    I had several exams completed here today. The X-Ray techs Heather (student) & Mars were absolutely awesome. They both were very professional and helpful in explaining what the X-Ray exam would entail. The berry drink I had to drink prior to the X-rays wasn't that bad. I gulped it down quickly. The ladies at the front desk were nice and checked me in promptly. The overall facility was clean and tidy. I would definitely choose this facility again.

    The red x is where the lady sits who was rude to med and the one with out the x is the one talking about being hung over.

    Terrible experience today, I asked for a portal for my son, they gave me a paper with a code, I used the code but couldn't not create the account, so I asked for helped, they said before I even could get the words out of my mouth, we don't handle the portal, ok I just had a question, again before I could finish my question" we don't handle the portal" ok I ask who does, they don't know, I said who can I contact she says I.T, how am I supposed to contact your I.T department that's a department with in, it's not usually accessible to us, I'm sure there's 800 number I can call but the idk IT is crazy to me. excuses me ma'am, you clearly don't want to help, it's 8am and your already being a amazing kind human, I can only imagine how amazing and kind you will be later on once you deal with people all day, then a 2nd lady comes back and they start talking about being hung over and how they had to many mamosas and ect. This is very unprofessional, they clearly don't like their job Idk why this lady is working in this field. She clearly hates interacting with patients, she does not seem happy, or like she wants to be here: she has been the rudest person I have had the pleasure of speaking to here, I would recommend someone higher in the company investigate this person. Reevaluate her customer services front desk skills, she does not have them and or needs to be retrained. She is not suitable for patients dealing with health scares and ect, imagine finding a lump coming in for a mamo and dealing with someone who wants to set the world on fire

    Upstairs Imaging (front desk): The lady at the front desk (ombre red hair) and her backup coworker should not be working here or any other place that involves working with people. I'm sorry, I take that back. They could work at the morgue with dead people because their attitude is more suitable for the dead, ones without souls! First of all, they don't smile and greet, "Good morning!" Come on, you're working in an office at the front desk! Make eye contact with us. Don't just look down and reach for whatever paper is in our hands! Acknowledge that we are alive and we are here because we are sick and need help. You're in a better health situation than most of us. Treat us with respect. This isn't the first time. The first time I was here, same person, same experience. She must hate life, hate people, hate to reach for the ID/insurance/papers. She must hate the twig/branch design of the glass doors. Or is it because the circle window brings in circle sunlight onto the wall. Does natural sunlight burn her skin or eyes? (My eyes are light sensitive and it stings a little, but I still manage to smile and greet people.) Or maybe she hates her coworker because she doesn't smile either. I let it go the first time because we all have bad days and that's okay. But, the second, third, fourth time... It's not me anymore. Her attitude stinks and it's permanent. Please get rid of her. We don't need these kinds of people working in medical offices where we are already in pain, hard of hearing, handicap, etc. Please suggest the morgue, the library, the underground sewage, and maybe airplane cargo to them for future employment. I can see that they will be outstanding there. I've been sitting here since 7:30am because it's walk-in, no appointments. It's now 8:11am and she has not once greeted anyone properly. People walk up to her and the first thing out of her mouth is, "ID and insurance." Wait, wait, wait!!! She handed a man back his ID and insurance card and the man thanked her. She replied, "Thank you!" Wait! What? She was actually capable of retrieving and using what we were taught as children - to thank others!!! Okay, that was only one person. It's now 8:17am and the room has filled up completely. She's not nice. It's not just because she doesn't smile or greet people either. Her whole personality is unpleasant. Too much attitude! Her rude, unfriendliness is not someone I would want patients to see when they first enter a medical office. I wouldn't come back, but this is the closest location to my home. The morgue sounds nice. I know they would treat me better even when I'm cold and stiff. Review based solely on Front Desk!

This facility had available appointments sooner than most others I reached out to where I needed a wide-bore MRI (open at the end of the tube so its technically a closed one). The technician David was one of the best I have ever had work with me. It's only because of his sympathy and kindness that I was able to get through this very needed MRI my liver specialist needed me to get done. I postponed it for 6 months cuz that's how much I hate doing closed MRI's. David showed a level of patience that is not common in all medical settings. Hats off to him for not giving up on someone like me. He talked me through it and again was so patient with the fact that I was having such a hard time starting it and staying in the machine. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help me. The invoice and results took a bit longer than expected but I think it's because they were having issues with the internet and equipment. I'm not sure. I had to call to remind them to send my doctor the images and for some reason they sent the cd's but not the actual written report. That was strange. But they at least emailed me the report after I called and asked for it and I finally got an invoice to submit to my insurance after I emailed them asking for that too. Even with those smal annoyingl details I'd still use them again for any MRI tests I'd need to get done in the future (hopefully Ii dont need them). So I'd highly recommend them.

Inasmuch as my wife's medical bills have all been paid or settled by Medicare Advantage plus Medi-Cal, it is obvious that this is a fraudulent scam and I will be filing a complaint with the State and Federal agencies regarding both RRMG and CMRE for this illegal collection attempt. Even if I receive an apology from both companies, I will not rescind this complaint, since everyone should be aware that such despicable tactics are taken by companies to scam the elderly consumer! As a later followup I visited the office and was given an apology and a paid receipt by the office manager who assured me it was an error and she would call CMRE immediately to have my wife's file deleted with no further contact. A month later we received yet another even more threatening dun notice from CMRE demanding immediate payment or suffer having a medical collections notice appended to my wife's credit reports. Trying to reach RRMG by phone is impossible and sending an e-mail to the customer service address they provided over the phone resulted in a 'bounce-back' as being undeliverable. It leaves me with the only option of visiting their office (40 miles away) again and seeking some real cooperation and results this time, instead of the obvious kiss-off I got with my first attempt.

Instead, I was met by a doctor (a tall woman who refused to provide her name) who was aggressive and unprofessional. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I was not properly evaluated or treated. Instead of addressing my symptoms, she repeatedly attempted to push unrelated services, which made the visit feel more like a sales pitch than a medical appointment. Refusing to appropriately evaluate and treat a patient presenting with clear symptoms comes in way below the standard of care and raises serious concerns about patient safety and professional conduct. I left without receiving the care I needed for what should have been a straightforward issue. Patients deserve to be heard, respected, and properly treated this experience failed on all three. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California so this incident is documented and reviewed.

I arrived at 5:43 PM for my 5:40 appointment, when I scheduled I informed them I got off work at 5 I was told that was acceptable when I scheduled it. The receptionist didn't check me in until 5:48, then told me I was late and couldn't be seen. She spoke loudly and very rudely in front of the lobby, which was completely unnecessary. I understand it was the end of the day, but there was no need for that attitude. I was also told I should have arrived at 5:20, even though no one ever communicated that, and I was specifically told that arriving at 5:40 was fine. The miscommunication and the way I was spoken to were unprofessional and disappointing. As someone who works in the front desk i understand a lot of things happen to patients in their way to theirs appointments and always try my best to help them in a calm and friendly way. This was not my experience they need to train their staff to be more respectful and human. Kindness goes a long way.

The staff REFUSED TO READ THE AUTH. They had to go back to the VA which took months. Diagnostics are preauthorized. The staff refused to look for it and in the end got several letters telling them it was preauthorized. This was early OCTOBER! End result, I did not get the MRI until Feb or March! WTF! So their being lazy denied me care for five to six months. The Dr. requested PRT plasma rich therapy. It was aproved. AWESOME! Again their staff didn't have it, I had to download my records and send it to them and call the VA to resend it. No problem right? WRONG! I can hardly walk by then and its only gotten worse now. The Dr only gives me steroid injections that no longer work. Whats the point? Last visit, I say good news, and ask, "So what is the treatment plan?" \ She begins ranting, when I bring up the PRT, "The VA authorized it, but they won't pay it...they won't pay what its worth." WTF? You have an auth and a contract. She now says, "Amniotic therapy is what I want to do, but you have to pay for it. Because the VA won't!" WTF! She had an auth that was aproved and now she doesn't want to do it and wants to do something that is not and that insurance won't cover to be paid under the table. That is highly questionable. I again ask, "What is the treatment plan." Again she rants, "I ordered braces and that which you will have to pay for....thats the plan." To date there have been no requests for braces and no request for additional care. At the conclusion of that apt, I ask, "So how long before a followup" she replies, "As needed" that is not an answer. Since steroids no longer work and there are no requests for braces or other care. So she is doing unethical practices in my book. Buyer Beware! I have reported them to the inspector general and they are now very interested.
