I worked with Victor for about a month and it was a great experience. I was new to strength…read moretraining and wanted to get more comfortable using the machines, improve my form, and build a good foundation before starting residency. Victor was great at explaining everything thoroughly, making sure I understood the purpose behind each exercise, and correcting my form. He definitely pushes you and makes you work hard, but in a way that feels productive and encouraging. Over the course of working together, I feel a lot more confident in the gym and much more comfortable continuing on my own. He also helped me create a realistic plan that fits my schedule so I can keep making progress even with a busy residency schedule coming up. Overall, I really enjoyed working with him and felt like it was a great investment. Highly recommend Victor if you're looking to get stronger, improve your form, or just feel more confident in the gym!

He is so sweet, patient, and kind. He is very informative and knows everything about everything! He is very motivating as well and has a unique approach and mindset when it comes to fitness and I am very appreciative of him! I found this place earlier in the year and was very intimidated to reach out, but I don't regret it at all. When I finally decided to pull the trigger, I was greeted by Victor, who was immediately so kind and welcoming! Everyone here, whether they are a trainer or trainee, is so kind! I was a bit embarrassed at first, but that quickly went away as I realized everyone is here for the same thing! This is a totally judgement free zone and I would not go anywhere else!

Yes, it's a gym.... Yes it has new equipment but it feels run down for 2 big reasons…read more 1.) for the last year I have been paying extra for the add on of the recovery room, in which Chuze shows commercials all the time advertising HYDRO THERAPY. These machines are great, very popular and everyone who pays extra wants this item and this item only. Nothing else..... nobody wants to wrap their legs in gigantic compression boots.... But yet they have 4 of these machines. They never break because nobody uses them. Everyone pays for the hydro therapy but yet they only have 2 of them and 1 is always broken.... The reason, is because this is all people want out of the recovery room. But yet 1 of the Hydro machines is always broken, never fixed . instead of using membership fees to buy a new one they rely on a repair man who never shows up, and when he does, only has it fixed for a day. What's the point of having a recovery studio if the only thing people want, (HYDRO THERAPY) is never available? 2.) everyone likes to use the stair masters. It's popular now, nobody really uses elliptical's, except older people who can't be hard on their bodies. So what does Chuze do???? They have 17 ellipticals which only ever 3 are being used and 6 stair masters of which one is always broken and all 5 are always in use. A manager with his finger on the pulse of his building should see this, and rotate out unused equipment and replacing it with what's needed more of,..... like the stair masters there's always a wait for.... For months now. This should be the nicest gym out there.... That's why I joined. They are busy with members.... where is all the money going?

In terms of capacity, it's a good sized gym with working machines and a big yoga room and functional workout area. They have 6 punching bags that are always in working function, which I absolutely love as a boxer. The manager, Tracey, is amazing. I've had odd encounters with some people here and he resolved the issue immediately. The place is clean. But when the cleaning lady, Lady, is around, the place becomes spotless. She's super friendly and accommodating. All the staff at the front desk are nice and the trainers here are great at their jobs. They have a ton of classes here and the HIIT classes gets packed. It's a great facility with tons of friendly people and I would highly recommend this Crunch location.

Showers are missing doors, soap, soap dispensers, broken and missing shower heads, hair and trash on shower walls and floors, etc. I have attached photos and a video. The video shows a shower heads broke and fell on me during the middle of my shower. I couldn't put it back on - no matter how much I pushed, turned, etc. it. And the water pressure was extra hard and it hurt.

I went to work out at 9am on a Monday and after an hour and half 10:30am I was done but went to use the restroom before leaving. There was an OLDER MALE in the LADIES RESTROOM undressing to take a shower. I remember being alarmed and went straight to the front desk to let the staff know. They made sure I was okay and said they would handle it. I came back two days later and asked them what happened. They said that the man told them that he's been going in there before with other staff memebers and never had a problem until that Monday I reported him. The staff member checked his account and he's never been to that location before and canceled his membership then and there. Then they banned him from the gym. I've never seen that man again in the gym. I'm glad they took it serious and made sure I was okay!

I think it's great that Planet Fitness offers a free summer membership for teens and encourages them to stay active. However, there needs to be a better balance for paying members. Since June 1, the gym has been extremely crowded every evening between 6-8 p.m. the only time many of us who work full-time can work out. Teens often arrive in large groups, occupy equipment while socializing or using their phones, and make it difficult to complete a workout. In the last three weeks alone, my husband and I have left three times without working out because there was no equipment available. I've also noticed many teens wearing Crocs or slides, even though that doesn't appear to follow gym guidelines, and the rules aren't being enforced. There have also been multiple machines out of service for extended periods, and I believe better orientation on proper equipment use would benefit everyone. I don't normally complain, but I hope Planet Fitness considers limiting the free teen program during peak evening hours or finding a better way to accommodate both teens and paying members. Right now, loyal members are paying the price.
