What a lovely experience! They do such an amazing job transforming the entire space to match the movie, making you feel like you've stepped right into the story. Even the menu changes to fit the movie, which makes the experience even more fun! No matter where you sit, once the movie starts, you're completely immersed. It's such a unique and entertaining way to watch a film! One thing to keep in mind: they won't let you in too early, so be sure to check the entry time on your ticket and plan accordingly.

That's half the view from the best GA seats

If you have a General Admission ticket you will not get to experience COSM. The seats are so far from the screen plus there aren't many seats to begin that have a good view of the screen. There are less than 150 "good" seats. If you're looking for a sports bar type of venue to watch a game on regular TV's then it can be an option but you'll have to pay the GA fee. I'll be back for better seats but very disappointed with the GA options. One suggestion is to have the GA seats be taller so you can see at least the field.

We dined here before a concert at the sofi. We were quickly attended too. I had the kids smash burger. It came with fries, a cookie and a soda which the server didn't disclose so I ordered another soda. The burger was good but pretty plain. My husband did the tri tip chimichurri I believe and a mango cart. The sandwich had arugula so it gave it good flavor. No one ever came back to check on us and we had to ask someone to check us out. I would love to come back for an event here and hopefully get better service at our seats.

Soooo if you're currently on the site and wondering if you should get a ticket... let me tell ya ... you will get your moneys worth In my opinion. The vibe/ Experience : Cosm is definitely where I see movies and entertainment going. Cheers to the dev team that did all the graphic surrounding the movie you did an amazing job. my favorite set was the chess by far!!! This was definitely an amazing experience, and we can wait till yall get the next movie going because me and my wife enjoyed this immersive experience so much. My wife loves Harry Potter as she brought me into that world and I saw her inner child come out watching it. Let me know when you get lord of the rings going btw lol. They show a preview of watching other movies , and live sports with cameras angles that make you feel like your right there at the event and it was really great. I would not pay $75 to go watch a ducks game there but if they had like a $25 charge to watch a sports game there you would make a killing off food, alcohol and if you have swag there's a lot of great opportunity there. The service: was really great Carlos was our host and he was honestly amazing, me and my wife were just getting over a cold and we had asked for hot water with lemon and he made sure we had all we needed. He did his best to check in while being busy. The food: so I was surprised here... usually food in these theaters is meh... the wings, the streak sandwich and the espresso brownie !! It was all very delicious. The wings buffalo sauce was nice and tangy, the winds still had a crisp to them , the steak sando had good balance to it with the meat (which was prepped to med rare perfectly) the aioli was delicious. That espresso brownie!!!! Yes please lol. One thing I wanted to say is they do offer an additional menu which you have to pay for in. Advance, I did not get it for me and my wife because a lot of it was similar to the food at the wizarding world at universal studio. Honestly I would suggest to just have the menu available for all and have swag on site for all to buy, and the last thing would be ... it would be nice to have foot stools while sitting, the couch spaces are nice I was almost tempted to put our little table on long wise so we had more Room for our food and could kick back and further enjoy the movie.

First time experiencing the Cosm, great time being here for WWE Summerslam. The waitress was kind. The food and drinks were great but the price is a little high. The booth could have been a little more comfier and with more leg rooms. There is a four hour parking validation but that won't be enough if you want to come early and explore the Cosm. Summerslam was 3.5 hours itself so still paid $5 for parking. Overall, must experience at least once.

Amazing experience!!!! The menu is ok, it could be better, food was good, seating is comfortable but a little tight. The screen and immersed experience is 100% amazing! To watch a sports game is a whole experience. I went to two World Cup games and it was awesome! The Mexico one I didn't love that the music was very repetitive before the event, horrible choice of music. We bought group tickets way before the tournament started. Tried to buy for more matches and it was insanely expensive. Parking is free with validation and very easy to go in and out. The view of the booths in the middle section are the best. To sit on the tables up front (level 1) the view gets a little distorted. To far away in the back it is not as immersive but it has good view from the huge screen and those tickets are not that pricey. We sat on the booths in the middle section (level 3) and enjoyed it very much.

The Harry Potter experience at Cosm Los Angeles was such a fun and immersive experience! Parking was conveniently located close to the entrance, and we were pleasantly surprised by how short the wait was to get inside. The tickets are definitely on the pricey side, but after experiencing it, I felt it was worth it. We sat around the middle of the venue, but next time I'd probably choose seats a little farther back. The massive screens extend so high overhead that you'll spend a lot of time looking up if you're seated too close. The food was decent, and I really enjoyed the themed treats. They added to the overall Harry Potter atmosphere. One thing to know before you go is it gets very cold inside, so definitely bring a sweater or light jacket. I highly recommend Cosm, especially the Harry Potter experience. If you're a fan, make a day of it and dress up, it makes the whole experience even more fun and memorable!

    Yu L.

As a Harry Potter fan, it was fun to visit, but personally I found the atmosphere during live sporting events here even more exciting than the Harry Potter experience itself. The food was just average--nothing particularly memorable. The venue itself is impressive, and I'd absolutely love to watch a FIFA World Cup match here someday. Unfortunately, ticket prices were around $900, which felt a bit too expensive for me. Overall, it's worth visiting at least once for the atmosphere and the iconic setting, but I wouldn't come here just for the food.

This is such a great concept and even better that we have it here locally. We came for the Harry Potter movie which sold out so quick. The themed food and drinks made this an even cooler experience. Our seats were on the first floor and so close to the screen which was a bit too much. Luckily we were able to scoot back to one of the booths which helped a ton. Our waitress was super friendly and helped get our snacks and drinks thoughout the movie. This exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back for other event.

This may have been the coolest experience ever. I'm such a big nerd and had no idea this was in LA until someone sent it to me. The building is so cool and clean and I was so awed. The screen wraps so far and the special additions on the side while the movie plays in the middle are not distracting but play into what's going on perfectly. The seats are a little tight/close together but the experience itself is so cool that it's worth it! The food was delicious. We got the "Harry Potter specific special menu" but they do have other items that stay consistently through every movie/event which was the nachos, fries, and tri tip sandwich. They were all so good, fair warning though the tri tip sandwich is a little spicy which I did not know. It was nice that they had servers coming to each table throughout the movie so we didn't have to get up when we needed something.

I really wanted to rave about this place, but the customer service is just not up to par with the incredible technology of the shared reality experience. As far as the experience, it was amazing. My wife and I went to see Harry Potter. The immersive experience of the movie was nothing like I have experienced before. The projections are high-quality and really make you feel like you are in the movie. 5 stars on the movie experience. As for the customer service... Between events, there is not much time for them to reset the theater and clean, and it shows. We had a 3PM showing with doors opening at 230PM. There was a world cup game prior to this, that was just getting out. At 2:30PM there was a very long line to get through security. There was only one security person handling both the metal detector and the bag check. He appeared to be very overwhelmed. Once we were inside the venue, the escalators to the top levels were blocked off. This is probably because the staff was trying to clean from the last event. Bathrooms are to maintained and had paper towels all over the floor and counters. Our seats were covered in crumbs and floor wet from spilt drinks. Our server took a long time to take our order. There was one server for our entire row. I ordered the special Harry Potter popcorn. After about 30 minutes of watching others get their popcorn, I finally stopped our server to ask what was the delay. He told me they were sold out. He apologized for it, but had I not said anything he would have never come back. We asked to order a Butter Beer and were told that was only available if you pre-purchased. That was disappointing. Best part of the service was our server brought everyone a complimentary cup of water. Only thing is he only gave my wife and I ONE!!! We shared. I would have asked for another but he never came back. There were 2 more showings of the Harry Potter on this day. As we left the theater they had more popcorn for the next show. But for us they were sold out. For $75 a ticket, I expected more. As good as the movie experience was, doubt I'll be back for this kind of service.

    Right when you walk in.

I'm not sure what all the hype is about. Maybe I went in with unrealistic expectations. I thought something was going to "pop," or maybe my chair was going to move or something. That said, the facility was beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and parking was easy with validation, which was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, I found the Cirque du Soleil show to be pretty average and it just didn't live up to my expectations, perhaps because I've seen many in the past. Oh yes and the chicken wings.... Oh so good!!!!!!!

    Aarthi A.

We booked the Harry Potter movie. Traffic was really heavy because of FIFA. I forgot to add themed food with my reservation and couldn't order it at the venue either. Overall, we had a great time -- it really brought back our childhood memories. P.S. It's very crowded, so try to arrive early. And don't forget to get your parking validated.

Ask the Community - Cosm Los Angeles

Do they have happy hour, if so what are the times? Is there a happy hour menu posted?

The only happy hour they offer is in the reality dome during specific ticketed shows where drinks and food are 20% off. Time and date depend on the show. They don't have a typical happy hour.

    What's the parking situation/cost?

Free parking, validation for 4hrs i believe

If I have a booth with 8 seats does my entire group have to get there at the same time or can we get there seperately?

I think you can arrive separately. But be warned a lot of those booth seats have corner seats that are a joke. The booths should really have two less seats available in them.

Will cosm show game 3 of the World Series?

    Yes, they are!

Where is the best seats to see Willy Wonka?

2nd level bar top seating in the middle is perfect or if your with a large group the 5 seater in the middle level 2 as well HM To bar seats level 3

How can you contact the venue? I've searched the website and tried Googling it and I cannot find a phone number. Very frustrating.

How long do they play previews before the start of a movie? I'm trying to time how long we will be here.

Previews are short, maybe 5 or 10 minutes max

Do they allow you to take a cake and ballons?

I was at a party there recently and they did not have any issues. I would just call to double check though.

For general admission, is this a 21 and over only?

No, all ages only to drink, they have a kids menu

Is orbital a good showing for kids? toddlers?!

Yes they have shows for kids

Do you have to pay for parking? Website says validation for 3 hours but an NFL game is literally a little over 3 hours. Are they trying to get you to pay for parking if it goes over the normal game time?

I believe the validation is actually for 4h so you're good for most event.

We are going to an event there, is it cold in there?

It's not cold, but take a light jacket based on the weather.

Do we need a reservation or can we walk in?

For the Hall and for food you can walk in. You can also buy tickets for shows on site. However, for popular events it's best to buy a ticket in advance to avoid surprises many shows sell out.
