What a fun distillery with some very unique spirits. My sister and I went for a whiskey tasting. The bartender was great, she really knew her stuff and was very informative. She also let us taste their red absinthe. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor considering I'm not a fan of absinthe. I ended up leaving with the triple smoke whiskey and I can't wait to use it! I loved the vibe in here, it was so green with beautiful wood accent. Overall, I definitely recommend coming because you will taste spirits that you have never tried before.

The distillery offers tours, taste samples, and they have a bar with many local breweries and hand crafted cocktails. My husband tried the Wiseacre -Sky dog- which is a lager with lime. I had the pink drink and it reminded me of a creamsicle but strawberry kind instead of orange. It was really smooth, nice hint of sweetness, I ended up getting another one. The bartenders were very welcoming and knowledgeable. My husband did try the taste sampling and he really enjoyed their whiskeys, the spiced rum was a nice hit, but still enjoyable.

Visited from out of state and was looking to try some local distillery. It was more of a brewery experience/atmosphere , tried some good beer/cider, they have a big selection. It wasn't packed as it was mid day. Food menu wasn't big, bar style, but tasted good. Service at the bar was good. 'Buy 1 get 1 for free' beer promotion was confusing since it only applies per person which we didn't know, so for the 2 people we each had to get 2 beers for them to honor it, no exceptions. I wish it was more clear as we already ordered samples package they offer. Overall, it's a good spot to stop by.

Mitch was great! Small , intimate distillery tour. They walk you over to the mash, distiller, etc. Then, they take you to the tasting room and take your questions and describe a variety of the things they do . Cool tour

Awesome experience! Mitch did an awesome job explaining everything! We came here for a bachelor party - would highly recommend!

What an amazing atmosphere for a modern distillery! The tour and tasting at Corsair were a lot of fun, and our guide was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. We started with a tour of their actual distilling area, highlighted by a 100-plus-year-old still they were able to buy and bring from Canada. The process of distilling was further explained, and the tour ended with a tasting of 5 different products, including gin and rum, along with whiskey. It was a great time, and I recommend it!

This place never fails to deliver. Great service and great spirits (in all sense of the word). Reese crafted an incredible pair of cocktails and Virginia was an exceptional and knowledgeable spirit sherpa.

First of all, BEST tour I have been through. These guys are legit! Natural ingredients. No cutting corners. Excellent knowledge. Ask for Carter. This guy is so down to earth and friendly, knowledgeable and just a great human. We stopped at the bar and had some of the special cocktails: Vesta, Garden Party, Fire and water melon and Calypso Wrath... awesome! This is a must stop and no BS. Good people, friendly and good food (pizza). Last thing. PB& beerJ Awesome!!! Ask for Medina. Awesome bartender.

We went in the afternoon so it was pretty quiet still, but the bar tenders were friendly and helpful. And although I'm not a huge tequila fan, I was impressed with my drink. There was no live music available at the time, but they did have a DJ which I thought was spinning the turntable rather well. It's my bad that I didn't also catch on that his is basically a Tequila Bar, rather than a more general craft cocktail establishment. Judging by the well stocked bar and the word of our waitress, other alcohol and their associated craft creations are available, but it's pretty much off menu and not well into our waitress' repertoire. And yes, Cinco de Mayo was just a few days away. One member of our party just wanted a soft drink, which was not possible that night as their CO2 was down. That did make me wonder whether the non-alcohol drinkers had much to chose from here. I suppose we could have then wandered over to the Redemption Bar at Chief's? Anyway, we're not Tequila Drinkers, and since other drink options appeared to be guesswork, we left towards more traditional mixed drinks (and live music) at a nearby Printers Alley bar. This was a rare night that I really wanted a craft cocktail in a smooth environment, and in the end it just wasn't the same.

Staff at the humidor offered zero guidance or recommendations. Drinks were forgettable, and we had to fetch them ourselves from the bar like we were at a college sports pub instead of an upscale cigar lounge. Then came the cigars. We were left to cut and light them ourselves, which would've been fine if every disposable torch in the place wasn't nearly empty or completely out of butane. Nothing says 'premium lounge experience' quite like fighting for a working lighter. To top it off, the moment a large group walked in, the bartender started loudly screaming out drink orders across the room. The entire atmosphere instantly shifted from refined cigar lounge to livestock auction barn. This place is living off the reputation of what Blend used to be. If you're expecting an elevated experience, look elsewhere."

Thankfully that room had no trace of cigar smoke. We were told in its hey day it was originally a brothel. More tales of murder.
