Passed by this place so many times and finally stopped in for lunch. I had the duck confit sandwich which was a nice salty and sweet combo with quince paste, goat cheese on focaccia. The husband had the beef chili with was very flavorful and a gem salad. Everything was really good and they had outdoor seating that was dog friendly. Side note, the restroom was really cool. This is a little hidden gym in Geyserville California. Right on the Main Street back oin a corner by the antique shop. It has a wonderful selection of local beers and wine, as well as some of their own brews. The menu is locally sourced, filled with flavor and well done. We ordered 3 different things and were very impressed by the unique flavors. Give the pickled vegetables a try. A great little appetizer. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Food: A Meatball Sandwich (fresh bread all flavors married beautifully on this sandwich!) Homemade Potato salad was bright and not all mayo'd out. A winner at our table. Caesar Salad (our table agreed this was the best salad we ever had...mind you patrons included a 6 and 8 year old - note to self Parmesan breadcrumbs are dreamy) Pickle plate was beautifully assembled and delicious. Cast Iron Cornbread - lovely crisp outside with a cake like interior. Delicate and solid at the same time. Made with magic, maybe? Flourless Chocolate Brownie - do yourself a favor. Don't share this with others at the table. Indulge and eat this naughtiness by yo-self. Arm yourself with your fork and knife. Beer: Chris is making some true to style beers which were definitely welcomed after some wine tasting. The Faithful Pilsner (clean lager character, refreshing, and very drinkable) and the Unconditional Pale Ale (a toasty malt profile with moderate hop, again very drinkable.) Atmosphere: Their outside patio is shaded and tables are well spaced. Their patio is perfect for people watching. Tables, seats, everything is very clean (we saw lots of sanitizing happening around us). Interior was designed beautifully. Oh how I hope next time it'll be open post-covid. Bathroom: There's a cool little secret surprise in there. Check it. Hospitality Got to hangout with Katie, Chris and Tom. They are incredibly friendly and definitely helpful when choosing items on the menu. But you could just do what we did, order it all :) We'll be back! And we'll try not to stay for 3 hours. Lunch today was almost everything I hoped for. Tom and Katie do a great job. service was a little slow, but then it was Saturday noon time and it's a small kitchen. The food was worth the wait. My only complaint was with the bartender/cashier. His demeanor was rude and abusive. When businesses are trying to build trade, being rude to locals is not a good policy. If it weren't for the owners, I would have turned and left, never to return. As it is I'll be back, hoping it's his day off. read more

I went again last night and started with the crispy polenta, covered with sautéed wild mushrooms and olive caper relish. Then I moved onto the Pork Belly Jaegerschnitzel, on top of homemade spaetzle, with a.mushroom gravy. We live in Asti and have been going almost since they opened. It never disappoints. Wow! We have never gone to an eating establishment regretting-- regretting we can't try everything on the menu! Definitely have the meatloaf sandwich, the meatloaf sliders, and Mac & Cheese. The meatloaf sliders will knock your socks off! Make sure to add bacon to the Mac & Cheese ( I missed that in the small print). The "plain" Mac & cheese has plenty going on to keep your tastebuds titillated. However, the bacon would pair well with the sliders and the Death & Taxes on this rainy day. Stopped by the convenience store next to this place and peeped the menu and saw that they were serving a duck confit sandwich! I just had to try it. I wished I took a picture. It was delicious! Inside was goat cheese and maybe arugula, with a good amount of the tender duck. I saved the other half for later, and it was still delicious. Next time I pass I will be sure to try something else as their menu changes. It's also a brewery if you like beer. read more

We've tried three sandwiches (thanks to happy hour at Mercury wines). All were delicious! I especially like the Figgy Piggy. It is excellent. Great place to relax at the end of the day. We had an amazing experience at Corner Project Ales & Eats for my 40th birthday. Due to a scheduling snafu, our original reservation at a nearby restaurant didn't work out, and we were scrambling at the last minute to find somewhere to accommodate our party of 13. Tom, Kate, and Chris saved us, and it ended up being WAY more fun and way more tasty than our original dinner plans. The food and beer were phenomenal, and the atmosphere was perfect. Best potato salad I've ever had, and I don't even like potato salad. The sandwiches and salads were fresh, delicious, and every ingredient is thoughtful and perfectly paired. I can't say enough good things about the food, the owners, and the space. We will 100% return every time we're in Geyserville. read more

We split the Banh Mi (Vietnamese) sandwich. They make it with pork belly and very fresh lettuce and other veggies and serve it with a typical Vietnamese sauce on the side. It was delicious. This is an extremely casual place with a good selection of beers on tap. I only gave this place 3 stars because many tables were dirty and I had concerns about proper food handling practices. A staff member cleaned our table then proceeded to make our sandwich. As I looked into the kitchen area, I saw her making our sandwich. She was putting her bare hands into the containers with all the prepped ingredients. Although I assume she washed her hands after cleaning tables, not wearing gloves to prepare our sandwich can lead to cross contamination. I spent my college summers working at our county health department so I know how important wearing gloves are when assembling sandwiches and putting your hands into prepped food bins. Even the Subway sandwich chain does this. read more
