Its important I warn everyone about ordering chicken wings from this store! Its July 5th, 2026, I got a thin crust pizza and a usual order of 8 piece chicken wings regular. When the driver came, i tipped him good, went in the kitchen to plate my dinner. The pizza is fine. Great! However, I know Cindy the manager from here, for years! Ive told her , I order wings from them especially, because they are big , hot, and full of meat on them!! Today, I got some cold, crappy, baby bird wings with NO MEAT BASICALLY!! I complained to the on duty manager RO..?? He was basically non caring, just said hed send me another order? WTH? I said thats not the point! This is our go to for excellent pizza. Tonight we ordered two pizzas and pasta. Cindy made the pizzas which one was vegetarian and the other Buffalo chicken. Both specialty pizzas. I'll keep this short and sweet. We ordered a mushroom & sausage pizza and it was really good. The mushrooms are soft & chewy. Sausages are sweet with just a touch of spice. Can't complain about the cheese which is a melty gooey extravaganza. The crust tho. The crust is crispy with a buttery soft & chewy interior. Perfect. I should've taken a picture of the whole pizza but it's just a process I wasn't about to engage in when a slice of hot pizza was sitting before me. Therefore, the only picture I took was of a single pizza slice... and not a good one at that because it doesn't properly convey how good the pizza was. Update: I had leftover pizza the next day and took another picture, but it should be hung up at a museum. Lol. read more

I'm torn with this review. This was my go-to Domino's growing up and still is when I visit my family, but the last time I ordered from this location I had a very very disappointing experience that has just turned me off of this location. I had ordered 2 pizzas and some breadsticks for carry out. I pulled into the location just as the tracker switched to ready for pickup. Perfect timing, right?! Nope. I got to the register, told them I was ready and the employee told me they were still waiting for the breadsticks to finish cooking. So in order words...my meal WASN'T ready for pickup. So I sat down and waited. I could see that my pizzas were just sitting there so I figured things would be ready in no time. Nope. Wrong again. I sat around for over 10 minutes for my breadsticks to be done. By the time they were ready and I got back to my house, the breadsticks were tasty, but the pizzas were lukewarm at best. All because they didn't time things out correctly. In the end, it was just the extra 10 minutes of waiting around that really bothered me. What's the point of a tracker if you're not able to rely on it? And when I filed a complaint, I was told the location would get back to me. It's now been a few months and I haven't heard a single thing. So, looks like when I visit my parents we'll be going elsewhere for our pizzas. Sorry, Domino's. read more

WARNING the employees here have headphones in and you can tell they don't really wanna talk to you. i came in and i was waiting for my order, the app says they'll call my name. waiting for a while, watching them make the pizzas without gloves, touching their faces and phones no hand washing or anything. Worst Dominis ever. I'm very sad that this is the closest store to me. I used to manage two stores few years back and understand what it takes to do their job as let me tell you, they continuously miss the mark. On this particular order Armin the delivery driver marked the order as delivered more than 30 minutes before we received our dinner. On top of the hour and a half delivery time the pizza was obviously cold and the pan pizza was completely smashed. Armin assured me the pizza was fine... I should have opened it in front of him but I was too hungry to deal with it at the very moment. Long story short, I would not recommend this store to any dominos or pizza consumer. read more

I ordered takeout...First they said the delivery driver took my pizza, so they had to make a new one. Then my new pizza had toppings for both halves and they forgot the toppings for one half. For a gimmicky pizza place this Domino's is Yummy! We order 2 large pineapple pepperoni pizzas, which is are pizza order anywhere we go. This place delivers on the pineapple, a few or more on every slice! They deliver on the pepperoni, nicely spaced with toasted edges. The delivery itself was top notch, with hot melted stringy cheese, it must be straight from the oven to our door. We have also ordered cinnamon knots. We rarely get extras but they looked good. I ordered online for a carry-out order. After 20 mins, my order still wasn't put into the oven. So I called the branch twice, no response. I showed up to the location because I assumed the pizza was done and the tracking website was just broke. Immediately as I walked into the store I could hear the employees cussing out loud, and yelling at each other. What's even worse, the phone rang multiple times while I was in the store and the employee yelled: "don't f*cking answer the phone! There's better ways for them to get a hold of us!!" 1) unacceptable. 2) what exactly is the "better" way to get ahold of the store?! Entirely defeats the purpose of ordering to go or carry out. This store suffers from substandard management who doesn't take responsibility for mistakes of their employees that led to missed delivery to kids birthday party with 50 guests who ended up getting food an hour later after several calls. Their employees are extremely rude and have no sense of customer care. The manager originally agreed to reimburse us for the pizza that was not delivered on time and guests had left, but when the pizza was returned she had changed her mind and decide she wasn't going to keep the customer happy. What a sad case for customer service and management style that has no sense of what bad publicity can mean to a business. I don't wish to be their customer and you should also think twice before relying on this store for your kids birthday parties. At the best, they maybe able to manage delivering a couple of pizzas for your dinner, maybe on time. read more

I called the Dominoes in Aliso Viejo, they were going to charge me $356 for 20 medium pizzas- When I said were they sure that was way more then I was thinking they said I was ordering too many pizzas and couldn't get a deal. I called this Dominoes they charged me $157(ish) and had them ready in 30 minutes and had AMAZING attitudes. Worth the extra 10 minute drive!! read more
