Instead they shook jiggled and forced this into my cup. I was pretty shocked they handed it over. The person working the blender seemed embarrassed and I'm pretty sure was instructed by whomever was working the register to just give it to me. For that reason I decided not to say anything, but what a crappy way to start a new business. It's an open window. They knew I could see this entire thing and that's certainly not the way to get return customers.

Knowing that, I ordered the medium wings as an appetizer and they were tasty. To make clear, the wings were crispy and juicy. Also, the sauce was flavorful and had a nice spice to it. Following that, I ordered the Barn Burger with fries for my entree. With that known, the burger was delicious. To explain, the meat was juicy and cooked to perfection. Similarly, the garlic mayo was excellent and it helped elevate the burger. In addition, the bun was fresh and enjoyable. My only problem with the burger was that the caramelized onions were undercooked. However, the burger was still very good. In like manner, the fries were pretty tasty as well. This is a delightful, friendly neighborhood butcher and specialty grocer. Often just walking through inspires my creative side.
