A very nice sales person named Walt greeted us and asked us exactly what our budget was and what my towing capacity/needs were. Every time I went to something that was out of my price range, too heavy, or didn't fit our needs... He steered me away. He kept me on track for what we wanted and needed and that's exactly what we walked out with! I cannot speak enough Good things about Jim, Walt, and the entire service team as well. We got a two hour walk-through of everything and anything we needed to know, and they also installed a few accessories that we ended up purchasing. I've never felt like they were trying to "hard sell" something. They've serviced our camper a couple of times and the pricing was reasonable. The giant dealership nearby required me to leave my camper in a 3 week que to be serviced which is not do-able for full-timers. All Pro worked with us to schedule everything for the same day so we could come in the morning and get our home back on the same day. Highly recommended.

The purchase prices have been fair, they have always been willing to match if not do better than another dealers price. There are never any "surprises" in the deal, they are an honest business. You can buy a trailer anywhere, what matters as much as the price is what comes after the purchase. Sadly, you will most likely have some issue with after your purchase. Homestead has always taken care of my warranty issues promptly and professionally. I had warranty repairs on my last two 5th wheels. The craftsmanship on the repairs was flawless, and I am admittedly a very picky person.
