Horrible! I was quoted a $62 installation price to install remote start to my ats, which I looked online and found most dealership were charging between $50 - $75, so mostly on par. Got there just after 9 am and was told it should be done by 11 am, did not get out of there till 1:35 pm and then was charged $192 for installation. I tried to use my reward card, which I got with the purchase of my ats that had $50, and they said I couldn't and that the system didn't show I had any money on it. I was very dissatisfied with the whole transaction and I had to argue and plead for a discount. This will be the last time I go there. Plus, I was charged $40 to remove a small nail and to plug it. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. While getting my 2014 CTS serviced I was given a tour of the brand newly completed Suburban showrooms by David Sass. Go and see him for sales and leasing. I found him to be interested in people and knowledgeable about their models. He didn't mind that I already have a sales consultant...LOL. My sales person for 3 vehicles in 4 years is always Ben Bergman who has my endorsement for sales and leasing. He will follow up with you to your satisfaction and you won't get a better deal. I recently made a phone call to suburban Cadillac and connected with Reggie he was able to get me a better deal than the dealership I have used multiple times before. I will never go back to this dealership again. We drove two plus hours in traffic to look at a vehicle. That I was told was in excellent condition. By a lady who went out to look at the car for me. And she was aware of how far away we would be coming from. When we showed up there was scratch's all over one side of the car . And rips in the seat. As well as a missing vent cover. We were super disappointed. A waste of time and gas. They tried to work with us a little but we didn't seem to be on the same page of what each car was worth. Mine as a trade in and theirs. Way over priced for the mileage and over all condition. They didn't even say sorry for her over see and wasting 5 hours of our day. Bought my Gmc Sierra here in 2010 and have to say I've received the best vehicle service from Cruz Pena ever since. The guy knows the ins and outs of giving the absolute best service for the my truck. I haven't been in for a while and took my truck in for an oil change today and he really took care of me with an oil change, tire rotation, air pressure, and topping off the fluids. This dealership is horrible, I was not only treated like an idiot but they also had the audacity to "clarify" what MY experience was at their dealership. The day I went in the were severely understaffed and could not even give me a price on the vehicle I wanted to buy, Payne said he would call me shortly with the price. They then sold the vehicle without telling me or following through as they assured me they would. I even called Dean after not hearing from Payne, Dean assured me they would call me with the info on the Yukon, they never did despite me calling them to make sure. When I complained the dealership had the audacity to put it on me and not on their lack of communication or follow through by their salesman and manager. With all the dealerships in the area you would think they would value a potential customer wanting to purchase a $45k vehicle and be concerned with the bad service they provided and never attempted to remedy. read more

Dropped off my car for service that took all day. I had it washed before I went over there and when I picked it up it was covered in dirt.

My daughter had her car ( Buick) brought into this dealer by a tow due to damage to the front left quarter panel. The service writer was extremely rude and laughed at her predicament. Maybe they did this because she is a female and in her 20's as I'm sure this wouldn't happen to a male. Im not sure what the heck this people are thinking. Is this the type of customer service they Pride themselves on? Not sure if this happens with any frequency but I suggest they monitor their associates more closely. Yes we where able to, get out of the extended warranty & gap as we came to find out it is an option. Very disappointed we where lied to. Instead of Orange Coast Buick GMC Cadillac trying to resolve it we did it ourselves just went in signed a form that's all it took. We can't believe that with your dealer name, corporation after selling us a vehicle with a bad engine, wrecking our vehicle you guys offered to pay our first payment just to remove the Yelp comment of the WORST EXPERIENCE that we are going trough with Orange Coast Buick GMC Cadillac. This was offered after we went in to remove our extended warranty & gap by the way. If you guys where professional & stand by what you preach, you would have gone above and beyond to make it right, instead you hide behind the curtains & leave us in the dark, but till this day a lil over month after paid my first payment just keep in mind still don't have my truck none has ever reached out to us to try to make sense, or make it right out of this nightmare, we have been very stressed, sleepless nights, nor any phone calls from you David F or any of you general managers, with a simple apology, all we keep being told is accidents happen. Reginald Peterson is one of the best car salesmen that I came across during my new car buying experience. He was always available through text, phone, and email. He answered all my questions as quickly as I asked them and was experienced in product knowledge with the many different types of features that are available. Most importantly his attitude and overall charisma is what brought me into this location. We went in with the intent of purchasing a car but the sales manager or owner (whatever he was) really made it difficult for us to ever recommend this place to ANYONE. They would not let us sign all the paperwork and let us leave unless we purchased their stupid theft protection. They took advantage of our situation since we desperately needed a car (having already sold our older one), and my wife was VERY pregnant. I finally shelled out the extra $400 or so just to get them to let us go home. My wife couldn't take anymore of their back and forth in the office for no reason while leaving us just sitting there for hours. This transaction took over 3 hours!!!! we were paying with a check!!! after all that, my wife went in for scheduled maintenance and they totally got her for some over priced non-needed work that was over $600. At this point we had our child and like the good sales people they are, used scare tactics to get her to do the work... My wife knows nothing of cars so needless to say she will never be allowed to take a car in for service by herself again lol. SUCH terrible service at this dealership, almost as bad as Huntington Beach Ford on Beach Blvd. We will NEVER EVER come here again even for free service. Not worth the hassle or my time. I WILL recommend however to purchase from the Fiat dealership on the same street. I'm on my 18th car purchase and I'll admit that Fiat was the BEST experience I've ever had in my life, even better than Crevier which is in 2nd place, and Crevier is just such an awesome place to get your car serviced :D. Let's see where do I start. I went to go look at a GMC Yukon and fell in love with a Sequoia. Tom was my sales guys and was very helpful, not only helpful but a pleasant to work with. He didn't push me or tell me things that other sales people do. I ended up getting the sequoia and its a beautiful car. Suburban Buick and Cadillac gave the truck a major wax job when the car was turned in and man it looked like new to me a job well done. Tom help me from start to finish and was turned over to finance. Faye was another great employee and she actually help me get a way better deal and monthly payment I wanted. My experience with this dealership was a A+ in my book and hopefully down the road I will come back and get another car again. Cant tell you how Tom and Faye made me fell with my situation. I leased a 2014 Cadillac XTS from here. This has been my 4th Cadillac I've leased. My family also drives Cadillacs. I spoke with a couple of the sales managers before i turned it in. I had a few dents and small other things that needed be fixed before I turned it in. They told me don't worry about it because they had a low inventory of the XTS and they were going to buy it. I even have voicemails of them saying the same. About 2 weeks later i get a bill for excess wear charges. I would've fixed it myself for half the price. Now they're saying its going against my credit if i don't pay it. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED on how this was handled. I tried to reach them but they gave me the run around. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a company that respects their customers and wont lie to them. read more

However the sales guy has never replied to me with the solution. It is a terrible follow up and they don't seem to care about such thing. Wont go back here again. We did not end up purchasing at this dealership but we had a great experience with Paul, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest - not at all pushy like most care salesmen. We visited at least 8 different dealerships and Paul was the easiest to work and not at all pushy. I LOVE that. We were ready to lease the 2019 Buick encore but they were not able to meet us at the price point we wanted so we left to have lunch and ended up stopping at the Tustin location just out of curiosity, they didn't want to lease it to us for the price we wanted either so we called "joe" back and told him we were heading over to sign the papers, as we are in the car getting off the phone with Joe the Tustin sales people ran after us to finally give us the deal we wanted. We felt really bad leaving this dealership hanging but we had to do what was right for us financially. If Paul and Joe gave us the price we needed right off the bat we would have leased from this dealership. Either way we had an awesome experience - Tustin was total shit the customer service SUCKED and it took 4 hours to complete the paperwork. read more

I had a problem with my transmission and was not happy since I only had 137k miles. At first I was quoted for a new transmission and was steered clear of repairing. But when I expressed my unhappiness regarding this issue, Jason went to his management to get me some assistance. He and his manager had several calls with GM to get this resolved for me with little cost involved on my part. GM agreed to pay for half of the repair. Unfortunately, the transmission repair person was on vacation for one week and then it took an additional week to determine the problem and repair. I was upset that my transmission was a piece of crap, and I was afraid I would need to sell my car and it isn't even paid off yet. But instead the problem was a computer issue and I ended up paying almost $500. While I am not happy that this problem existed, as these things should not fail when the car is not that old, I am happy that my transmission isn't a piece of crap and I did not pay as much as I had anticipated. Seriously, if it weren't for Jason and the wonderful people at Orange Coast, I would not be a happy GM owner. Everyone has always been very professional and helpful. Donna the cashier is always so very nice and seems to remember everyone's name. Now that is amazing serice! This is my first American made car EVER and I am in my 50's. I was thinking that I made a big mistake buying one. The ironic thing is that I absolutely love my Terrain and have been very happy with it. My complaint is that they sent me great priced coupons for service, so I called to ask them if they would service my model and they said, yes. So, I got transferred to parts and back to service and back to parts and got a rude runaround. So, the real answer to my first question is "NO" they DON'T SERVICE ANY OTHER VEHICLE. I found a 2016 XTS online that I wanted to trade my 2013 XTS for as the lease was coming due. I waited for 1.5 hours to even get help in the lobby. I had to step outside call the dealership from my phone and ask for help. It appeared they were understaffed and the staff that was there was under trained. It also appears new building came with horrible staff. Once I did get helped and I was treated like I could not afford this car (guess I didn't dress the part), I get to finance where I was lucky enough to get Ali who clearly was new to his position. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had. Once I was out of finance I really just wanted to leave, however, I needed some features explained to me. My sales person Raffi could not even connect my phone and he wanted me to wait while he figured out how to set up onstar, you had 5 hours to do that. I left with no features explained and extremely disappointed and frustrated. I have a fleet of trucks for my business and not once have I ever been treated this way. I will never go back to this dealership nor would I recommend them to anyone. Finally the day after I get the car home which they never did an inspection on with me and this is a lease, the car won't start one of the keys is dead all of the sudden. Then I get a call from my sales person Raffi who says GM Financial is asking for my Corp Resolution docs. I said that is not a typical request what exactly are they needing and why? Raffi didn't even know what that was he was asking for so he transfers me to finance per my request and hangs up on me I call back and get the vm to finance and I leave a message. Lucky me I get a return call from Ali who I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with during closing the deal, he proceeds to tell me the same that Raffi said however he doesn't understand what he is talking about either. He proceeds to give me the number to GM with my application number I call they are closed. I leave him a vm he calls back and says you need to press two and go the dealer section someone is there and oh by the way now they don't need any additional information sorry for the inconvenience. I was like so the past hour was for not? I of course then called GM and they were upset that the dealer gave me the information to contact them direct however they reassured me that they had everything they needed and nothing else was needed. I said why would you need any Corp docs when I signed the form certifying that I am authorized to sign on behalf of my company? He said exactly that is all we need and we all set. This dealership is clearly not supporting a knowledgeable staff and me nor my staff will ever go back. I will go to another dealership to complete this unfortunate process and have GM inspect this car for me. read more

I just leased a new Cadillac SRX from this dealership, and I do not think I have been more pleased with a car acquisition in a very long time! I saw an advertisement for a 2012 Cadillac SRX for a MOST COMPETIITIVE PRICE in the Sunday LA Times and I emailed late that night. As only a limited number of these particularly equipped vehicles were available, I phoned the next morning. Although I interacted briefly with two most pleasant internet sales associates, Jason and Marcos, my final sales associate was Ben. From my initial telephonic contact with this most personable and knowledgeable CADILLAC sales associate, I was most favorably impressed. Although I live in San Diego, the fact was that none of my local Cadillac dealers were even close in price. I rented an Enterprise Rental Car from my local Encinitas location (another fine establishment), and I happily drove the 70 miles to Costa Mesa to acquire my new SRX. Ben could not have been more helpful and considerate, and he went through EVERY SINGLE FEATURE of this rather complex vehicle, not only answering, but anticipating my questions!! Martin, the "finance manager" was similarly helpful and efficient. I was even introduced to the Service Manager for future reference. I could probably write more, but I think you probably have caught my drift. I should also add that I have purchased or leased about 50 cars for my personal use, and I have probably intervened on behalf of friends for a similar number of vehicles, so I believe that I am a good judge of a deal and a dealeship behind it!! Definitely worth the trip from San Diego, and, for sure, worth exploring anywhere within the OC or LA areas. My shopping and purchasing experience at this dealership was a very pleasant one. Fred Knapp, sales manager developed a well informed, courteous and helpful sales team. My initial and ultimate contact was with sales associate David Sass who introduced me to Cadillac. I was considering the purchase of a different brand but during my initial meeting with David it was clear that the brand had evolved to suit my tastes. I also quickly developed a sense of comfort with the sales floor and the dealership. I returned to the dealership a few days later and worked with Raffi Guldjian, a consummate auto industry professional. He was extremely helpful and assisted our family in determining the best features in the XTS model for our needs. We drove several cars and Raffi even parked them next to one another to be sure we understood the true comparatives. This went a long way toward finalizing my sense of confidence with the brand, model and most importantly the dealership. We are buying cars but what is most important to me is the relationship with the people in the organization standing behind the product. After a short drive home with the model we selected, test seating the twins in the back seat, and getting the thumbs up from me wife, we returned to the dealership to finalize the deal. I perhaps had more financial questions than some buyers which lead to developing a good relationship with sales manager, Fred Knapp. Unlike other dealerships Fred is not the unseen man behind the curtain. He is clearly in charge but fair, transparent and approachable. Fred was ultimately the person who won me over to the integrity of the dealership, convincing me that the organization had more depth and was more than just helpful sales people. This was certainly a five star experience and quite fitting for the Cadillac brand. Continuing with my new expectation that this was a quality organization Lou Martinez, finance, was personable, courteous and efficient in completing my transaction. just recently purchased a 2007 caddy from this dealership. the best experience i have ever had. these guys are not high pressure or pushy, they just want to give great customer service and it shows. this was not a high priced vehicle and i was treated with the service and consideration of a 100,00 dollar vehicle. ken murry was the salesman. also involved were arron and constance, the general manager was joe. i went in on a sat to look at the car . went for a test drive . told them i would think about it. no pressure, came back on a mon and they were just the easiest to work with in terms of getting the paper work ready so i could take to my own mechanic to have it checked. when i came back we went through all the paperwork to buy the car. very professional, on top of everything and every detail.. i operate a limo service and realize how important cust service is when dealing with the public, and this dealership has it all they really deserve 10 stars . i would go back again to buy a vehicle from them . russ k. read more

So my wife (The Boss) needed a new vehicle. We had looked at Chevy / Ford / Jeep and all she saw were station wagon looking SUV's. She wanted something more like my Yukon Denali. Well they had the SUV she wanted. Now the interesting part. As my wife and I were looking around the lot, I noticed a sales guy lurking (meant in a good way). then he left. It became apparent that he, Reggie Peterson, recognized that THE shopper had not made up her mind yet. When she did decide, we went to the showroom, and there was Reggie, ready to help. well all 5 times i have been here has been alot short of a good experience. This will be the last time i ever take my truck here, even if they are the last dealership on earth. Terrible service, liars and bad work. I should have to double check work and fix eff ups after leaving here. Their work has left me stranded on Christmas eve, cost me $100's in rental car, hotel and repair to vehicle. Now had oil change done, actually a maintenance service done and even asked Mr. Pena Cruz if they check and top off fluids, he stated yes. Turns out i double check their work like always and find many fluids low and they didn't even mention it, let alone top it off. So i asked to have it topped off and then they tried to charge me $48 for the fluid, after he said it was included in my $130 oil change. Place is a joke, i cant be the only one they anger with mistakes and bad service. id stay far away from here unless you like to gamble with the reliability of their work and hope you car doesn't break down. If there was a minus star rating thats what this place would get. I will never go back here and will go out of my way to make sure anyone i know doesnt either, off the charts for terrible.
