Curried Potatoes (GF, Available Vegan) Oven Chips (GF, Available Vegan) Chicken Pot Pie, veggie cottage pie, The Oggie (Traditional Pasty)

O. M. G. This place is such a vibe. If you want to feel like you're in a post punk, British, goth bar that is somehow also fancy?? then this is the place for you. The food is made from scratch and we all enjoyed. My daughters split the chicken pot pie pasty and both liked it a lot. We mentioned to our waiter that they were splitting it and they brought the food out on two separate plates which was so nice! My husband got the Oggie and loved it. I got the Veggie cottage pasty and it was so delicious. We also enjoyed the bread and butter (omg so good), curried potatoes and house chips. A very potato-ey night. We wanted to try dessert but had to stop ourselves. Totally recommend for the experience but also for the amazing food. The price is a bit more steep, but we left with leftovers!

We went to this place by accident, but turned out I really liked the vibe, food, and staff. We ordered Cornish pastry, didn't remember which one we got, but the staff were so considerate that separated the dish into two so we could share without messing the dish. The pastry was so flaky and the inside was warm and flavorful, quite huge actually. The soup we ordered was good, very thick though. And the dessert we ordered was a little bit too sweet for us, but overall it was delicious.

I always love me some Cornish Pasty Co.! I've been to there Phoenix and Tempe locations and am a huge fan. Summer, our server, was super knowledgeable and took great care of us. I appreciated the broad list of local taps. It was my friend's first time, and she loved her soup and both pasties we got (lamb and mint; rosemary chicken). They were both fresh and super tasty. We both felt like the rosemary chicken needed something else to help it maintain some more moisture. Maybe some turnips? Overall, all the hearts for Cornish Pasty Co.!

I want to start this out by saying I attend the cornish pasty in scottsdale pretty frequently and am a big fan of their food and beer selection. Im up here in flag to see my gf graduate and have been telling her how awesome cornish is. When we walked in we were told theres a 10 min wait, that's it. So we put our number down and glanced into the restaurant and saw about 10-12 bar seats open and TONS of tables open. We decided its okay and will wait the 10 mins, no big deal. After about 10 mins of waiting 2 groups had come in since we sat down to wait and the lady suggested to both of them that the bar is open. So we decided to go sit at the bar. We sat there for a good 5 mins with the bartender avoiding us and walking back and forth helping the 4 other people in the restaurant. Wanna hear the craziest part? I told my gf about their awesome food selection before arriving and when we were waiting we were told that they don't have the ingredients for a "couple" of the pastys and handed us the menu with the ones they don't have crossed off. Take a look at that. As you can probably imagine we left. Will not be returning to this location. Brutal.

Stopped in and sat at the bar and ordered a pasty to go. The bartender was very engaging and there is a lot about the area and other bars and restaurants. I enjoyed a Hefeweizen while my food was being made. I ended up getting the pilgrim pasty. They are very big and could be shared or some can be taken home for another meal. They do not come with a side. They have a full service bar, indoor seating, and a back patio.

Lowkey spot open up pretty late! The wait for food is a bit longer than normal because they make your food as you order. I got the Royale and it was SO GOOD. I couldn't finish the entire thing, it is so filling. They pack it to the brim with toppings. My partner got the chicken tikka masala and the flavor profile smelled so good. Highly recommend. They have street parking right in front.

Having visited Cornish Pastry, Phoenix, AZ- ordering online, via the Toast app to-go, we initally saved our pies as road trip eats-eating the next day, even without bothering to heat up the pastries they were still super delicious- Each pastry was PACKED with ingredients- the blends were incredible- the meat, vegetables, and seasonings were bold in taste- the pastry still fluffy flaky buttery- So when we discovered another location in Flagstaff, we jumped at the chance to try more menu items, this time intending to eat the pies warm- My only woe with the location, while easier parking, more spacious inside, and friendly staff- they were out of many pastry options- we ended up ordering more so what they had left, than our top 'want to try' choices- We opted for Spicy Chicken Asiago- no sour cream & Lamb Vindaloo- Again, each pastry was packed- the blend of sauce and ingredients was well balanced, bold in taste- the pastry fluff, flaky, buttery At ~$20 a pie, they were a completely filling meal

Chips with bacon and cheese! Our appetizer and very yummy.

One of the only late night food places open, and was pretty good. I got the Tikka Masala salad and my friend got the meat and cheese pasty. His was so so good, mine was a little spicy and not as good as his, but oh well. Our drink were good, but mine was covered in cinnamon so much I could barely enjoy it. Vibes and service were great though!

What a cool spot! The ambiance is cozy and certainly has a unique vibe. For some reason, half their menu was essentially unavailable when we visited. And the service was really touch and go. When we did see our server, she was really great. She just... wasn't around. Maybe they were short-staffed that day? Everything took painfully long during our visit. I ordered one of the few vegan offerings they had available that day. (Shout out to their expansive vegan offerings!). I would have preferred my pie to be a bit more cooked as the crust was kind of under done and almost gummy? The flavors of the content was really good and comforting tho. For the price, I would have expected better quality. Maybe it was an off day? I'm open to stopping in to give them another try if I'm ever back in Flag again. My friends frequent this place so I suspect this was just an off day.

Delicious vegan broccoli cheddar soup and house-made bread

3 stars because the service was excellent, the ambiance is great and their soup and bread are out of this world! 2 stars taken off because we were served a burnt pasty with a big chunk of dough missing. See my photo. It's shocking that this would be served to us. I have found that between many of their locations that the baking is inconsistent and sometimes they'll serve burnt pastys. I will say that their vegan broccoli cheddar soup with the homemade bread were so delicious! But I'm afraid to order a pasty from now on.

Cornish Pasty offers some incredibly delicious pies, with the Royale with Cheese being a standout--juicy, flavorful, and perfectly satisfying. The menu has a great variety of options, but unfortunately, several key items were missing during my visit (no lamb, beef, or greens available). It was disappointing to see the selection so limited. To top it off, I ordered a German beer that tasted spoiled, which was another letdown. The bathrooms were in rough shape--disgusting, with vulgar writings on the walls that really detracted from the overall experience. I hope these issues get addressed because the food itself is solid, and with a bit more attention to the details, this place could be great! Service kinda saved it, with jokes and smiles, thanks to Natalia, however took long enough, knowing that we were a second occupied table in the house. This strikes a balance between calling out what was good (the pies) while being honest about the negative aspects.

I have to come to this Cornish whenever I'm in Flagstaff. It's my favorite of the three locations I've been to (the other 2 are Tempe and Downtown Phx). Often playing great music and the Pasty is just bar food from heaven. My favorite is the Cuban and the Lamb Vindaloo. As for drinks, the mead is lovely and also their Oaxacan Old Fashioned if you wanna feel like a sexy older man that lives en el rancho. Atmosphere is great as well and they have a nice patio.
