Very frustrating! While the staff did try to assist since their tech was behind and I had drank 32 ox for my test but they left me completely in the dark! Whoever made the policy of not letting expectante mothers look at the screen while they are doing ultrasounds sounds is horrible! As a mother on her third pregnancy with a missed miscarriage, the baby died inside with no indication, being able to get a view of that little flutter heartbeat was all I was hoping for so I could rest easy for a bit. Messed up policy I will not be returning nor would I recommend having your first pregnancy ultrasound here. read more

I am so disappointed with my experience at this facility. While scheduling and the prior communication was easy and professional, I was told they would contact my previous medical provider for the prior images and I did not have to worry about bringing a CD with me. However when I arrived for my appointment, they told me they tried to contact my previous radiologist and were not able to obtain the images. They made no attempt to contact me with this information prior to the appointment. They also informed me the radiologist wasn't available to do my scheduled diagnostic ultrasound because he was busy doing biopsies. They offered to reschedule my appointment but I want nothing more to do with this facility after they were so unprofessional in how they handled my situation. Definitely avoid this place. read more

I had several exams completed here today. The X-Ray techs Heather (student) & Mars were absolutely awesome. They both were very professional and helpful in explaining what the X-Ray exam would entail. The berry drink I had to drink prior to the X-rays wasn't that bad. I gulped it down quickly. The ladies at the front desk were nice and checked me in promptly. The overall facility was clean and tidy. I would definitely choose this facility again. read more

The mammogram techs are the absolute best! Kind and compassionate. I have been coming back here for each exam.

Upstairs Imaging (front desk): The lady at the front desk (ombre red hair) and her backup coworker should not be working here or any other place that involves working with people. I'm sorry, I take that back. They could work at the morgue with dead people because their attitude is more suitable for the dead, ones without souls! First of all, they don't smile and greet, "Good morning!" Come on, you're working in an office at the front desk! Make eye contact with us. Don't just look down and reach for whatever paper is in our hands! Acknowledge that we are alive and we are here because we are sick and need help. You're in a better health situation than most of us. Treat us with respect. This isn't the first time. The first time I was here, same person, same experience. She must hate life, hate people, hate to reach for the ID/insurance/papers. She must hate the twig/branch design of the glass doors. Or is it because the circle window brings in circle sunlight onto the wall. Does natural sunlight burn her skin or eyes? (My eyes are light sensitive and it stings a little, but I still manage to smile and greet people.) Or maybe she hates her coworker because she doesn't smile either. I let it go the first time because we all have bad days and that's okay. But, the second, third, fourth time... It's not me anymore. Her attitude stinks and it's permanent. Please get rid of her. We don't need these kinds of people working in medical offices where we are already in pain, hard of hearing, handicap, etc. Please suggest the morgue, the library, the underground sewage, and maybe airplane cargo to them for future employment. I can see that they will be outstanding there. I've been sitting here since 7:30am because it's walk-in, no appointments. It's now 8:11am and she has not once greeted anyone properly. People walk up to her and the first thing out of her mouth is, "ID and insurance." Wait, wait, wait!!! She handed a man back his ID and insurance card and the man thanked her. She replied, "Thank you!" Wait! What? She was actually capable of retrieving and using what we were taught as children - to thank others!!! Okay, that was only one person. It's now 8:17am and the room has filled up completely. She's not nice. It's not just because she doesn't smile or greet people either. Her whole personality is unpleasant. Too much attitude! Her rude, unfriendliness is not someone I would want patients to see when they first enter a medical office. I wouldn't come back, but this is the closest location to my home. The morgue sounds nice. I can see why this office has low reviews. I had an appointment scheduled today and received a voicemail saying my insurance could not be verified and that my doctor's order was incomplete. I tried calling for at least 10 times, before finally getting through. So crazy. PWhen I did, I confirmed my insurance coverage, which has been accepted without any issues at multiple other medical offices. Despite this, the staff insisted it could not be verified and did not seem willing to resolve the issue. This was an awful experience before I even stepped foot in the office. The lack of communication and basic administrative competence was extremely frustrating. read more

I am shocked at the low star rating . I only schedule here and sadly need an urgent mri & have to go elsewhere but decided to cancel after reading the horrific reviews from a location on Olivewood in Riv. Then to see my preference location has a 2 star! Idk how. I've been using this facility for years, it is always clean, the technicians are always caring & kind & it's never overbooked. This location does everything, MRI, mammograms, Xray's etc. If you, like me have read mixed reviews & have not tried it, I'd say give it a try. Cleanliness & professionalism can be the tiebreaker, when it comes to the person signing you in, you should understand the one that really matters is the technician so if you can get past the person signing you in (and I'm not saying they're all bad, over the years most have been more than fine but a couple seem to be having a bad bad) but over all weighing everything up including cleanliness is important. The last mammogram tech was brutal however my great sense of humor broke her ;) but she acted like I did it every day, they forget they do it every day, she even said, I can't lift you with sass! As she wanted me to move forward. She was one that came off like she was having a bad day on top of not having a good disposition... so a double whammy with her but by the time I left she shared great info on discounted & free mammograms for my daughter that had no insurance. And I had filled out all my paperwork before coming to the office thinking that would speed up my process. System sucks. But so we have much choices here? Due to being distal, I requested an appointment to conduct MRI AND ultrasound successively and received confirmation from phone staff for 7:30 and 8AM respectively, about a month away (2-18-25). Additionally, driving has become very difficult and painful due to a hip injury and I arrived 40 minutes in advance. MRI was performed on-time and when I emerged and asked the office staff about my subsequent 8AM ultrasound, she examined her monitor and told me it was scheduled for the previous day at 8AM. WTF? I went to the walk-in to see if I could get in and do it while I was there and was told the next available was 4-5 hours later. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY! I now have an appointment for next week where I'll have to go through the whole driving ordeal and pain once again. read more

I went in for an ultra sound and was greeted right when I walked in. I was took back in a timely manner and greeted by the sweetest sonographer. Abby, was the sweetest lady. She asked me so many questions, made be feel comfortable, remembered what I told her and on the way out told be to have fun at the Rodeo (what we were talking about). I've come twice to accompany my mom to her tests and both times it has been a disappointment, the first time they made her wait more than an hour and a half from her set time, even people who arrived for a later appointment got in before her, when she went to ask why they said they didn't know, and one of them was super dismissive and unprofessional. Today I came in again and when my mom asked for information at the front desk in Spanish the lady replied in English so I translated, all good there. As we were waiting this lady receives a phone call and starts speaking FLUENTLY in Spanish, how so when minutes before she acted like she didn't understand a word, so now she does speak but when my mom was talking to her she didn't??? I find it purposefully targeting and disrespectful. If I could give this place zero stars I would. So unprofessional. read more

Had a great experience at this office! (I went to the first floor office.) The front receptionist helped me right away. The wait time was as I expected; I wasn't seen right away, so I assumed they were a little slammed, which is okay. I was then helped by Kasey/Casey (not sure how he spells his name), and he was very clear in directions, professional, attentive, and checked in on me a couple of times while I had to wait again to do the MRI. He did a great job. Overall, it was a good experience, and the office was very nice and professional. I also love the real potted plants everywhere. read more

This place called me to confirm my appointment and to confirm a specific imaging to be done... just for them to tell me that I have to reschedule for the exact same imaging I had already booked a month prior and they were JUST confirming. I am SO confused. Just to clarify: I used their scheduling services and confirmed on the day I scheduled what I needed to get done. We got there when the office was not busy and asked how long the wait. We were told that it wouldn't be long and to sit down. The office slowly began to get more people in and I noticed how people were being called that had come after us. I also overheard some people being told they could wait or come back as there were longer waits. I got up after an hour and asked how long and they said there was one more person ahead, but then 3 more people went in. We just asked for our paperwork and left. Were all these people there outside waiting without an appt but still seen first? I had an appointment for my left and right foot x-ray my doctor gave me the referral. I gave it to them the front desk. She was on the phone with her friend talking about where they went and where they what they did and she's not looking at my paper, so she tells me I called your doctor they don't have the diagnostic on the paper they're your doctors office is closed No, my doctor is I said no my doctors office is open. I made the call and I had her my phone and then anyway they won't let me in. They were supposed to x-ray left and right foot they just x-rayed my left foot and send me home. One service rep says - we owe you and then writes that bill is valid after we hang up and I get sent to collections and then Shenitra tells me I owe money and I need to take it up with collections with her attitude she says she doesn't have but yes you do honey. people do not want to pay money they were told they don't owe - you wouldn't either Shenitra. I visited the imaging office on the 2nd floor today and it was the worst experience, from start to finish. First off, the receptionist was rude, as described by other reviewers. Have some decorum, you're literally the first encounter that patients see, why are you so aggressive?? They were prompt, so I'll have to mention that that is appreciated. However it's their changing procedure that is concerning. When you first enter, you're guided to the changing rooms with lockers and restrooms immediately on the right, while the reception is on the left, and in the middle is the main hallway where there are two room entrances. I was told to change in a hospital gown in the changing room and walk over to my ultrasound room, meanwhile you're butt naked with male nonpatients walking right past you and entire families with again, males sitting outside on a bench who are obviously looking on to what is happening in the halls. I informed the tech assistant that I was not comfortable with this and preferred to slip on the gown over my clothes and change in the ultrasound room, but it was the actual lady who did the ultrasound that didn't approve. So you're telling me that you would rather have a patient walk half naked past non medical professionals and non patients than you leave a room while I undress in private in the actual room where I'm getting my ultrasound??? It's pretty evident that the safety of those actually getting services are completely disregarded and ignored. It's unprofessional and frankly disgusting that they allow such negligence. The tech assisting was nice and tried her best but ultimately it's was the tech that sucked at her job. Zero amount of emotion to anything, zero concern for the safety of patients, and clearly there to just get paid and leave. I felt unsafe and uncared for. I hate this place. read more

i went for an x-ray and the staff was nice and helpful. the area is nice and clean. the elevator is a bit odd though. you have to press "2R" for x-rays and the door behind you (not the one you entered through) will open to go in. i had trouble on the second time around but if the button isn't working just press "2" and you can go around towards the right is another entrance for x-rays. they were really helpful inside while taking my x-ray also. the young gentleman that helped me was gentle and told me exactly what to do and expect. bonus points for helping wrap my foot again!! he said so i know how to re-wrap it for next time. the only downside was the over 2 hour wait (which was odd to me on a tuesday at 2pm)...but thankfully the staff let me know i could wait elsewhere and they would text me when it is my turn to go in. there was another wait when they put me inside though /: but it went by quicker ! read more

The office only takes walk in for X-ray and I check in at 1130am they said it was a 2 hour wait & they could text me. I agreed and the girl Connie at the desk read off a number that was not mine so I corrected her. She said yeah we have that number. 2 and a half our later no text. I went to the desk and asked when I would be seen they said they texted me and I replied no. And yep you guessed it, they texted a number that was not me.
