He remembers them by name & always seems happy to see them. They all have different hair types & styles & Zack does awesome with them all. He's friendly & good with kids. He's cautious & doesn't cut too short but is happy to go shorter if you'd like. He's patient with my kids when they want changes to their cuts. He takes his time & is really attentive to details. The waiting room has a bunch of antiques on display which are really cool. They have a bunch of cool toys for kids & adults (bar games, chess, checkers etc) to keep busy while you wait. Also they only take cash & do not have an atm machine in the store, you have to walk a few doors down to the Walgreens or the Wells Fargo. Once you know this it's not a big deal.
