The office only takes walk in for X-ray and I check in at 1130am they said it was a 2 hour wait & they could text me. I agreed and the girl Connie at the desk read off a number that was not mine so I corrected her. She said yeah we have that number. 2 and a half our later no text. I went to the desk and asked when I would be seen they said they texted me and I replied no. And yep you guessed it, they texted a number that was not me. TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE PATIENT. I have been trying to get an MRI and MRA image study completed, ordered months ago by my neurosurgeon for my brain aneurysm. Radnet and its franchised imaging system have continually failed to process my imaging order, rescheduling me four times and forcing a second insurance review (gotta get paid) for the order. I would not use their service, but I am stuck by their monopolistic grasp and my insurance provider's reliance on them. They have again rescheduled my appointment because of the 'wording on the order', something I would expect would have been discovered over a month ago during their two insurance reviews. Be ready to be rescheduled and continually frustrated. Get your act together RadNet. read more

I'm actually astonished at the incompetence of these people. Same story as the rest, appointment canceled at the very last minute because they did not "schedule me correctly". Basically told me to have my dr office schedule me somewhere else. Wasn't exactly an option for me as I'm very very pregnant, and needed an ultrasound. I guess if they reached out to me before hand to clear up any questions they had regarding my appointment, I wouldn't have been so annoyed. But to do it hours before my appt, that had been scheduled for weeks. Didn't leave a good taste in my mouth. If at all possible have your insurance send you to another imaging center, this one is not in the business of helping you. read more

This is one of the worst imaging facilities I've taken my father to. It took the girl in the front desk a while to acknowledge me. She then asked if my father was fasting? I said no, he is getting a CT Scan. I'm thinking in my head, he is not getting blood work. Because he was getting contrast food or drinks would interfere with the die. Well it would have been nice if I was told this when I made the appointment! I informed the gal the their website, text or email do not give instructions. How is a 84 yr old suppose to know what to do? I asked for another appointment and none were available at this facility. It's the closest to our home. I reiterated several times that this scan needed to be done before his next Dr appointment. She said that I would need to call the main number and schedule the appointment with them. IF YOU CARE ABOUT UR HEALTH DONT COME HERE ... long story short my wife with a life changing conditions went in for a simple ultrasound for her liver it's been 1 MONTH and still no results about to call insurance to set up another appointment else where and I bet I'll get my results before this place again a simple ultra sound 1 month and no results. My wife's health is in the line and her doctor calls as well and they give him the run around and we can't move forward without the results... will be calling a lawyer for a negligence case because they playing with my wife's health. I come here annually for my mammograms and have always had the best experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It really helps when your nerves are on high voltage because it's never fun having to do these types of things. The office is very clean and comforting. The appointment setting isn't the best as I ran into a little speed bump due to proper questions not being asked ahead of time and had to postpone my appointment but thankfully the staff was very accommodating and squeezed me in that same week. Overall, the experience was a good one as always. I strongly recommend coming here. They will put your mind at ease with their hospitality and they're very quick so you won't be stuck there all day. read more

Rude front office in 2nd floor. I don't know what had happened to RadNet but there staff is exceptionally rude and uncaring. Maybe they need to pay more so they can get better help. It is not a privilege for them to provide X-rays, insurance pays which is a result of our choices and our hard work, I would not recommend them to anyone. So they sent me to floor 205 to get some imaging done, I've been here before and this building is nice, staff is polite, care quality is good and all but my only complaint is that there not many seats here to sit. When I come here the seats are always taken. As soon as you walk in, you see the giant space in the middle and the seats are against all the 2 walls, to the left and to the right. I hope they can rearrange the seating and add rows of seats and have the people make line to the side. The giant space in the middle is just wasted space. Besides, who wants to walk in there and have everybody facing you? Not me! read more

They have the worst customer service . The employees are just as bad as DMV workers . Very rude and condescending. When they say it takes 10-14 business days for results to be read they mean it ,up to the 14th day last business hour. Angelique and Elbessie had no interest in assisting us in any way just very rude and dismissive and kept repeating 10-14 business days . It's nearly impossible to speak to a live person when you press "7" on the customer service line , it just rings and no one answers or returns messages. They best way to reach someone is on the website via messenger/text and it takes about 20 min return for each question asked via text. This experience was beyond frustrating especially being out of work and can't return till results are available. I got the MRI on 7/29 and still no results till this day . However a nice lady named Megan did explain things to us had great communication skills. Got to give her credit for at least trying to help us as we were really frustrated. read more

This is an imaging center, they take x-rays, and other imaging services. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I visited after lunch (13:30) and didn't have to wait long. The x-ray technicians were friendly too. Not one negative (pun) contact. I would have to rate this Imaging Center at least 5 stars. They will schedule you an appointment without checking to see if they have the prior imaging needed to complete the appointment. They will also turn you away for being 15 minutes late on the dot. I have come to this location twice now- all for nothing. First time I get all the way to the back, just for them to say oops! We don't have your priors!!! Sucks for you!!! Get out!! Second time, my appointment is at 1:00. I walk in at 1:15 on the dot. But they only hold appointments for 15 minutes. Yet wouldn't 15 minutes include the exact time of 1:15? 1:01, 1:02, 1:03... do the math babe?? Young girl at the front wasn't having it. Wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow. So I've used the corona office and the Riverside office where I am today. For some reason the are not listed. I usually have a really good experience but not sure what's going on. My appt was actually for yesterday. 3 hours before my appointment with my hold day planned around this appointment they call and cancel with no explanation. After they cancel and have me reschedule the only appointment available was the next day or two months out. Why am I being penalized for them canceling. Had to rearrange my life once more, oh and because they cancelled my appointment I missed out on work. Being concerned and proactive about your health can sometimes be super annoying. read more

I have never had trouble with the Corona facility on Main St. I have had many procedures done here and have been very happy. However, I am not sure what has happened to this facility. I had an X ray done on 6/28/24 and I am still waiting for my results. I have been told they can take up to 7-10 business days, which is actually ridiculous. Regardless, this timeline has come and gone and I am still waiting. My doctor's office has called and have been unsuccessful in getting the results. I texted their office and was told they flagged it as urgent and I would have the results by the end of day-Nope. I went into their office and was told the exact same thing-Nope. If I do have a fracture, by the time my results are made available, the bone will have healed. I just hope it heals properly as I have been unable to get proper care while waiting for these results. This office changed my doctor's ultrasound order without telling me or the doctor, then gave 3 sets of conflicting instructions for prep, a different one each time I called. The office staff is clueless, and although I've been told I will receive a call back, my many requests and messages to request to speak with the radiologist or technician over the past several weeks have gone unanswered. read more

Horrible customer service for this whole group and all locations. I originally went to the one in Riverside for a walk-in xray. When I walked in, I was told that they were done with walk-ins for the day. The website said nothing about a limit or anything. So I called Corona first to make sure they weren't "done" for the day. I get to Corona and don't see anything about where to go to xrays so I want straight I'm. There were two sides that didn't quite fit the category so I decided to ask. The first side had one receptionist on the phone and the other yacking with a co-worker. Nobody even acknowledged me. So I decided to try the other side. I was half greeted and told that I need to go upstairs. Upstairs, the receptionist were just as miserable. They need major training in customer service. read more

I only gave 1 star because I can't tell you how crappy this place is without giving them a rating. I made my appt 2 1/2 weeks in advance. I get to my appt 30 minutes early only to be told I can't be seen without orders from doctor. I spoke to this office twice before my appt and not once did they say this was needed. If they can't get the appt right I don't trust them handling my medical info. I now have to find another location and schedule another appt. I won't be back here again! read more

My experience was great. The lady at the front desk was nice, & the nurses that helped me during my visit were also nice and understanding. I noticed this office has negative reviews, but I truly believe in the formula "Be nice, & you will receive it in return.." I was skeptical coming to this location because of the negative reviews on both google & Yelp, but all the imaging centers in the IE have negative reviews, so I figured I would go anyway because like everyone, my health is important and I am concerned. Incompetent office. I made an appointment and filled out all of my pre-appointment information on their portal before showing up for my visit today. Apparently nobody bothers to read their patient portal before a person shows up for their appointment. I couldn't find a parking space for starters and then I was told that they didn't have any mammogram technicians working today!!! Seriously? What's next an ER without Doctors? They then said they could reschedule me for 6 weeks from now! They had no respect for my time or that I took time off from work to drive here. Nobody called me to reschedule me beforehand.
