In the face of rising prices Corinto is a go to delivering reasonably priced meals. It is a grill and you can order hot subs. Service is quick and you can get in get out quickly. This place reminds me of a dinner I was blessed to frequent, as a child, with my grandfather. That was back in the mid '70s. Super clean, fast and courteous service, and fast delivery. From sitting down, to sliding the plate away...20 minutes, tops! My hash was beautifully cooked. Perfectly crispy on the outside without the middle being dried out and chewy. Home fries were more of the same...excellent. The eggs, sunny side up, were perfect (you'd be surprised how hard it is to find sunny side up eggs, cooked correctly, around here!) We had a decent lunch here -- it's not at all fancy. More like a luncheonette/diner frequented by many of the working guys from the local area. We came for lunch while my husband's car was being serviced nearby. The small restaurant was quite busy inside midday and the tables turned over several times as we ate. Although they specialize in Latin cuisine, we didn't feel like a big meal. They had a few blackboard specials in addition to their menu. My husband got a hamburger with house-made potato salad. It came with lettuce, tomato, and onion. He said it was a pretty good burger. I had their grilled mahi sandwich with crinkle cut fries. It was okay, but not a choice I'd get again. Went there for lunch/late breakfast with friends. It was raining hard, so the back of the parking lot was flooded, so I had to drive around slowly to get a parking space that was ok to use. The lady waiting on us was nice and friendly. This is what our group ordered: - Mahi Mahi salad - nice piece of mahi on top of a romaine lettuce salad with rings of raw onion on top and dressing. It was good. - Western Omelette - It was filling and large. - NY Strip with rice and plantains. Not good. I asked for a medium rare steak and it came to the table Well Done. The rice was good, but the plantains were not sweet nor ripe, they were hard and tough. Not a place I would go back anytime soon for Latin food. read more

Small place but it was packed. Coffee was delicious and wait staff was friendly. Food came out hot and fresh and the hot sauce they have were very good. Man, if I lived in Florida I'd be at this restaurant every day. Super cheap diner with a pretty decent sized menu. I came for breakfast and paid like $7 after tax for French toast, 2 eggs, and 2 strips of bacon. That's how much it should cost for a simple breakfast! Staff is definitely where this place shined, though. Anah that served me was an absolute delight and I watched her and the other girl working be absolutely pleasant talking to people that came to dine-in or take-out. Working at a restaurant isn't the most glorious job, so it was nice to see people who smile while they're working through the day. TL;DR Go for the food, stay for the service. read more

I have been going to Corintos for a couple years now almost every week for a sub. They have always been stacked with meat and well constructed. However, the past two weeks the subs were terrible. Only a sliver of meat and cheese and a few toppings haphazardly thrown on top. It was like eating a "bread sandwich." I'll give them one try next week to see if it was an anomaly but if it's no good I'll never go back. By the way the girls that work there are great. It would be a shame to have to take my business elsewhere. read more

From the outside to the inside this restaurant strikes me as being totally cute. The structure is weird, but nice weird with a sort of whimsical fairyland look about it. From the inside it is bright, airy, spotlessly clean and offering a great street view as the windows extend all the way from the floor to the ceiling. The service is top notch, polite and totally professional. I've been here many times and I've never found my coffee cup to be empty, to have gotten cold or neglected. They have a complete menu, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner along with various drinks including beers. The food offerings have a distinct Hispanic bent to them, but deliciously so. It's the epitome of a locals hangout. In general they serve good, solid food at an honest price & the service is prompt and friendly. Their menu features a mixture of diner standbys, comfort food and a selection of delicious Latin-American dishes. Their breakfast sandwiches are perfect for take-out and a great alternative to the pre-processed industrial breakfast food served by the fast food chains. I particularly recommend the Ham, Egg & Cheese breakfast sandwich, or the delicious Churrasco steak breakfast sandwich. For dine-in the Churrasco breakfast platter is amazing too! I usually substitute vegetables for the homefries, because that's how I roll. They have all the basic breakfast foods, no need to be shy. The hot sauces bear mentioning as well. They have a green and a red. They're both homemade and delicious. Be sure to ask for them! In my opinion, the green pairs particularly well with the Churrasco steak breakfast sandwich, or the Churrasco breakfast platter. I even like it on the veggies. After many failed attempts, I finally came here when they were open!!!! My husband and I decided to come here for a Sunday breakfast, and it was really good. The place itself is very cozy and small, but the perfect size nonetheless. Upon entereing, we were told to sit wherever we wanted, and one of the ladies there brought us a menu. I will confess though that I was a bit disappointed with their breakfast options. I was expecting the real deal in Cuban food, but I found myself with pancakes and French toast. I ordered a Café con Leche to start, and it was the best thing I could have done! The coffee was just on point, and sweet enough. My husband ended up ordering the pancake platter, and I got the ham steak with eggs. The food came to our table pretty quick, despite the fact the place was literally packed! I was very satisfied with my meal, specially because I asked for the Cuban bread instead of white toast, and I got all the buttery goodness. I believe the portions were perfect for me, as I got to finish my whole plate by myself (Something I never do!) But my husband complaint that he was not full after the meal lol... I will give this place a solid 4 stars because what we had was very good. This place is a hidden gem! It's so easy to drive by this place and never notice it despite it's unique A shaped roof. If it wasn't for Yelp, I would've never discovered this place. This hole in the wall is always busy but service has always been fast and attentive. They have rotating lunch specials, today was Monday and they had some tilapia that came with 2 sides that was really good! It was well flavored and the portion size was perfect. Their philly cheese steak is also on point too, good amount of meat and cheese. If you go on a day when they have their churassco lunch special, be sure to give that a try too!
