This Costco seems to have more crazy people at opening in line, trying to fight their way in. Heads up y'all... there is plenty of stock and you'll be ok if you get in behind a few people. Its SO weird. I have also had someone road rage me turning into the parking lot, and flew around me and cut off a head on car coming and almost caused a bad accident. It really isn't that serious, and this was 15 minutes before the store even opened and he sat in his car for a good 10 minutes. ANYWAY... I find this store well stocked and clean. It is easy to navigate. My problem here is I shop for one, sometimes two, and everything has an expiration date of 1 or 2 days out. A lot of members go to the Food Court for a meal, a cookie, a smoothie, and the list goes on and on for Costco's bargains. From time to time me, my husband, and friends try what has been newly added. In terms of the tried-and-true menu staples, the slice of pepperoni pizza is a decent choice. I think the strawberry ice cream sundae is too sugary for my taste. The vanilla soft serve is a better choice for me. The Strawberry Banana smoothie is a yes from me. Employees were diligent about cleaning the tables. The Food Court is outdoors but when I went last week, there was a breeze. If the temperatures are too high, I'd suggest ordering to go. You also have the option of the indoor Food Court at the nearby Costco on Crown Valley Parkway in Laguna Niguel. read more

This is my favorite Costco. The food court is located outside and there is always shaded seating. You pay at the kiosk and bring your receipt to the window. This is how they deter non-members from buying at the food court. Nothing beats a $1.99 slice of pizza and a $1.50 hot dog + drink; at least that's what my husband would say. Me? I am not opposed to it either. This Costco has a nice layout with easy to find items and a very amicable staff. Parking is plentiful and even the gas station lines are orderly after the renovation. My favorite times to visit are just before closing or when they have their sample stations in full swing. You can't really beat buying bulk paper products for cheap. My friends and I used to split the paper products when they went on sale. These days we load up on frozen fruit, salmon, nuts, paper products, and organic ginger. Oh, and deals on Dyson vacuums. With their amazing return policy and sweet spot deals, I'm a forever fan of Costco. read more

Who can resist going to Costco and not stopping at the food court? ( Not me!). Today after shopping I had to stop by and check out what the food court has to offer. Surprisingly, they have a new chicken , bacon sandwich, along with the classic staples of the famous polish hotdog and drink for $1.50, Sundaes, and Pizza to name a few. I miss those days where they offered the combo pizza with veggies, meat and everything in between. Tonight, i decided to order a pizza to go and didnt realize it probably would have better to call ahead when ordering to save time. Know I know. Ordering is pretty easy, using the kiosks , and your own membership card, use the touch screen to choose what you want, pay for it, grab the receipt and go in line if its a quick bite, or prepare to wait ( in my case for a pizza). Good news is there is plenty of tables to sit and wait. The bad news, the area closest to the pizza pick up is next to the tire and sales shop. So, you are smelling the smell of tires while you wait. No bueno for me, because Im sensitive to that. But if you are not, then by all means. Wait time was told 15-20min. Once its done, take home, grab some paper plates and eat at home. 2 options for pizza are 18" -1. Cheese pizza 2. Pepperoni Pizza. Or 3. Half cheese/Half Pepperoni. First and foremost.. the prices can't be beat....Having said that, the fat content can't be beat either. Not a fan of the required ordering from a kiosk then go get in line to collect your order... just does not work at any level. The kiosks are very user friendly but you gotta wait for a kiosk to open up then you turn around and get in line for the order...Put aside my negativity and I will say the pizza is a great deal! read more

I ordered pizzas for pick up and it was relatively prompt. Only had to wait 10 extra minutes. Because of that, the manager gave me a free extra whole pizza! Really great customer service. These folks try really hard and it always shows. read more

First off, the food was absolutely terrible, it got me food poisoning and some E. coli in my body, took me over 2 weeks to recover. The people at the counter were so rude it's insane. I am never going here again, unless I want to get sick. read more

I guess when the system was implemented it was just not easy for everyone to get use to. Now that all Costco Food Courts have this system it seems to be working very well now. Next time I just need to let the changes adapt. It is working smoothly now at all Costco's I go to. read more

This is by far my favorite Costco and it has the best food court. It's outside and there's plenty of seating. After a long day of running errands and shopping, I picked up a hot dog combo for myself and a strawberry sundae for my dad. We were both happy. Cheap and yummy and quick. There was only one person in the pizza section and one person preparing orders. Seemed slightly understaffed. But was still pretty quick and it's nice to sit outside and enjoy a little bite (for $1.50). read more

I am a lover of Costco food court.. Favorite go to hotdog and a soda keeps me coming back.. I stepped out of my comfort zone and had the new roast beef sandwich.. Sorry, absolutely horrible. Bread was a little old, and the whole sandwich was dry. No flavor. Thumbs down on this Costco. I'm going with 4 stars cause normally it's always good. If your looking to grab a bite but are looking for a deal then you should stop by Costco. I got 2 pieces of pizza and a large soda and only paid $4.92. This Costco has good customer service but they do need to pay a little closer attention to the condiment bar as there was spilled soda and ice as well as ketchup and mustard on counter. I would have taken pic but by the time I seen it I had already gotten my food and my hands were full. There is tons of parking outside but tons of customers as well. Keep in mind they only take cash or Visa credit/debit card. No other cards accepted. read more

The food is great for the prices. The customer service is polite. I withhold one star for one reason only. The line is really long sometimes so the wait time is too. If you are interest in the pizza you can call ahead and bypass the line. read more

I ordered a pizza at Cosco and I was told that if you don't pick up within thirty minutes they will sell it or throw it out . When I called they told me that it would take twenty five minutes. This Costco food court is great! Fast, friendly service and inexpensive, tasty food that is better than most fast food. I love the hot dogs here drenched in limitless pumped out yellow mustard (so glad they don't have packets) and fresh onions. Yum! I frequently order the giant pizza slices and I always ask them to give me the one that came out of the oven most recently, and they oblige. The latte freezes here are also delicious, with or without chocolate flavored syrup. Plus, it's fantastic that they take AMEX at the food court so you don't always have to have cash on you. This food court is outdoor only. The other Costco in Laguna Niguel (the one closer to Mission Viejo) is mostly indoors. Dress accordingly. read more

My girlfriend and I came to get some stuff at the Aliso Viejo, Ca. Costco. I sent her in without me for a couple minutes because I wanted to grab a hotdog before I went in, and she wasn't hungry. I was told after waiting 10 min in line that I needed a membership card to grab food. They wanted me to go in the warehouse and find her to get my card, then come back. After that bullsh*t, I went in, found my girlfriend... went to their customer service area, canceled my membership and signed up today at Sam's club. Rejecting anyone warm food is bullsh*t.... membership or not. What a joke read more

Just as you would expect. The best thing about the Costco food court is that they are all the same at every Costco. Consistency is there a middle name You have your choices of a hotdog, a more flavorful Polish sausage, pizza, brisket sandwich, turkey sandwich, salad. Definitely ask for extra plates and napkins to go if you are getting a whole pizza. It's nice to have those on hand and they are free. They will take Call ahead orders for pizzas and other items. read more

Called at 5:50 and they refused to let me place an order.... Odd since they close at 6. I've worked at plenty restaurant places and typically the employees who said "we aren't taking any orders" right now is lie and without manager approval. If it was accurate it would say on the website they stop taking orders close to closing read more
