I came here for a birthday celebration, and we had a great time! The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the entertainment was amazing. The dancers, the singer, and the overall atmosphere made it fun. The only 2 things I would improve are the lack of space to dance, we wished there was a dance floor and that our waitress was serving whiskey like it was water. She kept pouring and encouraging my friend to order more bottles, which made it feel like she was trying to increase the bill. I understand that's part of the business, but it did bother me me a little. Other than that, it's a great place to celebrate a birthday or enjoy a fun night out. read more

100/10 recommend this place! You literally feel like you're in a Vegas show, like literally IN the show! From the time the doors open until the last song, this place doesn't stop with the entertainment! For a place that highlights the show, the food was surprisingly very very good! Only my filet mignon I had to send back to be cooked more to a medium rare (warm red center) than medium when it had arrived. But they did not hesitate to make the correction and provide a steak that was both cooked and seasoned to perfection! So thank you to our server who was most gracious in my request. I came here for NYE yes I'm writing my review a little late. First of all shout out to David for outstanding customer service. This place is a dining experience not sure how i came to find it but i have to say I loved it. They had magicians they had shows dancers great music fabulous drinks. Its if you are thinking about going here just go food was amazing and the customer service from the staff was amazing. My steak was cooked perfectly how i like it. I wish i remembered my server name because she was also amazing very attentive. Next time i go I will ask to be downstairs versus upstairs to better enjoy the show. read more

Once seated, the service was good, as were the performances. The food was fine, nothing special but worth the try. The place is nicely designed. Almost every seat has some sort of view. The show itself was nothing special. A couple of ladies swirling around a round metal ring up in the ceiling. Okay, we saw that at Ringling Bros when we were 6. The main attraction was a lady singer. She was good, and very interactive with the customers. I am sure at one time in her career she was fantastic. The magic of her show was to take out the black wig and become a blond. There were a couple of dancers in bikinis that would dance up and down the aisle every so often. Somewhat entertaining. The best comparison is playing an 18 hole golf or a mini-golf. Main Ro was definitely a mini- golf on a rainy day. The trumpet player added a nice touch. The highlight was the DJ. She was fantastic. She belonged in Vegas. She would size up the attendees and would play songs accordingly. I loved her. The appetizers were delicious, but they should serve them with a magnifying glass. Food was good as well. I enjoyed my filet mignon. The drinks were BAD. I mean bad. You go to a place like this to drink. I had to pay around $44.00 for two shots of tequila just to make my drink reasonably good. I did complain and the following drinks were a bit better. Pricing is outrageous. I don't mind to pay high prices in that type of setting. But the food must be substantial enough that my next stop wouldn't be In & Out. It was my birthday and the had my name for a couple of minutes on the ceiling lights. Valet was $25 plus $5 tip. A bit high. Over all it is good to go there once and experience getting screwed. For three of us including a 22% service fee came out to be almost $600.00. That said the service fee was worth it as our waitress was super nice. I will give them a 4 star, only because they fill a gap. read more

It was extremely crowded--so much so that it was difficult to move around or even get up to go to the dance floor or restroom. I was essentially blocked in by a cluster of heavy chairs that were hard to move. While I tried to enjoy the music and show, the seating arrangement made the experience uncomfortable. The chairs themselves were not practical, and the tables were placed too close together; at one point, hair from the table next to us ended up in my dish. On top of that, the food was disappointing. My pasta arrived plain, without the mushrooms or meat that were expected. Overall, the quality of the dish felt comparable to something you'd get at a much cheaper restaurant. read more

And we saw the acrobatic dancers, and I wish they could have performed longer. A magician was going to the tables. The room itself is neon lights, and holiday videos. The place keeps you thoroughly entertained. People everywhere were tapping and bobbing to music. While this is all happening, we had absolutely the most outstanding service. Our server was keeping the drinks and food moving so smoothly. I watched other servers at other tables and they too seemed to be just as attentive. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Because we were a big group, we were served a preset menu. We had crispy rice, sushi, mixed salad, a crunchy shrimp and halibut skewers for appetizers. Everyone one of them was fantastic. The main course was skirt steak, salmon, a pasta Parmesan, Brussels sprouts. The steak melted in our mouth. The salmon tender. The pasta was perfect. I never expected a preset menu to be so delicious. The valet captain asked if we had a good time and clearly was proud to be working for MainRo. We went here with some friends, and I give it 4 stars simply because of the food and service. There was a menu item called "Truffle Wagyu Bites," or something similar that, and I can assure you the meat was nowhere close to Wagyu grade. It tasted like frozen McDonald's hamburger beef at best. As for a steak we ordered, they brought the steak along with a burning piece of herb to the side of it (you can see the burning in the picture). I get that they are trying to present the food nicely, but there is a way to do it. It just produced an unpleasant smell and didn't look too nice either. Steak was good, though. After serving the steak, the waiter just threw my utensils to the side on the table, so I had to ask for new ones. You can't just serve food and toss the customer's utensils like that. The entertainment, vibe, upscale atmosphere, entrance (security outside and inside, scanning for weapons before guests enter), dancers, live saxophone, and so much more, make up for the food. If the entertainment was lacking, this place would get 2 stars at best. The entertainment is top notch. If this place can work a bit more on the food and service, it would truly become 5 star. I had a really bad experience with Mainro. Over the phone, I was told it would be $800 for 5 people and that everything was included. After everything was done, my bill came out to almost $1,800 with no clear explanation. This place is overpriced and very misleading. At check-in, they had me sign papers in a dark area where it was hard to see what I was signing. That alone didn't feel right. The manager and supervisor were also very rude. Instead of helping, they got defensive and avoided answering simple questions. Communication was poor from start to finish. Don't go here, especially with your partner. It's embarrassing and not worth it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

The bowl was full of ice and on top they just threw a few slices of watermelon that tasted bad, a couple raspberries, and a few pieces of pineapple. That's it. Go look up what they charge for it online, it's insane. For that price, you expect quality and actual portions, not something that looks like it came from a gas station fridge. Very disappointing.
