and beyond and had a great bubbly personality. I had the chicken Chimi (chimichurri sauce) on top with a side of Cole slaw and asparagus. Asparagus were a little bland, but the refreshing Coleslaw made the chicken dish a good combination. I would definerly recommend it to anyone. Service 5 stars and so was my dish. However I wouldn't order the asparagus again unless they add a little l more flavor to it. read more

We ordered mozzarella sticks, burgers and fries, and all of it was served quickly and hot. We devoured everything - it was delicious. We never have a bad meal here! Everything on their menu is great. Cobb salad is my favorite... the chicken is always fantastic and the portions are large. It has a great wrap-around bar that is separated from the dining area so it makes it possible for guests who prefer to have more of a sit-down dinner experience to be able to enjoy themselves as well and stay away from the chatter and noise in the bar area. I often sit at the bar and the bartenders are always attentive and make great conversationalists. I really enjoy their wings and they do make some concoctions in the back. I've been lucky enough to test some experimental wing flavors. That's definitely one of my favorite reasons to come here. They have awesome appetizers as well and they are also half off after 9pm on weeknights, I believe? I would double check before you go so don't quote me but it's definitely worth it. I can eat just a few apps alone. The mozzarella sticks that they make are HUGE and delicious! Order them if you're a first timer and I promise you'll be impressed. The beer list was excellent and up to date. The Mile high nachos were A MILE high and best We ever had. Ordered curbside pickup and made me come inside to get it while simultaneously bringing other people's orders to their cars. Order was said to be ready at 5:05, showed up at 5:17 and was told to wait 10 more minutes. I come inside to get my order 10 minutes later and they don't have it. They claim that someone else took our order, but did nothing to make up for their horrible service. The manager never spoke to me or offered anything to compensate, and in fact was even arguing with other customers in the restaurant. This place has no idea how to take accountability for mistakes in their restaurant. Never ever coming back here again. read more
