I never knew this place had a dessert area/shop attached. I went here for dinner over a decade ago and wasn't impressed, but the desserts - woah! Top notch! This experience left quite the impression, and I've got to say, it was an absolute treat. My friend told me about their desserts and gelato and we both opted for gelato. The variety of flavors was fantastic--I went with banana, and my friend opted for tiramisu. The banana gelato was creamy with a rich, authentic taste, not overly sweet, but perfectly balanced. The tiramisu, however, totally stole the show! It had this incredible espresso flavor and a subtle hint of creamy mascarpone that made it irresistible. If you're into coffee desserts, definitely go for that one. What stood out to me even more was the selection of cakes and pastries. Seriously, there's so much to choose from, and I heard the pistachio cake is supposed to be out of this world. I'll definitely be picking that up next time--I can already imagine how amazing it's going to taste. Next door, there's a little shop packed with Italian goodies for all your cooking needs. I couldn't resist grabbing some Italian chocolates. But, word of warning--these beauties are pricey. The price wasn't marked, and I ended up grabbing about 10-12 pieces, which totaled roughly to $30! It was a bit of a shock, but I won't lie--after trying them, they were so worth it. My favorite so far? The tiramisu chocolate--it had the same rich flavors of the gelato and was seriously decadent. Overall, a solid experience. The gelato alone is worth the trip, and I'm looking forward to trying more flavors. The bakery items, combined with the culinary items next door, really make it a one-stop-shop for anyone craving authentic Italian flavors. Went here on a whim, as I'm traveling through from Los Angeles, and sadly the experience was very poor. The food itself was not worth the price point, and even worst was the service. Absolutely no engagement from the employees, incredibly rude, and generally everyone we interacted with had terrible attitudes. As someone who's experienced Italian offerings both in the US and Italy, the food left a lot to be desired. The chicken I got was blistering hot and stale for having been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long, and the macaroni side had a cream sauce that tasted like mayonnaise. With no drink in my order, it was over 12 dollars for cafeteria food. There's a spot I go to in Burbank, that has a very similar setup, very authentically Italian, except the portions are bigger, the variety is greater, the prices are cheaper, and food is leagues beyond this. I sometimes go to this restaurant to purchase food. Sometimes I go to this restaurant to only drink water. I went to this restaurant to drink water and take my diabetes medication recently. The manager told me that I can't be in the restaurant unless I purchase food. I said I would purchase food but then I left the restaurant. He was aggressive and told me that I was dishonest because I said I would order food but then I didn't that day. I don't always communicate the best in English and should have told him that I needed water to take my diabetes medication. He took a photograph of me and told me that I can't be in the restaurant anymore. He physically blocked me from entering the restaurant because I told him I would purchase food that day but i didn't. Overall recommended for food and experience. Try to get there on off peak hours though the lines and seating options get crazy. MOST of the prices were relatively in line with competition. DO NOT BUY the individually wrapped imported chocolates that are not marked with a price. They are $65.00 per pound.... and that's not a typo. In terms of ROI.... Get yourself a king size bag of M&Ms for $5.... Or if you wanna splurge, a $12 bag of Lindors. My gf's ass is still bleeding from paying $22 for like 6 individually wrapped chocolates here Were they good? F*** you for asking... no chocolate is "$65 per pound good." If I could give 0 stars I would. The lack of customer service, attention, appreciation of business and common courtesy is severely lacking. I left feeling like an illiterate juvenile by Apryll the general manager. She completely humiliated me. I have been coming here for years first my grandparents then my parents and now me carrying on for their favorites and I never want to revisit. She absolutely reeked of booze like she'd chugged a bottle while belittling her staff she was also out of line and derogatory. I haven't gone to cassette us for 30 years. Yesterday was the worst experience I've ever had there the two managers are on duty on Saint patty day were just ultimately rude. My friends and I went in the Pizza line about 30 minutes and got the line and ordered several slices and decided that I want to order something else I want over to the other section when a manager really rudely said no you can order something else you have to go wait in line again. I saw the other manager and I told him and he told ignored me. That is ultimately the worse experience I've ever had and I had it in my favor rut restaurant that I ate at for 30 years two days a week! read more

There is no place like Cossetta's. My husband and I went there on our first date before a Wild game, and it was packed. We have been back many times since to celebrate where it all began, and every time it has been fabulous! I love the cafeteria/deli design and the food is really good. I've never had something I don't like from pizza to pasta to salads. Cossetta's is very well priced too, which helps offset the expense of Wild tickets for all of us hockey fans! You might have to fight a crowd any night there's a big event at the X, but the lines move pretty fast considering. And I guarantee it'll be worth the wait! read more

Our plates we're full and so were our tummies...everything was fantastic! The red sauce is to die for! We sat outside on a wonderful balcony, the rain came in and cooled us down, we were protected is was so romantic! After dinner we filled our plates up with so many excellent Italian deserts along with cappuccino! had the pastrami and pepper hero three times in the past month. it's that good. they serve manicotti only during the month of april. do NOT order this. you will develop an addiction to this incredible dish and suffer severe withdrawal come the following month. i learned this the hard way. pizza is just okay. nothing special. tiramisu is the real deal, ladyfingers and all. get it frozen, even if you're planning to eat it right away. potato salad is very good and hard to refuse at $2.09/lb. they do give you a little cup if you order a sandwich though, so you can give it a try first. read more

after the remodel i cannot believe the ambiance that was added to this already spectacular place! I love their pizza, i love their pasta and i love the new bakery they put in. even the frozen pizzas you take home are extremely inexpensive for what you are getting and they taste just like you would be buying form cossetta. Try the mostaccoli.- i think i spelled that right. chicken salad pasta is great as well. you can eat upstairs or downstairs and free parking. it's never changed it's taste- which is important. absolutely love italian food so this place was perfect! the pasta was great and the pizza too it comes with massive toppings on em! closest thing to our homemade pizza that IVE ever seen anywhere. they also have a little grocery attached that has freshly made noodles, all kinds of olive oils, fresh meats and even candies! I also like that everything is fast paced, get to sit down and eat quicker! A little spendy, but i thought it was worth the experience. I loved this place growing up... Absolutely loved it. However the food just doesn't seem as good as it used to be to me. Hasn't been to par in quite a while. Although the pizza is still pretty good... I definitely wouldn't go out of my way for it. The service is generally pretty terrible in the downstairs restaurant. Desserts are fun, Louis rooftop is worthwhile and the service is better but that's about all I would go in for and I live in walking distance. read more

I have only been there once and had pasta. The pasta was pretty good, I loved the garlic bread, the place is packed. This is a good sign that you are going to get something good. I have not tried any of the pasta salads or pizza. I have heard that the pizza was good and several people were ordering it - I will have to get that the next time. read more

Love this place for their pasta and pizza. Lines can be lines during peek lunch and dinner time but if you go right at 11am when they open you can get in and out. Or before dinner about 430.
