As I was planning on walking out, one of the employees who was an older gentleman decided to step in to help me try to get one, and for 30 minutes he looked for the fitting, even tho he was unable to find it I was impressed by the fact he was very outgoing during this circumstance. Out of all the auto part stores in McMinnville, Napa has a variety of employees to work with whom all have great experience and knowledge as well as exquisite care towards each and every customer.

However, when they finally got around to looking at it, I got a call saying the batteries and terminals needed to be replaced. The thing is, my batteries never had any issues -- a simple cleaning would have been more than enough. Instead, they went ahead and installed two new batteries and claimed to have cleaned the terminals. By the time they were done, my bill was nearly $800, and the original issue -- the fuel pump -- wasn't even addressed. I could have easily replaced the batteries and cleaned the terminals myself for a fraction of the cost. What's worse is this isn't the first time we've had issues with this shop. We brought our Jeep in multiple times as well, and it also never came back fully fixed. We've been loyal customers, but this last experience has left us feeling taken advantage of and extremely disappointed. I can't recommend this shop anymore and will be looking elsewhere for future repairs.

You sell cars that are bad; as you can see from multiple one-star reviews. Mcminnville Auto Sales knew it had a bad transmission and sold it anyway. Save yourself the headache that we have right now. we have a car at the shop and we have to spend $11,000 to replace the transmission. The mechanics at three different places said that it coded with a bad transmission at firestone and at the dealership and at an independent mechanic. All of them independently said that this is a code that would have been showing months not days ago while at McMinnville auto sales. They sell lemons. The do not stand by their word. If you don't have someone go over the car, do not sell it.

These issues were diagnosed instantly when I stopped at a nearby shop on a test drive. When I showed the service rep the report from the mechanic, I was told they could not lower the price because they had already replaced the transmission in the car and would do no other work on it. When I asked to see the paperwork for the transmission service, they said they "could not find it" but they would get it and mail it to me because the shop that did the repairs was closed. While still at the dealership, I called the shop where the repairs had apparently been done and someone answered--so I handed the phone to the service agent. I waited while he walked next door to retrieve the paperwork, and when he returned he had a printout that said the shop looked at the transmission, stated the issues with it, and recommended it be replaced, but had no record of actually doing the work. The receipt was for a total of $125 for services provided. I would absolutely steer clear of this dealership. I lost a little faith in humanity yesterday in dealing with them.
