We stopped by for lunch on our way down from apple picking in Oak Glen. We had three meats (pork ribs, brisket, and tri tip) with three sides (corn salad, baked beans, and potato salad) to feed our family of four. It was more than enough food. Everything was amazing! The meats were super flavorful and cooked to perfection. My favorite item was the corn salad that was refreshing and had little bits of bacon. They also make their own BBQ sauces which were all unique and very tasty. This is the best BBQ restaurant I've ever been to because not only do the meats stand on their own but the sides were all gourmet. And the staff was very friendly and welcoming, too. The food is delicious. The restaurant only offers pick up and is small with a bench in the restaurant to sit while you wait. No fountain drinks only canned or bottled. Came by here for the first time on my way home. BBQ was good. Positive-got the one meat meal the chicken was falling off the bone. Positive- service was excellent and very welcoming. Negative- coleslaw is very salty. I'm use to more sweet( personal preference). Negative- sauce was overwhelming. My chicken was swimming in BBQ sauce which defiantly took away from the meat flavor that was disappointing. I wish their was way less sauce and I would have given 5 stars. Great BBQ in Beaumont. I did not realize this place was there, but I was jonesing for some BBQ. I was pleasantly impressed by the food and service. This is mainly made for P/U or takeout, though there are seats for dining in. My favorite was the brisket. It was very flavorful with those lovely bits of char and fat. However customer service in Beaumont could be improved, there is one employee (Caucasian female always with pigtails and piercings) always in a bad mood and really discouraged customers from asking any questions due to her unpleasant approach (4th time visiting and it's always the same attitude) all other staff is courteous and pleasant! This was my first visit to Cornerstone. My family ordered brisket burnt end, brisket, and pulled pork meat fries. Delicious!! The variety of sauces was also a plus. The staff was very nice, and the owner came out to chat with us for a bit, while we waited. I'll definitely be coming back to try out the rest of the menu. Hands down the best BBQ we've had in a while. The brisket literally melted in my mouth. We stopped by on the 4th of July while visiting Soboba resort (15 min drive from casino). I visited a food truck at the Beaumont Freedom Festival on the 4th of July. The food and service at the street fair were great. The concerning part is that I started receiving marketing emails to my work email, first thanking me for my visit and then general marketing emails. I paid with a personal card and never provided any contact information. Why would you provide contact information at a food truck? I responded to the first email with concern and never received a response. Very disappointed with there thanksgiving meal.....$164 dollars in the trash ..... ordered the deep fried turkey with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese and baked beans..... I had to fix all of them with seasoning and add extra milk cheese and butter turkey was uneatable extremely dry and no flavor it all went in the trash I am just happy I bought a ham last minute if not we would have not have anything to eat ...... lesson learned just do it yourself ....and baked beans were undercooked still felt a bit hard read more

I almost don't want to review this place and instead keep it a little local secret. But the corn salad... I've straight up had dreams about it. The staff are fantastic, I want to be your friend so bad, cornerstone peeps. The mustard sauce and the creamy reaper sauce are too die for. Are you entertaining and not sure what to serve? Get some pulled pork or brisket, some slaw and corn salad and you've got a good start to a mighty fine taco bar. These guys also cater, so someday I hope I'll be able to take advantage of that. If I was on death row, the tri-tip sandwich would be my last meal. This place has amazing service, and just as amazing food. The patio in the back is the perfect place to enjoy your amazing barbecue. The meat nachos with brisket were also, amazing. For the people complaining about the prices, you can view pricing before you decide to spend money there, and this barbecue is SO worth the money... don't eat at restaurants if you can't afford it. This is a small business, they don't have the funding that the big food chains do, everything is more expensive nowadays, and taking into account they are a small business, the prices are more than fair.
