    Chicken noodle soup

Disgusting this place has gone downhill ordered a chicken noodle soup and got mushy paste you can't even make out what's in it. It tastes cheesy and not like a soup. Never again. Gross.

Super tasty breads - excellent. My wife and I came through while tonight and tried their 2 for 6.99 deal after seeing it on instagram and I was really impressed. I tried the beef sandwich, which was basically an elevated version of a traditional roast beef sandwich, but with a nice sauce and some crunchy bits on top. I also tried their shrimp scampi pasta, which was my personal favorite. Very buttery, the tomatoes had a lovely sweetness, and the shrimp were juicy too. The place was mostly empty when we arrived for an early dinner but filled up quick! The service was solid and helpful and they got everything out pretty quickly - roughly 12 min or so from order to table. We loved the deal especially...we'll be coming back to try more of the sandwiches and pastas, and kudos to corner bakery for running these deals and giving us a great excuse to get out and try something new :)

Corner Bakery in Burbank is one of the businesses that not only has great food, but also is giving back to the community. Thank you Raffi & Zohra for breakfast donation for Teacher Appreciation Week. Our staff enjoyed every bite of it!

Dental work today so I have soup for lunch. I guess everything is expensive now. $7.69 for a cup of soup, and $3.59 for a small drink. They are not very busy at lunch. Sad I missed the $7 panini by a day or 2. That would have been a good value. Surprised at the wait for a cup of soup....was hoping it came with bread. It didn't. Wondering how the soup is made. Chunks of potatoes were firm and super hot. Hotter than the rest of the soup. Order it with no green onion because they overpower the taste. It's good. Relaxing place.

We were on our way in traffic and needed to make a pit stop. On walking in, I am not familiar with the area yet it seems like this is a local chain that gives vibes like Panera would? The staff were friendly yet were in training so it took a bit to get our drinks (salted caramel lattes) and they were worth it :)

A bit of a fav of ours from past visits so thought we have breaky here this morning Nothings changed service is good food is a reasonable sized serving and coffee is good ( serve yourself form vac pumps ) This time was disappointing as the food was barely warm and the potatoes were actually cold , not sure how you achieve that other than letting it sit unattended for to long Will be back but not rushing

Good food and clean. Well run, quick service. Great pancakes, eggs. The frittatas weren't that great. I would prefer traditional quiche.

$30 for a sandwich with stale bread, macaroni and cheese that tasted like nothing, a bag of lay's chips, garlic bread and a medium drink.

Parking is probably the biggest downside. It's street parking only, and it can be a little difficult to find a spot. There isn't much seating inside, so we grabbed a table outside. Luckily, the weather was nice, and it ended up being a great place to enjoy lunch. Service was friendly and efficient, and while the prices aren't the cheapest, they also didn't feel unreasonable given the quality of the food. I ordered Ruben's Cousin on Dutch crunch, and I'd definitely recommend it. The Dutch crunch bread had a great texture, and the sandwich itself was juicy, flavorful, and well-balanced. Nothing overcomplicated--just a really solid sandwich done well. Overall, it's a spot I'd happily return to, as there are already several other sandwiches I'd come back to try despite the parking situation.

Everything is super filling and super tasteful, and the staff is always super pleasant.

Located right in downtown Burbank, you walk in and order at the counter, you get a number, and they bring the food out to your table when ready. It's very casual, plenty of seating inside and outside. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, which is a huge deal and very rare nowadays. They even had a new happy hour special. Who doesn't love a $3 beer with lunch? As for the food, I was thoroughly impressed! Pastrami melt was amazing! Full of delicious pastrami, melted cheese, and pickles. So delicious! Fries looked like they were actual fresh made fries, not frozen, which was a nice surprise. I could also tell that they make their ranch from scratch. The bbq chicken sandwich was also delicious. Side salad was super fresh. Everything was so delicious! Portions nice; prices fair. I am impressed with Wild Carvery because I could tell that the ingredients are fresh and the quality is high. I also suspect that they make their own pickles? But I'm not sure. If quality and freshness are important to you, I highly recommend checking out Wild Carvery. I can't wait to come back and try their burgers.

I first found out about Handy Market on social media for their weekend BBQ about a month ago. As I had been craving bbq for a couple weeks now, I found today to be the best opportunity to give them a try. I placed an order for pick up the night before. I got kind of carried away with the order, as I wanted to try almost everything on the menu. The prices were absolutely insane! I think I ended up paying about 65 dollars for food that would easily feed me for a good 3 or 4 days. When I arrived to pick up my order at my pick up time, I had noticed my order was being packed. I asked the employees if I can leave my order with them for a bit so that I can pick up some meat inside the market. They obliged, and I went to the meat counter to order my beef back ribs to cook for tomorrow. For 5 pounds, I ended up paying about $34, which was definitely a bargain. They were also selling breakfast burritos and sandwiches in the store, which I found to be awesome. I took everything home and opened my bag of spoils. After I took everything out, I statted thinking of what I wanted to eat first and what I wanted to save for later. It was so much food that I thought I could feed an entire army. Definitely will be back for the breakfast burritos and sandwiches, and for the meats again, for sure!

As a loyal customer of this establishment for over two decades, I have consistently visited the…read moredeli and meats department at least once a month. However, I am compelled to rate this establishment one star due to a particularly unpleasant experience with a female deli employee whose first name begins with the letter "J." Despite my frequent visits, the overall customer service in the deli and meats department has declined. The season butchers have been replaced with individuals lacking the necessary experience and customer courtesy that were previously present. Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Additionally, it is crucial the ambiance that all employees, including the deli and butcher employees, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor. A salutation is always appreciated. Despite these concerns, the BBQ remains outstanding as always.
