I used to come here with my family all the time! With the pandemic, we had not been here in a long time, but I had such a hankering to stop here after the IronPigs game today. Definitely not what we were used to, not in the slightest. The wings, could not get any smaller, seriously, it was actually a little comical at some points. The burger, it had SO much grease come out of it, it flooded my plate, which was just so disgusting. The same thing with my wife's fish and chips. My daughter liked her chicken tenders, but let's be honest, they were just frozen ones thrown in the fryer. Now let's move onto the service. We were sitting out on their "outdoor patio"... Literally 3 other people here, and we waited "forever" for our food, refills, the check to be taken as I sit here... Just not a great service situation. And, I got 20 wings, 2 different flavors, first one came out lukewarm... The 2nd came out (after I had enough time to finish my first) piping hot, but the exact same flavor, not the 2nd flavor I ordered. Came here with a party of 8, no call prior to arriving and we were seated in about 5 minutes- Excellent! Waitress was great and the food was delicious! A good draft list with a nice variety of beer styles. I ordered the Cajun jambalaya and it was great, my only complaint was that I wish it was spicy. It said it was spicy but honestly it wasn't even mild. Other than that, everything was great! Will come back here again! read more

First time at the Copperhead Grille and everything was great. My daughter took me here for Father's Day. We used the Yelp join waitlist feature and it worked perfectly and we were seated within second upon arrival and the restaurant was ver busy. The greeter we had was pleasant and efficient. Our waitress was awesome. She made our dining experience perfect. Even though we saw she was juggling several tables, she made sure our services was great. Actual all the wait staff near our area looked happy and very responsive to the customers. The drinks and the food we got were tasty and delicious. Took my family here for the first time to celebrate my grandsons 7 birthday . We arrived at 5:30 pm no wait . The staff and waitress was great . My family ordered some coconut shrimp amazing mozzarella sticks as appetizers. Main course we ordered a few burgers and wings . Everything was delicious and freshly made . My only complaint was I mentioned 4 x it was my grandson birthday and no one came over with a simple desert for him to enjoy . The staff did not sing happy birthday either . I've been going to Copperhead Grille for over 10 years. The food is always good and the beer is always cold! There have been a few hiccups with service and a couple with some food items but the situations have always been corrected. I especially like the outdoor bar and patio! read more

Absolutely delicious! Just ordered for the first time through DoorDash. We are new to the area and were given several recommendations to eat here. My husband is a chicken wing aficionado and he said these were the best wings he's ever eaten. I agree- they were delicious. I love that they give you the option to order all flats or drums. We chose the brown butter flats with the blue cheese. Also ordered a side of cole slaw which was great. I ordered the chicken skewers that came with the most amazing tzatziki sauce and chimichuri sauce and pita bread. Super impressed with the food. Cannot wait to go in and try more! read more

Sports bar so can get loud. Big menu and food is good. Nice beer selection. One issue is 3 times I've ordered burger medium at 378 location was no pink, well done. Awful. Terribly long wait until our server came to the table. Received the driest, overcooked wings I've ever seen in my life. The server said "we can't send the wings back or I'll get in trouble for serving it".... Crazy! So what?! Your customers are unhappy! I don't care if the server gets in trouble or not, you should hold the kitchen staff accountable and know not to serve such dead wings to customers! Situation was handled horribly to say the least. Our first time at the Copperhead Grille. Was thrilled they were serving food late on a Sunday! We arrived a bit after 9 and there was a light but nice sized crowd. We ate on the patio which is very nice and spacious with lots of TVs for all to see. They are dog friendly and even had a nice lawn area for them. Jean, our waitress was great. She was helpful with food selections and really personable. Food was excellent. I had the fajitas and everything was fresh and tasty. My SO had the salmon which was nice portion and perfectly cooked. We have been customers of Copperhead Grille for as long as they have been open. Tonight, a Tuesday evening, we unexpectedly found ourselves in need of a quick meal. We were terribly disappointed. First, there were only a handful of patrons and our waitress was inattentive at best. When finished, we attempted to use a Visa gift card we had used successfully on four occasions (at another restaurant) and were told that they do not accept gift cards. The manager on duty came out to somehow justify the nonsensical rejection of gift cards. I paid with a credit card and commented that we would not be back. She left the area making the snarky comment "be nicer". How about Copperhead accept a gift card that has been used successfully FOUR times? Be aware that if you are choosing to eat at Copperhead Grille, they do not accept gift cards. There is nothing they offer to make up for the inconvenience. The food is average at best and the service is no better. read more

I was assured, in 3 separate phone calls, my party of 11 could be seated in a timely matter with a 30 minute call-ahead. I called 50 minutes ahead, arrived 45 minutes ahead, and a received a text saying we could be seated earlier because seating was moving along well. The manager/hostesses kept the very busy arrival of guests moving telling all 25/30 minute wait times. Over an hour later we were told we could have a table of 6, with 2 close tables of 4. We took it because it was the only option offered. The 2 tables of 4 were not quite finished. It was very uncomfortable standing by their tables as we waited. We started to push our tables together which had the staff in a very confused state. CHRISTIAN realized we were a group wishing to dine together and helped to arrange our tables. I would be promoting this kid! He was quick, accommodating and knew how to handle what others seemed to view as too difficult, not worth their effort. We visited this location after a softball tournament on a Friday evening. The restaurant was busy, but our service was fantastic. Our party of 14 was seated very quickly. Hannah was very friendly and had no problem keeping up. Our drinks were always full! The mozzarella sticks had to be homemade, they were some of the best that I've ever had. For entrees, we had the buffalo chicken sandwich, chicken fajitas and the bbq mac n cheese bowl with a side of sweet potato fries. Everything that we had was delicious. The servers are attentive and always so kind when they stop by. My go to appetizer is the Nachos, there's something about them that keeps me coming back. My family and I are very local to the area, and the Copperhead has been a part of many a birthday dinner and other celebrations. We've always had enjoyable experiences and food here. They have hiked their prices over the last few years. I think the food is still good for what you pay; although I think it also depends what you get. I typically favor their blackened fish tacos, and their sweet potato fries are mmm...mmm. We visited as a family very recently and everyone enjoyed their meal. We think the quality of food and service has remained consistent and even improved since COVID hit. Definitely worth stopping in or getting takeout. read more

I walk in 730pm and sat at the bar several seats open. Three young girls working as bar tenders. They are too busy chatting with the young guys and each other to give me a menu let alone take an order. Each time I had to raise my voice to get their attention to just serve me a beer then get me a menu then take my order.
