I had a great experience at Cosm. We went to see O by Cirque de Soleil and it felt like we were there. The screen was massive and it was very immersive. We ordered a side of fries and a brownie Sunday. Both were delicious! The service was very good. All of the waitstaff were friendly and very attentive. I definitely plan to come back! read more

My experience was so much more than I ever expected it to be. I came for Harry Potter and it proved to be one of the coolest experiences yet. It started off a bit rocky with seating but Phil came to the rescue and's have us vip seats with an amazing view. This place is a damn joke. Honestly! How can your service be SO bad. I had submitted my original review and they responded someone will reach out. Only to get a message that says, "email this to our team" *proceeds to resend issue to another team* What did they offer?? $50 to come back. I screamed at the thought of spending more money there. The stale overly salty pretzel STILL gives me nightmares. My $5 sodas that was never refilled on purpose. And my cocktail drinks with so much sugar I left with diabetes. Whatever. I have $50 now. If you can't be at the game, go here! Awesome experience and excellent service (thank you Anthony)! It's definitely a splurge to grab seats but I appreciate that they do not nickel & dime you on food & drink. A bottle of champs for $40 and the pretzel was delicious. Highly recommend this experience - treat yourself to an epic Sunday Funday and enjoy every minute. We paid $264 total to sit in Level 3 / Row A. I recommend the bar seats directly in front of us on Level 2 (although booths are way more comfortable) or Row B / Level 3 for unobstructed views. Fantastic day! read more

For $12.95 general admission, I did not expect much, however, I was dead wrong. This place was so big and although the dome seating was sold out there was still plenty of room to catch the game from decent angles. The food was highly disappointing as were the mixed drinks. The poke nachos and shrimp ceviche was spicy and not that tasty, very little shrimp. Got several Mexican candy shots that did not seem to have alcohol. Stick with beers...there were so many cool seating areas and the vibes were all good, even for a Raider-Charger game! read more

We came to this location to watch the Kentucky Derby and ordered three identical drinks throughout the day. Each one was purchased from a different bar inside the venue, and while the listed price was the same, one bartender charged me more by adding an extra tip without my consent. I brought this to the attention of the floor manager, who assured me the charge would be corrected. However, after checking my credit card statement, no adjustment has been made. Be cautious and review your receipts carefully--there may be inconsistencies in how charges are handled, and management doesn't care. read more

I watched both "O" by Cirque du Soleil and The Matrix. Our seats for the "O" by Cirque du Soleil were horrible. Many of the "booth for two" are actually part of one long row, so you may end up sitting with others. We were a party of four and another party of two came by, asked the staff to switch their seats, because they wouldn't be able to comfortably with us. We also eventually moved to another empty booth, which the staff didn't mind once the show started. The show was boring, wouldn't recommend it. For The Matrix, we got the best seats on Level C, center booth seating just for four. Our view was great, but because the booth curves, the people on the edges were uncomfortable. Overall, the concept was unique and fun to try once, but I wouldn't do it again. The food was decent and the atmosphere can get loud and rowdy with all the alcohol. The biggest downside was the staff constantly walking back and forth during the movie to take orders and deliver food. Like the guy in front of us who ordered 20 "Red Pill" cocktails.... read more

This is the next best thing to actually bring there but the best part is that food and drink are served to you as you watch your event. For a weekday, they were packed and service was tough. Not enough bartenders to help you at the waiting areas and not enough servers to wait on you at the actual venue. Food was amazingly good and had some very unique offerings, priced well and fair! We will certainly be back and hope that there are no field trips with irresponsible teenagers watching at the same time! read more

This place is amazing! Went with some friends to watch a football game, sat in the Dome in row D and it was an incredible view. Better than front row at the stadium!!! At times it felt like we were in the end zone, sideline and huddle with the team. Drinks were on point and priced pretty reasonably for a nicer venue. All of the food was really good despite a bit of a delay, but Phil took great care of us and we can't wait to do it again. Definitely recommend! read more

Venue is great, service is great, food was terrible, menu too limited. Tickets are expensive for the movie. We went to see the matrix. Yes it was a different and amazing experience, but the tickets were very expensive $48 each. we had french fries which were really good and a chicken club sandwich, which was terrible. The prices of the food are higher than a normal restaurant. The chicken club sandwich didn't come with french fries and it was $26. I wouldn't recommend that. The french fries were $14 and they did give you a big pile of fries if there's a party of 3-5, you guys could share it. the sound quality is very good and if you've never seen a movie at a dome like that, it's a great experience. The really nice thing is that the parking was free. So I guess that makes up for the price of the food. read more

I hardly ever (more like never) write reviews for good or bad experiences. And I wish I did sometimes, because I go out a lot--to concerts, movies, and many other entertainment venues--but I'm just too lazy. Even in situations where I get my mind blown, like when I went to the Las Vegas Sphere, I didn't take the time to write a proper review. But watching The Matrix at Cosm L.A. finally moved me to sit my butt down and write this. Before I get into the review, I should mention that I'm not just a consumer of the arts--I'm an artist myself. I was a Sony Music artist and a producer/engineer for the past 25 years, with a level of perfectionism that I consider more of a curse than a blessing. That makes it very hard for me to find anything truly perfect. But my experience at Cosm was perfect. Whoever created those scenes to complement the original movie is an absolute genius. No matter what tools they used--AI, Unreal Engine, or good old-fashioned CGI--the choices, lighting effects, and camera movements were almost too good to be true. I went on a Friday with my wife and another couple, and seven days later I had to go back with more people. Believe it or not, the second time was even better. They really hit the nail on the head when they chose The Matrix as the first movie. Not only does the film offer so many different situations, landscapes, and scenarios, but its central theme of technology taking over feels especially powerful here. I've watched The Matrix at least four or five times in the past, but it never made more sense than when I saw it this time at Cosm, literally surrounded by the movie. And if all of that wasn't enough, the whole decor of the place--with the phone booth and the robots outside--plus the red or blue pill cocktails and the surprisingly good pairing menu, made the experience even more immersive. This experience now shares first place among "the greatest entertainment experiences of my life" with watching Rammstein at the Colosseum in the fire zone. Rammstein is far from my favorite band, but that concert was a total spectacle--and now watching The Matrix at Cosm is sharing that top spot with it. Literally an 11 out of 10. I've been thinking about all the movies that would benefit from the same concept, and one in particular would be incredible, with so much room for mind-blowing scenes on that huge screen: Labyrinth (1984). The ball scene, the pit of eternal stench, the crystals flowing around, and most of all, that M.C. Escher-inspired stairs scene. Just imagining those moments in that space, created by the same talented people who did The Matrix, gives me chills. I will definitely be coming back for every movie they release. read more

Came here to watch the Cirque de Soleil "O" show. It was fantastic! The visuals were really cool and the angles they got make the show so different from what you'd get to see live. We had Cadillac margaritas that were refreshing and the right amount of tangy. To munch on we ordered the ceviche tostilocos and those were really yummy as well. I love citrus and this was heavy on the lime which I love. A generous portion of shrimp as well; only thing it needed was more chamoy and maybe some spice as it had none. Only negative was that our original seats were HORRENDOUS. You couldn't see a thing from the balcony seats however we were lucky enough to have a staff member find us better seats in the center. Thank you to that staff member for saving the day (didn't catch their name). Honestly those seats shouldn't exist at all. read more

I purchased tickets as a birthday present but the recipient got COVID. I tried to contact customer service but no phone number available, you have to go through a chat messenger which is AI. The first thing it told me was that they do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges regardless of illness, and this is stated in the terms and conditions upon purchase. The tickets are expensive, and not providing exceptions due to a contagious virus infection is insanity. I will not be returning to this place. Situations like this cause people to make poor decisions out of fear of losing out on an experience which can further exacerbate conditions such as the spread of COVID given that there's a new variant. Seriously the worst. What a waste of time and money. Edit: I ended up going with someone else. The seats are the absolute worst. They are uncomfortable and the bench-style seating is tight with very little wiggle room. I chose my seats in the 3rd level thinking I'd have a great view but because it's a half dome the view wasn't all that great, It was literally cut off right above us. If you go, choose the 1st floor. You'll thank me. The kitchen was also in the 3rd floor and you can hear all the noise coming from there while the movie was playing. In terms of food, I tried the churros with their complimentary salted Caramel and chocolate dip which was awful and overpriced. Service was fine, no complaints. The ambience was fine too but overall I would not return. Especially for sporting events as seating is uncomfortable. read more

We went for a hockey game and were really impressed by the huge dome screen, and also by the massive screens seen from the lounge on the 2nd floor. The crowd had a lot of good energy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The chicken pita sandwich was so fresh and delicious! COSM is a luxury futuristic sports bar! I look forward to attending an event there again. While the concept is great and some food delicious, being forgotten was very unpleasant. My husband and I went out for our first date in over a year, and since The Matrix is his favorite movie, I thought what a great way to celebrate him and all he does for our family. The night started off great! We walked in and they took a picture with our camera of us in front of The Matrix sign. There was binary code everywhere with green illumination (including the bar) and a telephone booth prop where you could take pictures. Truly Matrix-themed. We then went upstairs to find our seats and were met with the ultimate choice from the second bar: Red or Blue Pill. The attention to detail was magnificent. We found our seats and got ready for the "Experience." The waiter took our order, which included the Tasting Menu, and we were off. It started out great, but I would definitely recommend turning the volume up--especially for those seated near the open kitchen. About 20 minutes into the movie, a woman was seated in front of us with her partner, who didn't have a seat. He stood in front of/next to us throughout the whole movie so he could share food with his date. Next, an extra table was behind us (lower than our bar-height table) where a waitress sat her friends/coworkers. One waitress even said, "This was all she could do for them." They TALKED throughout the whole movie--not only to each other but also to the staff. With the low volume, plus the noise from the kitchen and their conversation, trying to listen was not ideal. We saw an open seat somewhere else and asked if we could be moved. The waitress asked the manager and told us we could, so we did. About 10 minutes later, she came back and told us she had been yelled at for moving us because the whole booth had been rented by a corporate party. We moved back to our original seats. Five minutes later, our waiter said it was okay for us to move again, but we politely declined. We were already embarrassed enough. On to our food service: our waiter asked me once (as our appetizer came out) if I would like another drink, but never asked again. My main course was forgotten, and the waiter explained the kitchen had miscounted, so it would be severely delayed. Meanwhile, the late arrival in front of us and the add-on people behind us received their food. I received my dessert and then, about 10 minutes later, my main course--which was cold. I was so glad I had ordered something extra in the beginning, or I would have been starving. This is not the "Experience" I paid for with the tasting menu or otherwise. I know this is a one-off, but it was severe and highly misses the mark in my book. Other than that, the 10 minutes we had in the corporate section left room for hope should we decide to come back. read more

Came to experience Cosm for the first time today to watch the Arsenal vs. Manchester United match and it was terrific! My group & I elected reserved seating which was a bit pricier but well worth it. We sat right in the middle and had an amazing view of game the entire time. The food was good as well, we ordered wings, chips & salsa, popcorn, and had some beers all the food was good and the Tapatio popcorn was next level! Our server was also very attentive and made sure to check in with us often to make sure we were good. The game itself was amazing! It really does feel like you're there in person plus the energy from the crowd in game and at the venue just elevates the experience. The sound is on point and the different angles you get are amazing. I can also see the benefit of going to see a UFC fight or a football game here, its such a nice venue, I am extremely glad I went. Is it pricey? Yes, but you get what you pay for. Plus you get your parking validated! I had an amazing experience and if you don't mind spending the money I highly recommend. read more

Had to stop in at the Cosm while visiting LA from Denver ....to catch The Matrix at the dome, and it did not disappoint. The level two seats offered an incredible view, making the immersive visuals even more striking. Food and drinks were top-notch, creative, well-prepared, and elevated the whole experience. At first upon seating, I thought this was a recipe for disaster! But hear me out! My husband brought me here to surprise me, he got us tickets to see Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone (one of my favorites!!!!) he got our seats right in the front of the dome and I immediately knew I wouldn't be able to watch this. The title screen alone was already giving me problems. I suffer from severe aura migraines that could have caused me to black out. As soon as the movie started, I was hit with a strong pain wave and immediately had to remove myself from my seat. My poor husband was ready to just eat the cost of the tickets, but I told him we should get a refund since this was unforseen. I had went out looking for the manager/supervisor. Everyone there was so accomodating and friendly, the supervisor was called. We met a gentleman named Phil and he was absolutely amazing, friendly, accommodating, diligent and all around hospitable. He took the time to hear me out and he understood right where I was coming from. He wanted us to have a chance to actually enjoy the film and get to experience the event. He moved us to VIP and I have to say the seating area was SO much better and more comfortable for me. I'm so happy we had the chance to enjoy this feature instead of calling it quits immediately. Phil is THE MAN!!!! I will definitely come back and tell everyone about how amazing this was! Phil allowed me to fully enjoy my evening with my husband and create this amazing memory. I think you can arrive separately. But be warned a lot of those booth seats have corner seats that are a joke. The booths should really have two less seats available in them.

Last night, our group visited COSM to watch the NBA finals game two, and it was honestly one of the most immersive sports-viewing experiences we've ever had. We reserved seats for the reality dome . The massive shared-reality screen and stunning visuals made it feel as though we were sitting courtside. Every play, every crowd reaction, and every moment of the game felt incredibly realistic. The atmosphere was electric, and the combination of the visuals, sound, and crowd energy completely pulled us into the action. One thing that really stood out was how well the venue is designed. The different seating levels each offer unique perspectives, but every seat provides an amazing view. No matter where you're sitting, you truly feel like you're part of the game rather than just watching it on a screen. The immersive technology creates a sense of depth that has to be experienced to be believed. The audio experience was equally impressive. The music, arena sounds, and crowd noise surrounded us and made the entire event feel authentic. It genuinely felt like we had traveled to the game itself. The food and drinks were another highlight. I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at COSM on 12/1/24. I had been looking forward to this event for months, even though my team's performance leading up to it was less than ideal. Despite that, I was excited to attend and paid $150 for my ticket. I've been here with my parents and have spent upwards of $700 for the experience as well. Upon arriving, everything initially seemed great. I took my seat and settled in, eagerly anticipating the game. However, the experience quickly deteriorated due to a lack of service. I waited at my seat for a considerable amount of time, but no server ever came by. Eventually, my friends and I decided to go to the bar to get service ourselves. When it was my turn to order, I requested a bucket of Modelo. The bartender asked where I was sitting and why my server hadn't assisted me. I explained that I hadn't seen a server at all. Unfortunately, during this exchange, I made a comment out of frustration about the absent service, unaware that the server was nearby. That was my server is trash! The server overheard and responded directly, but I did not engage further. I returned to my seat shortly after, only to be approached by security. I was informed that I was being escorted out for being disrespectful to the staff. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, I was asked to leave the premises. Eventually, law enforcement was involved, and I was escorted out of the venue. This experience was not only embarrassing but also unjust, as my comments were made in a moment of frustration due to poor service, not with the intent to insult anyone. I feel that the situation was mishandled, and I left feeling disrespected and unfairly treated. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and seek a resolution. I recently visited the new Cosm venue and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The highlight was definitely the Dome--it's stunning! It's a portal to another world. It feels like IMAX on steroids and resembles a more intimate version of the Sphere in Las Vegas. The content quality was so detailed that it almost felt like a 3D experience, making it truly mesmerizing to watch both live sports and immersive art displays (I've seen a few!). The venue itself is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Food and drinks are easily accessible, making it an ideal spot for hanging out. While the Dome offers a state-of-the-art immersive experience, the Hall is a spectacular space in its own right--a more relaxed sports bar atmosphere with a massive LED screen that wraps around the room. It's the perfect place to catch live games. I loved that I could order food and drinks from my seat through the Mobile App, which was extremely user-friendly. Speaking of food, I tried the Korean Corn Cheese Nachos--an explosion of flavors with tender kalbi pork, bacon, jalapeno, fontina, cheese sauce, and kimchi aioli all piled on a mountain of tortilla chips. It was out of this world! And yes, I washed it all down with a goblet of beer. Yes, a goblet. That alone was a fun experience. Another standout feature is the rooftop deck. With a stunning view of SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, and even airplanes flying into LAX, it's a great place to relax. The Deck is filled with comfy furniture and has a bar with TVs to keep you entertained. They even had heat lamps to keep everyone warm as the marine layer rolled in. Overall, it was a day well spent. What an experience. When you walk in, the staff are welcoming and happy to guide you through the building. Not going to lie, I got confused and lost at first. You'll start on the first floor, take the escalator up, and depending on your seat, maybe take another floor up to reach the seating for the arena. I came here with friends to watch the US Open quarterfinals and it genuinely felt like being in Flushing, New York with other fans. The quality is awesome and feels super realistic. The booths around us added to the atmosphere and servers came by offering food and drinks. The menu had half-off main dishes, so we loaded up on some fries, steak fries, burgers, and a poke dish. Pretty standard American eats, but decent for the setting. Servers have to walk through the entire aisle to reach center tables, which can get a little disruptive for both them and customers. We were at the edge so it wasn't too bad, but just something I noticed that they could work on here. Still, I respect what the team at Cosm are doing here: blending projection technology with live sports and entertainment to create something immersive. Sometimes there are corporate events running in the background, but doesn't take away from the experience. Parking is in the nearby structure and ticket validation is at the front desk of Cosm. I recently visited Cosm Los Angeles for the Harry Potter immersive experience, and honestly, it was such a cool first experience from the moment we walked in. The venue itself is beautiful and futuristic, and before the movie even started there were interactive Harry Potter-themed elements throughout the building, including a giant screen experience with the Golden Snitch that made everything feel immersive right away. There were bars both downstairs and upstairs, and they featured themed cocktails inspired by the Hogwarts houses. I originally wanted to try the Hufflepuff cocktail, but they had already run out of that one from previous showings before our date and time. I ended up trying the Slytherin drink instead, and it was honestly delicious. We had booth seating, and since it was our first visit, we didn't realize the booth would be shared seating, so it was a little tight once everyone arrived. Still, the view ended up being pretty decent, and once the movie started, I completely forgot about everything else because the experience was so immersive. Watching Harry Potter inside that massive dome-style screen setup was incredible. Between the visuals, sound, atmosphere, and crowd energy, it made the movie feel brand new again. I also learned they've previously done immersive experiences for The Matrix and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, which honestly sounds really cool too. I was really looking forward to visiting COSM to watch a Lakers game, especially with the promise of an immersive virtual experience. And while the technology and visuals are indeed impressive--if you manage to get the right seats--the seating process for General Admission tickets was a major letdown. We arrived 1.5 hours early to ensure we'd secure good seats, but the system was chaotic and unfair. Unbeknownst to us, people from the previous game were allowed to remain in their seats, even though they hadn't purchased tickets for the next showing. By the time our group was called--despite being among the first due to our early arrival--nearly all the seats with a clear view of the dome were already taken by these holdovers. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. That said, the one redeeming aspect of our visit was meeting Jason Villalva, an employee who went above and beyond to address our concerns. Jason was patient, empathetic, and took the time to explain how the system worked while acknowledging the issues we faced. His professionalism and helpful attitude left a positive impression, even in an otherwise frustrating experience. Thanks to Jason's guidance and feedback, we might consider giving COSM another chance in the future--but only if they address the seating process and improve the fairness for paying customers. read more

came on 12/1 niners vs bills and wow !! this place is a MESSS everything is so unorganized and understaffed if you don't bum rush in don't bother seats are so misleading they don't know how to handle a big crowd i get it its really busy but cmon it shouldn't have been this bad. if y'all oversold tickets just say that cuz it showed. not only that but me n my party got there almost 2 hours early and we still didn't get a seat we had to sit in the patio. once settled in we got a server that was the worst she was so rude she was short with long dark hair didn't get a name but in the middle of taking our order she literally walked away and return with drinks and completely ignored me and my mom that wanted to keep ordering i then asked if we can finish ordering and from a distance put her finger in the air and said "oh no i cant" and took off the other way taking other orders like make it make sense. another guy finished helping us out and then after that she came trying to apologize but no she was so rude i get your frustration and tired but you do not talk to people all rude and honestly she didn't even deserve a tip but we didn't have a option to leave 0. but yeah she needs to do better and this place needs to get it together 0 stars if i could. will never come back read more

Worst experience ever 12/1/2024 BILLS VS NINERS We arrived at 2 PM waited in line, just to get told people that were let in early got to get first dibs on the seats since they payed for an all day pass. No one bothered to let us know that, Every worker stated something different, they were ALL on different pages. We got told so many different things from every worker out in front. I don't get why there is general admission and tables are still reserved leaving seats very limited. A family had sat down where it had a reserved sign, guy proceeded to ask a server "are we able to sit here" server stated they could. Minutes later a manager came and escorted them because he stated they could not sit there, but the server had already said they were allowed too. EVERYONE was on different pages. Service was horrible when ordering food. Very understaffed, leaving the servers so stressed with multiple sections assigned to them. Our server stated nobody communicates with them ever so they never know what is going on. It took 30 minutes just to get one drink we would order, we got our food before our drinks which made no sense at all. Point here is that they need to get it together and communicate, This is one of the worst experiences I will not be coming back! read more

I really wanted to give this place a good review but it was a BIG disappointment. I wasted 2 hours of my life on this poor excuse of an experience. Forget about the $200 I spent on food and tickets. I could've sat home and watched a screensaver on my Microsoft computer if I wanted to see a screensaver on a big screen. When we first sat down before the show started, they had pictures of real items like people and nature. When the show started, there was nothing but a screensaver with a bunch of dots going back-and-forth the whole time. I was waiting for it to start and then it was over. I'm serious. It was nothing but a screensaver on a really big screen. The whole time and most of the seats are obstructed by the gate in front of you or they sit you in the corner where you get dizzy looking at it. It is just a terrible design. I would be really surprised if this business lasted more than six months. Also, the employees did not know where the seats were. They did not know how to use the ticket machine. A huge waste of time. I would not recommend it to anyone until they get their stuff together and actually put real stuff on the screen and not a bunch of digital screensavers. I've recently shifted from collecting things to seeking meaningful experiences, and the Willy Wonka immersive event at the Cosm in Inglewood absolutely delivered. My sister-in-law and I attended on Presidents' Day, and despite the pouring rain, the entire event was unforgettable. The screen quality was stunning--crisp, vibrant, and incredibly immersive. Watching a classic film in this format made it feel completely new and reimagined. The themed concessions were a fun touch too--popcorn mixed with candy and a menu curated to complement the movie added to the whimsical atmosphere. The venue itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The seating was comfortable with great sightlines--honestly, it didn't seem like there was a bad seat in the house. I especially appreciated the online ticketing feature that allows you to preview the exact view from your selected seats before purchasing. That level of detail made the experience feel premium from the start. The staff was friendly and helpful in guiding us to our seats, and while the weather outside was gloomy, the experience inside was nothing short of magical. I attended a 12:30 PM double feature showing today at Cosma and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Both films were breathtaking to watch -- the quality and sound was top-notch, making it truly immersive. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly cared about making sure everyone had a great time. Even though the second showing ended up being different from what was originally scheduled, they went above and beyond to make things right. Without me even needing to raise any concerns, (which I wasn't planning too at all) they proactively offered a full credit toward my next purchase purely out of good faith, which really shows how much they value their guests. While food and beverage prices are a little higher than average, the quality, presentation, and overall environment made it well worth it -- it felt like a premium experience from start to finish. I left feeling truly impressed and appreciated as a customer. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, and I highly recommend Cosma to anyone who's looking for an outstanding immersive experience with exceptional service. read more

What a let down. Where do I begin. From the very moment of entry you are left wondering who designed this place. The entire venue is "open concept" which makes no sense for whats supposed to be an "immersive experience". There is no door, curtain or anything that closes the room off which means while in the theater area you can hear everything from outside and while in the outside restaurant/bar area you can see everything inside. The seating arrangements make no sense. You have to look directly up in a 90 degree angle to be able to understand whats going on and that really puts a strain on your neck. The shows itself seem very pretentious and overall are not impressive at all. The food was way overpriced and just not good. The customer service was lacking and no employee will stop and ask if you need help if you dont know where to go or what to do. The ticket you buy doesn't even matter because nobody is really checking which tickets you have and where you need to sit. Overall it just seemed like a sad attempt at what the las vegas dome is. I regret getting tickets to this, in-fact, I walked out in the middle of the show. read more

My husband and I had such an amazing experience at the Cosm yesterday. We came to watch the France vs Sweden WC game. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and it truly made our visit unforgettable. A huge shoutout to Carl, who went above and beyond by upgrading our seats. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. What really stood out was that he remembered our names and made a point to check in on us throughout the experience. I attended Cosm on 12/1 with a general admission ticket and arrived 2.5 hours early to ensure we could get a seat, as seating is first come, first served. Unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. The service was terrible. The staff appeared understaffed and overwhelmed, making it nearly impossible to get timely service. We had to literally chase down our waiter to order anything, and even then, our drinks took far too long to arrive. The food was subpar and definitely not worth the price. The seating process was chaotic and poorly managed. Despite arriving early, there was no guarantee of a table. Some tables were marked as reserved, but when we asked a staff member, they said they were open--only for another staff member to later ask us to move. The staff seemed to have no clear communication, which added to the confusion and frustration. Overall, paying for general admission is not worth it. Between the disorganized staff, poor service, and disappointing food, I cannot recommend this venue and will not be returning. I would rate 0 if I could! read more

I came to COSM for the very first time to see The Matrix, and let me just say I was blown away. From the moment I stepped in, I could tell this wasn't your average venue. The space is absolutely pristine, spotless floors, sleek design, and an atmosphere that feels both high end and welcoming. Cleanliness and professionalism were clearly top priorities here. What really made the night memorable though was the incredible hospitality. Huge shoutout to Phil, the manager, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt taken care of. His energy, attentiveness, and genuine passion for the guest experience made a big impression. You can tell the staff takes their cues from strong leadership. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and on point all evening. Watching The Matrix in that environment was unreal. The visuals, the sound, the vibe. COSM adds a whole new layer to the experience. On May 30, 2026, my family and I had an absolutely magical experience at Cosm Los Angeles, (Inglewood) while watching Harry Potter. We recently visited Cosm and had a fantastic experience overall. The screen in the "dome" on the 2nd level is incredibly cool--it's an 85-foot diameter, 12K LED display that truly immerses you in the visuals. We watched a surf movie there, and it felt like we were right in the ocean with the surfers, which was absolutely amazing. For the best views, I'd recommend the lower 3rd level, as it offers a great perspective of the entire dome. That said, I found the food to be very expensive with small portions, and honestly, it wasn't very good. The quality didn't match the price, which was a bit disappointing compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, I'm giving 4 stars because the immersive dome and stunning visuals made the visit memorable, but the food left something to be desired. This shared reality dome venue shows great events with a large screen! This venue offers table side food service with a lot of employees! On event day at this venue for me I experienced friendly staff! There was also other activities just by watching my event on the screen such as a DJ, a photo booth free with a football NFL Hall of Fame Game Trading Card, n more! I was here to watch a NFL Hall of Fame Game for free due to COSM LOS ANGELES offering free tickets to the public! The venue has a lot of seating! I was able to sit in any general fee that was able to watch the large screen which was very enjoyable! The words cannot explain how much I enjoyed watching this game very close and thoroughly on this screen at COSM! Well and exquisite from beginning to end! I recently visited COSM Los Angeles for Thursday night football and had an amazing experience. The quality of the larger-than-life screens is unmatched, making every play come alive!!! Theres also a nice rooftop lounge with a view of Sofi, it was perfect backdrop for the game. The appetizers were spot on for a game night; I had the loaded fries, which were generously topped with fresh guacamole--absolutely delicious! The service was outstanding; I was helped to my seat, and my server, Brent, was very attentive throughout the evening. I also received exceptional hospitality from Eddie, which truly enhanced my visit. As a big sports fan, I loved the lively atmosphere and the diverse array of sports that are offered. The problem was that only one restaurant was open, and there were maybe 8-10 tables total--all of them full. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common theme: staff often don't know what's going on and things aren't always as advertised. There was a set Ecuadorian menu with three appetizers, three or four chicken dishes, and three seafood options. That was it. As for the "vendors," there was only one table selling Ecuadorian goods and it was very limited--a bowl of bracelets, a few license plates that said "Ecuadorian," a couple ponchos, and maybe five or six Ecuador World Cup soccer shirts. Super underwhelming. There was also supposed to be live entertainment, but that never happened either. Overall it just felt like a letdown after the drive and the expectations the flyer set.

The event organizers did a FANTASTIC job, as guests were all commenting on how much fun they had all night long. Parking is available across the street in a private, fenced but unsupervised parking lot. Lighting is great, and there are numerous very bright lights throughout the lot. The venue where the movie was shown is on the fourth floor of the Level Hotel located on 9th Street and Olive Street in downtown Los Angeles. Guests are not allowed in the outdoor seating area until sixty minutes before showtime. Once upstairs, you are free to sit anywhere, as seating is first come, first served. Guests sit on very comfortable, padded Adirondack chairs that event organizers provide. The view of the screen, the sound, and the overall atmosphere are fun, relaxed, and positive. Guests are handed a headset to listen to the movie, and/or the surround sound speakers are on for those choosing not to use the headset. There is a snack bar offering hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, popcorn, ice cream, and several other snacks on one side and alcoholic beverages on the opposite side. Clean and convenient restrooms are within walking distance from the outdoor seating area. Guests as young as 16 are allowed in, and 21 and over if you plan to have an alcoholic beverage (or two). Different movies, both current and older, are shown nightly. Check their website for the exact movies shown on any given night. Several nights per week, two buffet movies are shown back-to-back. During our visit, our group of fourteen watched The Princess Bride, which was not our favorite movie; we still had a FANTASTIC time. We DEFINITELY plan to return in the very near future

Parking in the area was $20 at a lot across the street. Not terrible for a Friday night in LA, but still worth mentioning. Your ticket includes skate rental and one drink, so we grabbed a Paloma (the other option was not available) which hit the spot. Unfortunately, the skating surface was a bit of a letdown--treaded hard plastic mats that didn't offer a smooth ride. It took a lot of effort to move and wasn't beginner-friendly. Plus there was a tricky spot that tripped up more than a few skaters. The biggest surprise was the low energy overall--music was pretty quiet, and the vibe felt more relaxed than festive. We expected more of a party atmosphere for a Friday night rooftop in the heart of LA. It was still fun to do something different and hang out with our group, but unless they upgrade the floor or amp up the energy, it's probably a one-and-done for us. Tips: - Allow extra time for the elevator to the 3rd floor. - $20 parking lot across the street. - 1 Drink included, so grab one and make the most of it!
