Cute shop, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. Maybe if I was already in the area at a nearby restaurant, but I was overall underwhelmed. Not many flavors to choose from (6), but they do switch out their flavors which is nice. The worker was super nice and let us try all the flavors. The quality of the custard was fine and decently creamy, it just wasn't up there with some of my other favorite ice cream places and I can't see myself choosing this one over others. They did have little hand wipes which was a nice touch dealing with sticky ice cream hands.

Wasn't sure about this spot at first with their super steep price of $8 for a single and $14 for a double. But I'm happy to report that their frozen custard is indeed worth it! They do give you a generous portion and the quality is 10/10. Very luscious and creamy. I was sold with just their Vanilla flavor but they also got seasonal options as well. We went with the Coconut Almond Joy and Malted Chocolate. Both were delicious and such a treat.

It was on my Cousins Portland list. Small place. Basic design. Clean. Limited seating but small outside area. Limited flavors. The kids each got one. I want more seating abd more flavors. But I do understand keeping it simple business model. I would not say go out if your way but if in the area...

Wow! My new favorite ice cream! Super nice little shop, super nice people, and amazing ice cream! Highly recommended.

Was in Portland visiting a friend and she was extremely excited that Cornet Custard was open so we stopped in. I got a scoop of the pistachio in a cup which was very good. Pistachio is my favorite and this was delicious. My friend got the blackberry swirl in a cone and was thrilled to try something new. Service was very friendly and I would definitely go there again to try out other flavors!

Happy to support this Latina business! Delicious, we tried coconut lime, you get huge scoops, it's not cheap. Tasty cones. I would like some sauce for this flavor, like salty caramel or sesame. Very friendly, and you can sample taste different flavors. Come check them out! Nice clean shop.

This is the cutest little shop! Welcoming staff, appreciated that they made us feel good about trying samples despite there being a line. The custard was really good, loved the chocolate cherry!

Tried Cornet Custard yesterday and enjoyed it! The shop is bright and clean. Small footprint, but a couple of benches to sit and scarf down your scoop. Prices are up there, with a single scoop being $8, double $13, and pints at $17. The scoop size is generous - I wish they had a kids scoop option for cost and portion size. The staff is friendly and allow you to try samples, which is always appreciated. The flavors I tried were all delicious. My vegan friend would've have liked more vegan flavors. I ended up getting chocolate and butter pecan in a cup to share with my partner. The texture is great.

Cornet custard WHY did I take so long to try you!? Oh. My. CUSTARD!! I immediately fell in love with the small menu, (every ice cream connoisseur knows the less flavors at a shop, the better) that allowed for thorough sampling! The Madagascar vanilla is a year round flavor and is seriously to die for. They explained how many eggs go into the custard to give it its unique and creamy-dreamy texture. CC, I am not finished with you! We will be back

Beautiful day to sit outside enjoying some delish custard!

Our first of many trips for custard! Cute little shop with rotating flavors. Look them up on IG to see their flavors unless a surprise is more of your thing. They offer cups and cones plus quarts to take home! Yummy local flavor!!

The shop was small and had a well deserved line. The line moved quickly and we had delicious custard in hand in under 10 minutes. The custard was so nostalgic and the inspiration flavor was spot on! The strawberry shortcake flavor is just like the kind you got as a 8 year old from the ice cream truck. It was amazing! The passionfruit flavor reminded me of my favorite passionfruit macaroon. It was a magical experience! I will definitely be back. I appreciate the half-scoops so we could try two flavors without a tummy ache!

The time has come to stop overcharging for mediocre products. The pint of Madagascar vanilla was worth about $7, not $17.

If I was a billionaire, I'd invest in this shop to open a second location by me in Maine. Small batch and homemade, these ice creams are luscious and delicious. They are not sickly sweet, and they don't need to be. They really let the flavors shine on their own. The thai iced tea is my favorite flavor, though the fresh banana is up there too. This trip already I have visited once IRL and later I ordered a shake from them for delivery to my hotel, which was great! No drop in quality there and they drew a cute little note. The service has always been amazing throughout the years. Got to meet THE Miss Oz herself one visit too! Scoops or in shake form, it's a must visit when we find ourselves back in PDX!

The marionberry was sweet, tart, and refreshing. The birthday cake had bits of yellow cake and confetti folded into the ice cream. The Belgian chocolate was deep and decadent. The bowl was filled to the top and our waffle cone was served to the side because the scoops would not have fit. My parents had the hibiscus coconut sorbet and chocolate sorbet. Both are dairy free. My parents were indifferent to both flavors. The hibiscus flavor was too strong whereas the coconut was too subtle. The chocolate sorbet has an intense cocoa flavor and they generally prefer a sweeter version.

Without samples, my partner got a flavor with a coconut base which is not his preference. A table of toppings and a cooler of toppings are available. There are a lot of choices, and some do make you wonder when they were set out / if they should be covered. Of course you pay by weight so you may want to be selective. Our two small cups ended up being $20 (! - I guess we weren't selective enough). We sat to eat, and noticed a number of gnats flying around. The decor is quirky - upbeat, bright lime green, but a little chaotic and worn down. Overall I think soft serve yogurt is a fun activity, and makes for a unique custom dessert every time, but the biz could benefit from some changes and a decor refresh.
