I read some of the reviews and yes I could get super picky over a few details but i've always had a really positive experience here. The dude behind the counter, stayed after his shift and checked to see if there was any inventory. The manager even explained a few things to me. I grew up in skateboard shops since I could walk so I get how a team culture, where you get discounts, and sale items, events, shop gear and apparel, a presence in the community and commradery amongst its customers go a long way. The van store coming up that recognize this will go a long way. Yes, they are mechanics but they are hobbyist foremost. The Sprinter game is a very expensive hobby. The shops that build the cohesiveness will have life long fans, customers and friends. This place had a ton of inventory and didn't yell at me when i walked in that they've got a waiting list for 2 years, what do I want? They helped. they got my stuff and that's all I needed. Once the endless line of people wanting $1000 windows cut out of their $70,000.00 vehicles runs out, because it will, than the guys who built loyalty will withstand the trends and tests of time. read more

Sprinter service store is owned by sprinterstore.com and I would avoid both in the future. This is the first review that I've written in a long time, but I was motivated to do so after poor customer service from the sprinter store and their ops manager, Brett Mathews. They emailed on July 6 to inform me the part was in their warehouse, but when I called to verify it was ready for pickup, they informed me they picked the wrong part and the correct part would need to be shipped from across the country. The estimate was July 11-July 15, nearly a month after the original order on June 22nd. Had I not called to confirm, I might've ended up with a gaping hole in my van and the wrong window to replace it. Despite the fact that their own warehouse had pulled the wrong part for will call on July 6th, they refused to cover air freight to get the part in before I left for a 3 month trip, just offering to pass a $500 shipping charge on to me. I chose to wait as the July 11-July 15 window would work if I rearranged my plans. It's now July 15th and they have no delivery date to offer me, meanwhile their shipping vendor is closed for the next two days. Brett was unprofessional and unapologetic for the mishap, did not attempt to remedy the situation and tried to shift blame away from the sprinter store for the warehouse error and issues with their shipping vendor. I purchased Weathertech sunshades for my 2019 Sprinter. There was an initial glitch when they sent only the windshield shade but not the side windows due to incorrect shipping from the manufacturer. They did a great job communicating with me and followed thru with the shades when they became available. The whole magic was good communication ! Good folks and good service. read more

I placed an order on April 4th, 2020 for a part that the website said would be in stock mid-April. I tried being patient and didn't reach out until the end of April to see about the status of the part. It took them 12 days to respond, just to let me know that the part would now be available mid-June (yet the website still said mid-April). At this point I politely requested a refund because I could not wait that long, this was May 10th. Today is June 6th and it has been like pulling teeth to get my $300 back from these guys. I've reached out several times and they keep giving me the same excuse, that accounting is working on it. Tomorrow marks TWO MONTHS since I placed my order and I still don't have my $300 back. This place is a joke and I would highly discourage anyone from ordering parts from them. I'm just hoping I get my money back at some point. read more

Every time I call no one will answer the phone. It seems that once they have your money, they want nothing to do with you. I have ordered an awning through these people after already ordering a lot of stuff for my van. The delivery date was supposed to be late June. At the end of July an awning showed up, completely damaged. I did not accept delivery. Since then, they still have my money (over 2K) and no feedback other than asking if I wanted one in a different color... So unprofessional, I have sent over 10 messages and no answer, nobody picks up the phone or takes 5 seconds to return a text. I ordered a Sprinter privacy curtain on 9/9. They took the $$$ and it was out of stock.Here it is over three weeks later and I have written twice on their contact form and called once with no response to where is the curtain I ordered. Finally on my third written communication, I indicated I would dispute the credit card charge. I was told my swivel was on the way. I asked what a swivel was and why I had no tracking information. Turns out the curtain has not shipped and they ordered it from a third party. They then canceled my order because I had disputed the charge as I said they would if I got no response. The only way to get them to follow up is to threaten to take your money back. How unfortunate....pretty poor communication and customer service! That was the only time they responded to my inquiries. I have now ordered the curtain from another vendor Their respose was they have had a lot of turnover so they cannot communicate well. I was open to almost any resolution.... read more

Ordered 4 Lithium batteries on 11/12 from the Sprinter Store. These 2 are the same location. On 11/18 was called and advised they could not honor the online pricing and needed another $540. Since I needed them I paid it and was told they would drop ship from manufacturer and be to me by Thanksgiving. On 11/23 I contacted them since I hadn't received a tracking number and was now advised the batteries would ship to the Sprinter Store and would they ship to me. I was forced to find these batteries locally on 11/26 and called and left messages to cancel my order. Out of an order for $4,441.12 they are refusing to refund $1,125.17 for batteries I never received. This is the most dishonest website I have EVER done business with. I'll be taking legal action to collect the balance of what's owed to me. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will rip you off. read more

So helpful, really went beyond what we expected, especially just showing up at what isn't really a retail store. George was amazing, so helpful, really worked hard to accommodate us and we even had the owner looking for items we needed which was a miracle given the wait times and supply chain issues for a lot of the OEM parts we wanted. If you have any type of Sprinter van, this is the place to bring it. They have everything. I have a Navion motorhome on a Sprinter chassi. I had them put on a Fiamma awning, a custom made front hitch, and their heavy duty suspension package. They got it all done in less time than estimated and under the dollar estimate also. Although I live in Berkeley, CA, and the Sprinter Store is not exactly in my local area, it has become my go to place (by phone) for mechanical advice on my 2005 Sprinter and hard to find new parts. Every time i've called with a mechanical question, I have talked to someone who tells me what I need to know. Very knowedgable. And Mizz in parts is great. Hello everyone. My second time ordering from sprinter store. First order vent very smooth. Second had some issues, but Richard resolved it before I have notice that there was a problem. I ordered Koni struts for my 2012 sprinter. Richard called me and asked my preference on adjustment, and said it would ship the same day. Surely enough the package has arrived within two days. I was overwhelmed with work, and had no time to take a look inside. Two days later I got e-mail from Richard about possibly getting wrong part number. I looked in the box, and it was two shocks for older van. I emailed Richard, and he sent me another set before I sent him the wrong set. Then I guess it's just my luck. I was testing the struts prior to replacement, and noticed that one is stuck in stiffest mode, no matter how you dial the adjustment. So I emailed Richard, about possible trick, that I don't know. He checked with his tech, and decided it was defective strut. He sent a replacement, again before I mailed back the bad one. Bottom line I fill comfortable buying from sprinter store, knowing those people will take care of your problem if one arises. Ps Koni deserves another review with less stars. read more

Had some issues at first trying to get correct parts to improve the ride in my 2017 sprinter (roadtrek) 3500 van. Ordered air bags and didn't improve ride. Now ordering shocks and leaf springs. Hope this will help improve ride. Richard has been working with me to help with this issue. read more
