Today was our second time going to corona kritters. The business is family owned and woman operated. We walked in while they were cleaning the bearded dragon enclosure and feeding them. I honestly don't know how they do it all while they provide such amazing customer service. They answered all 100 questions my kids asked with patience and attentiveness. They even went as far as showing my kids the massive rat enclosures that house their feeder rats which is the main culprit for the smell everyone keeps mentioning. My kids got to pet multiple animals and all of them were healthy and clean. They care so much for animals they won't rehome any they take in until they get a clean bill of health. We got to meet 5 kitties that were brought in today and are 4 months old. It's quite eye opening how much these ladies do in a day. read more

I have had the best time talking with the staff, and have gotten feeders for my 5 snakes. When I got into some issues with housing and enlisting back into the navy they have been a joy boarding 4 of my snakes for months. I've never had a single complaint about care and all of my babies have been healthy and sociable. I'm glad they were here when I needed someone to care for my snakes, and will be boarding my last girl with them while I move out of state to my next duty station. read more

EVERY single enclosure was full of feces and urine. The entire store reeked and I could barely stand the smell to walk inside. So many animals were sitting and walking in their own poop inside their enclosures. One tank had three full size adult bearded dragons, with at least 4 different poops that were dried up and old. One bearded dragon had it all over his mouth and face because they are forced to walk in it. I told the employees that this particular tank needed to be cleaned and she said it was "next on her list". This place is sad and torturing animals. Absolutely inhumane care and if it is not taken care of, I will continue to complain and report them. Take better care of your animals if you want them to go to good homes. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees. read more

Extreme strong smell of piss when you walk in. Don't bother looking into the tanks for reptiles the front is covered in poop and hardly any lights provided for the reptiles. Iguanas in small tanks with no lights or hardly anything provided for them. Adult Leopard gecko cohabiting with an Adult knight anole, complete different care, two different species stuffed into a 20 gal, also bare in enrichment. Baby snakes crammed in small boxes like if I went to an expo. Chameleons look sick. Had maybe 6 guinea pigs and 3 bunnies in a box that wasn't anything more than 1.5ft wide 4 ft long. Snakes on bearded dragons just for a photo? If you know anything about reptiles going here would be a last resort. Pet co is better than this. If you have the time go to the Reptile factory much better in riverside. LLLZ is also an excellent place. read more

My son has been begging for a pet snake for some time now. He is a good kid and he helps with the pets and around the house, so it was time. We spent a good amount of time and effort researching what we wanted, which was a corn snake (initially). We came to Corona Reptiles & Kritters several times before finally getting our snake, which is a red tailed boa named Sid! The ladies here really know their stuff, and they absolutely love what they do. The passion they have for animals is very evident. After much discussion, they recommended a boa to us, and we couldn't be happier! We took him home and my son is absolutely obsessed! Any time I have had questions or concerns, the ladies at Corona Reptiles and Kritters has been there to answer them and help us with our new family member. oh how I wish I could do 0 stars. It started off as being excited to walk in and get a new chameleon to add to the collection, based off of all the 5 star reviews i see here. I walked in, lights off, cages dirty, store smells like poop. Talked to a worker for a couple of minutes, she went upstairs and grabbed the owner who seemed almost inconvenienced that I was even there. When I asked for a health guarantee on a chameleon they said "how could I do that and stay in business?" It's a live animal. I could order from another country and get a health guarantee. Terrible customer service, terrible store, and 4/7 chameleons they have for sale look sick and dehydrated. I will never step foot back into there and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Do yourself a favor, buy your feeders somewhere else. read more
