100% coffee snob, not a large fan of the chain stores like Starbucks, who's coffee is not only roasted months ago but also over roasted and can taste burnt. The team at Corvus does an excellent job, their lattes (3 shot small with non-fat milk is my go to), their pour over and drip coffee is also very good, the cold brew in my opinion is just ok. Fair warning to those of you who think coffee is a single shot of espresso followed by 8 oz of milk and sugar, probably not the place for you. BUT if you actually enjoy a good cup of coffee and want to support a local Colorado brand fine any of the Corvus locations around Denver and rest assured that you're going to enjoy yourself. read more

I will say the coffee and pastries are delicious, however the loud guitar music on a Sunday while I'm trying to work has me feeling stressed. The opposite of what I was looking for. Got my order to stay but had to leave. My free time on a weekend away from kids should be less noisy and less stressful, not leaving me with a headache. Even AirPods couldn't muffle the noise. Otherwise it's an inviting and open working space, music for people working in the back on pastries etc, definitely not for guests! if you are there to think, converse or get any work done, forget it! Everything they do is amazing: coffee, non-coffee beverages, pastries. I love it all. I've been trying to deconstruct the New Orleans CB for my own evil plans, but alas. It's so good, but probably for the best I don't make it at home for fear of ODing on caffeine. When there isn't a huge queue, I'll order the hand-pours. Their beans are great and I always find something special. The expansion of the bakery has brought a lot of joy to my life. Whether sweet or savoury (or combination sweet/savoury like in their Kamut and Pear parsnip cakes), everything is delicate, complex, and quality. I love them and know you will too.- read more

The baristas there are great and oh so nice. They really seem to like what they do and I love a place where the person loves what they do! Down to the beautiful art with each cup. I do not live close by, but I have to come to this part of town twice a week and I go there at least once a week just for the butterosa. I was here this morning at the Littleton location. I ordered a Kyoto Amber iced coffee at the cashier, William's, recommendation. It was absolutely delicious. It had notes of blackberry and orange, and I have to say, it was the best cup of coffee I've ever had. I love the atmosphere, and the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Next time I'll have to try one of the lovely baked goods they have on display. I workout at the gym across the parking lot early in the morning, so this will probably be my regular spot now, since they open at 6:30 am. This beats the hell out of Starbucks and Dunkin'. There are a lot of delicious looking bakery items, but when I asked about what type of flour was in a couple of things the gal didn't know and didn't offer to find out. Lovely little gem! There are not enough little coffee cafes in the area and this place is perfect! The outdoor and indoor seating has an awesome vibe. Perfect to catch up on work or homework as the tables have a lot of room. The kombucha on tap was incredible. Their chai was also very creamy and delicious. It was also very clean. I think their food options were a bit non-traditional but still had a decent selection. It's not very pastry heavy, but if that isn't your thing it's fine. I'd love to give 5 stars, the baker(s) here is/are very skilled and well trained. Definitely some fantastic baked goods each day. BUT, once again there was wasteful bag/paper usage. Bought a loaf of bread for first time (could see how well crafted it was -$9, but worth it) BUT they placed it in a large, expensive, two handed cake box (and they don't have a bag it fits in) for a single loaf of bread. The bread is exceptional - as good as Metropolitan Bakery back home in TCOBL - but they gotta use common sense! Put it in one of your small/med craft paper bags and call it a day. read more

Per usual, Corvus has some of the best coffee in town. This location is no exception. Even though it's adjacent to a strip mall, it's got a nice interior and even some seating on the outside I'm looking forward to working from post-pandemic. This time, I tried some pastries and wow. I'm hesitant to review this coffee shop because I want to keep it all to myself, but holy cow this place is amazing!! It's just what we needed in the Bowles crossing area. Their bakery items look amazing but I had not been able to try one yet, next time of course! I am a barista myself from a coffee shop in the mountains and after coming down and craving something that wasnt starbucks I came here and got a delicious americano. Their syrup options are very limited but they do have vanilla caramel chocolate and seasonal ginger peach I believe. We came here tonight to get some beans and two cups of coffee before dinner. Had heard about this place on line during a colorful discussion about coffee houses in and a round Denver. Now I don't consider myself a Coffee snob but sometimes do consider myself an ambience Snob. We went to the Littleton location off wadsworth. It was after work so got there about 45 minutes before they closed. I wanted to try "great coffee beans" as this is the true experience right?? The place had no customers but two gals behind the counter. They were great in explaining the bean selection, hoe to experience the drinks, and the customer favorites. It's a cute place with a bit of warmth mixed with a Bally shoe boutique. I would give the service with a smile a thumbs up. We tried two drinks also to have the hot brew lattes right from their equipment and expertise..one lattes was a butterscotch with black salt (delicious!!!" )And some other $6 latte special (sorry I didn't get that one so the name escape me). In any event this was my first coffee with a decorative image in the foam (told you I have limited experience- Starbucks - and have been missing out clearly). While I thought the lattes were expensive, they were smooth, creamy, no acid, and truly enjoyable. I likened it to having a drink before going to dinner (without the buzz). Tomorrow we will grind the beans and have. Our experience at home tasing the mezcal bourbon hot coffee. Hoping for the best, and then to continue down this very complex path of discovering the journey of my coffee beans. I have been waiting for a really cool, hip coffee shop in Littleton for forever.. and it's finally here! I'm a big fan of the Broadway location, and was thrilled to see they expanded south. The decor is absolutely beautiful and I have thoroughly enjoyed every drink I've ordered. I just get a latte, but the quality has been consistent every time. The staff has been super friendly, always making conversation. Last time I was in I did try the Morning Bun from the bakery too and it was so tasty! read more

I stopped at the Littleton location yesterday to get a coffee after yoga. The staff was so nice & welcoming right when I walked into the door. It's been twice that the staff have used my dead name (past name before transitioning) from my credit card, I explained the first time to one of the staff that this happens and she was apologetic and even offered me a free drink. The second time, the same thing happened. The two staff members just chucked to themselves. It was hurtful. I understand the credit card info is used for name but it's not easy to get those things changed. I wish they could just ask my actual name. Poor customer service. Today, I was in a line of two people. I waited about 5 minutes to get served. The man behind the counter was having a pleasant chit chat with a customer. I waited politely and silently for a very long time. Then, politely and silently I walked out to the parking lot to write this review. Corvus is an expensive place to buy anything. Oft times the quality is questionable and the taste is not pleasant. Today, the customer service was unpleasant. I recommend the staff go across the parking lot to Trader Joe's where the customer service is often stellar! read more

I came here because I heard it was third wave artisan coffee but I would describe it more as B level coffee.

The pastry has been exceptional for the last month or so. I felt like I was in Paris again!
