It took us going to the counter twice to finally get them remade. Our fries were so old they were totally inedible. Again another thing we needed remade. Then we ordered pretzels and for whatever reason were charged for an extra side of cheese sauce when we told them we didn't need cheese sauce. No real apology from the manager. We had to return to the counter a third time and wait for the chicken because they said they couldn't bring it to us. Very very disappointed. To top it off when we came in there were plenty of empty booths but not a single one was actually wiped down.
