I went in to pick up some Xmas gifts that I ordered online. Customer service was excellent - everyone was friendly and helpful. I ended up picking up a few more items (some for me!) as I forgot a few people on my list. My online order was packed neatly and it was a breeze picking that up. One star off was for the glitch in the register - while the staff there was trying their hardest to fix an error on my receipt, it seemed like the issue was beyond their ability to fix and they had to call into tech support. This added about 15 minutes to my time there, which defeated the purpose of me ordering online to pick up. The issue couldn't be resolved the same day, so I needed to check my statement for the next week to make sure it was resolved on their end. Overall, not an issue with the staff in store, but more of an issue with their equipment, as I was told that glitches often occur with their system/register. But, customer service and quality of products make up for it so I'll be back. read more

Stopped in at Lush Oakridge Mall today to pick up some Ocean Salt Face & Body Scrub. I love that stuff, it feels so good on my skin and smells so refreshing. But wow is it expensive. The shop wasn't too busy. One of the workers (Shannon?) came over to ask me if I needed help and told me about a skin care special they were having. She was very nice and there was no pressure to buy. I ended up picking up a small bottle of eye cream called Enchanted (not on sale) along with my Ocean Salt. It caught my interest because it's made with calming lavender and honey water and comes in a little pump bottle, making it easier to dab on around your eyes. I could spend an entire afternoon at Lush checking out all of their great products. It's easy to go overboard and spend a ton, so I quickly paid for my two items and got out of there. To be honest I love going to this one when I need a quick restock of my beauty or bath bomb products. The parking at Oakridge mall is just so much easier than racing yourself to go to Valley Fair where you have to think about parking, paying for parking exiting and even leaving the place. But with Oakridge you just pull up on the side and you park. Anyway you're here for the Lush review anyway I like this place the employees are super sweet and super friendly and give lots of recommendations of different products if you're shopping for a friend who has specific sent favorites and whatnot. Items are always and typically in stock at this location which is super helpful . I love all the products at Lush but I do recommend only buying what you need at the time. read more

My brother gave my Mom a Lush gift card so she went into the store to use it. The sales associate was so friendly and spent time recommending products for my Mom. I like Lush because you can try the products. My Mom bought the Happy Skin cleanser. The sales associate gave her a generous sample of Angels on Bare Skin scrub to try. My Mom actually gave me the sample. I tried it and really love it! Leaves your skin soft as a peach. Next time I'm going to go back and get it once I run out of the much more expensive Sephora cleanser I have (yep, I'm switching!) I love that they have pre-wrapped gift sets that you can give to people. I can't wait to go back and try more products! Ordering online was super quick and easy and my order was ready for pickup super quickly after too! The actual pickup process was so pleasant and fast- you call ahead and let them know which parking spot you're in (it's marked in the spots when you park in the drive up area) and they come out to your car! Plenty of parking too which is nice. I am so blown away by their customer service- the associate who dropped off my order (you can open your back window for them to drop it in), was so sweet and threw in "some goodies" for me. When my husband and I were shopping here it looks like they did have a limit as far as how many people they allow in the store at one time, they do have you sanitize your hands prior to entering and you must wear a mask. I really love shopping here, I don't shop here often but when I do I like to splurge a little bit on the bath bombs and the bubble bars. I have tried the shampoo bar and the conditioner bar and I really did like those too. I always get the rainbow Play-Doh bubble bar? I'm not sure that that's the name but it's the one where you can basically play with it like Play-Doh. My kids really like it and I like that its basically a fun time in the bath for them, it smells great, it can act as a bubble bar if you run it under the bath faucet, and it's also soap! For the price I think it's definitely worth it, I like that they have the paper bags here to put your bath bombs and bubble bars in, instead of plastic. The staff here is always very welcoming, they always ask me if I need help or if I'd like any recommendations and I never feel pressured to buy anything which is nice. It's a smaller retail location than it's Westfield Valley Fair counterpart but has all the wonderful items made by Lush and is well stocked. Upon entering, I was greeted by the sales associates. This is beyond my favorite lush based on knowledge and customer service. I was so lucky to have come in a time where there was just one other customer on a Wednesday evening. I was blessed to have gotten Destiny to help me and educate me. I had just come in from chemo and she treated me so gently and made my day so much better... Anyways, she showed me the new Prince Charming shower gel which leaves your hands so soft and followed it with charity pot (lotion). Holy wow, my hands were softer than I don't know what. I can't remember the name so I'll edit this part later...but chemo and all my illnesses cause my skin to become dehydrated and peel so this seriously helped.
