This was a great place to have breakfast. I got the Senior 2-Item Omelette with hash browns and toast and it was delicious. The food came out warm and smelled so good. I liked the chunks of bacon in and outside my omelette. My coffee was hot with lots of creamer at my table already. Tasted so good!! Compliments to the cooks. The service was fast and my waitress was great. I did not have to ask for anything, she already knew what to bring to my table (I wished I asked her name so I can mention it here). To start off out server had the worst attitude and basically threw the plates at us. we asked to switch an item we were unhappy with and the manager came and also threw the plate. the whole time we were there she was giving us dirty looks and mind you this was the manager. from beginning to end this was probably the worst experience ever and just a terrible way to treat customers. read more

This Corky's location can be very hit or miss. They are generally very short staffed so service can be slow and inconsistent. What a pleasant surprise today! They were well staffed and I was able to get a seat at the counter without waiting. The service was quick and my food came out very quickly. I love diner food! It takes me back to when I use to work at one. Everyone is so friendly and efficient, cashier/host acknowledged us to let us know she was there to help. Stopped by this place on my way back home from a weekend getaway. I tried the Reuben sandwich and it was delicious. Just ask for extra 1000 island dressing on the side because they don't put enough. Other than that everything was good about it and so were the fries. They have outside seating with umbrellas and very friendly service. read more

Last Sunday, my bride and I enjoyed the distinct pleasure of having our grown daughter join us at church then our traditional post-service meal. We let Nanita choose and, coveting a well-made breakfast, she chose Corky's Kitchen in Rancho Cucamonga. The wifey, riveted on her keto diet despite a killer figure that must make most women turn emerald with envy, went with a Cobb Salad. Our daughter belied her original breakfast bent and opted for a Grilled Chicken Salad. Both salads arrived with plentiful portions, freshly sliced/slivered and chopped, and both of the women in my life devoured them. I ordered a Blueberry Pancake Combo, with eggs served over-hard (sunny side up, but cooked crisp not runny), bacon and a side of sourdough toast. My pancakes were plate-sized, densely crammed with sweet, jammy blueberries, creating a very nice counterpoint to the buckwheat flour that Corky's utilizes for their pancakes. Easily etched onto the Mount Rushmore of finest pancakes ever eaten!! My eggs and bacon formed a dynamic duo -or perhaps a tantalizing trio?- with my buttered toast, as I alchemized the trio of items into two compact breakfast sandos. Our server was SPECTACULAR!! A vivacious young, Hispanic lady with bright smile and an even brighter, customer-centric attitude. I wish I could properly showcase her by naming her on here; alas, the only name we could find was for an "M. Malagi" on the receipt. This is good standard food fare. Prices are reasonable, portions are good, and service is good. I had the meat loaf, which was okay. I prefer my meat loaf more with the ground meat rather than minced meat. Salad was good and the desserts look really good! I will come back for sure. read more

So after 6 years of contemplation I wish I had never wasted my time by going into this establishment. Today 11/4/22 a little before noon I went in and after placing our order we decided to get up and leave. We told the manager to cancel our order, she asked why and I showed her the attached pictures. Immediately the excuses were flying at us, she stated that "they need to remove the booths in order to clean well." Then do it or have it done that is not my problem, her next statement was "we remove them once a week to get back there." Disgusting, so you're telling me that if I drop something such as in the picture on a Monday that will not get touched until their weekly cleaning.....unsanitary much? Usually one of my favorite breakfast places but unfortunately today was a bad day for corkeys. Been waiting well over 15 minutes to be seated and so many open tables.
