I've been coming to this Round Table location for decades. From when I was a kid to when my wife (then girlfriend) worked at the Michael's next door. It has been a long time since I had a bad meal here. Both from the customer service stand point to the food itself. I will admit most time I am getting food to go, but the interior of the restaurant is always clean and inviting. There's plenty of seating and could easily be used for youth sport team parties, birthdays, or just group hangs. They used to have a cool arcade in the back but, honestly, I'm not sure if it is still there. Last time I came in, it was just to pick up an order & get out. The food is always fresh. Portions are good and toppings are great quality. Honestly, for a chain, it's a great tasting pizza. It's more expensive than other delivery forward chains, but not substantially. And you know you're paying for a higher quality set of ingredients. Honestly, even though it's a chain, Round Table can make for a great local pizza joint. It's got a touch of nostalgia to its interior design and then a great selection of tasty food. It's absolutely worth checking out. read more

Pizza was good. Excellent customer service. My food delivery arrived in a timely manner, and correct. I ordered the King Arthur's Supreme Pizza, and their chicken wings! To be honest, I loved the chicken wings way better than the pizza. Everything was flavorful, but the pizza crust could be crispier. There are times in life when you just want someone to bring you a pepperoni pizza... this was me the other night... I just wanted lots and lots of pizza... I gotta say it was delicious! Horrible experience for our team party. We called ahead and made a reservation for our team party to take place here today. When we showed up at our designated reservation time, they told us that they basically had given our tables away to someone else. The people working claimed they would ask the group to move in about 10 minutes... It has been 20 minutes and they clearly are not going to do anything. What a joke. Now our team party is us all sitting separately at different tables. Highly recommend you avoid this place since they are incapable or honoring reservations apparently. read more

I haven't been here in several years. It has a new owner. First thing i noticed was the restaurant smelled very clean. Anyone who may have been a few years back might understand. It used to have a spilled old beer kind of smell. The young lady was handling everything from taking the order to making the pizza. She was very efficient. I ordered a small thin crust cheese to go. When i opened the box it looked great. Gooey and cheesy. It had a good stringy pull. It had more of a flop, but that's my fault. I forgot to ask for well done. I don't get pizza very often but when I do? Round Table is one of my go-to places. This one is less than a mile from my house and is always great. I do not understand the person who claimed it is "too full of sun" back in 2023 as it's tucked back into a corner of the strip mall and barely sees direct light thru a window.. She exclaimed she would "NEVER RETURN", yet leaves a new review a few months ago in 2025 about a situation outside of management being able to take care of, most likely. Every time I'm here it makes me sad to see how few people are inside, but I'm usually picking up at odd hours during the week; I'm hoping they're busier during the weekend. Haven't been here in a while but we decided to have our team party here last minute. It was an amazing experience and we really appreciated them being able to accommodate a big group in such last minute. Kids loved the mini arcade. Food was amazing with great customer service. I am here right now and just found out that people can come in and bring their dogs inside! And lo and behold here comes a person with not one but two dogs! She comes in through the side door where the salad bar is. Walks in parades her dogs orders food and eats. I lost my appetite. I will never visit this restaurant again. I only go to the Round Table Pizza in Mission Viejo on occasion to order the King Arthur's Supreme Pizza; it is tasty with lots of toppings and great crust. However, the restaurant is stuck in the 1990s (not in a good way) and is in major need of renovation. It's nice to have the little arcade for the kids but there other pizza joints nearby that have better ambiance. read more

We always order for take out. The customer service is great and they are always on time with our food. The wings are delish and the gluten free crust is a life saver for anyone on a gluten free diet. The only wish is to have a larger size in the cauliflower crust option. read more

Your friendly neighborhood Pizza place in Mission Viejo this place is good for a pizza party after a soccer game with plenty of tables and booth seating and reasonably priced pizza and deals. Also a back area with some arcade games and candy claw games for the kids. The place could use an update but that's also a part of its charm as an ode to the old pizza places where family's would go to together. Good salad and other food options. Had not been to this Round Table in quite a while - it's been so long that we found out our favorite pizza had been "retired" when we ordered it! However, the young man at the counter, Cole, was not only nice and friendly -- even when he gave us the bad news -- but his Customer Service went beyond what we would have expected. He offered to make the "Smokehouse" for us and he actually remembered the ingredients! The pizza was as fresh and delicious as we remembered it. Thank you so much Cole, you were awesome and made us so happy! We came middle of the day around 230pm on a Sunday and it was empty. Pizza was made fairly fast. We called in our order. The pizza itself was pretty good. Prices seem a bit high. For sure more then the other chain places nearby. The quality was definitely better though. Since we didn't eat in, can't comment on anything else except for the pizza. Plenty of parking outside. Round Table is always good, reliable pizza. Quality at this location is good- IF you can get them to give you your pizza! Went to pick up a pizza and was "told it would be another minute", after 10 mins asked again and was told it's in the oven, then watched staff on the line start to panic and run around when they realize my order isn't in the oven. Another staff member wanders over to the warmer where they keep orders waiting to be picked up and located it. Staff doesn't know their own procedures OR how to apologize for the wait or confusion. read more

Wednesday night we took my in-laws to dinner. Staff at the front super friendly! Saw some upgrades, since the last time we've been their couple of months ago. Pizza was delicious. Love that we can use our reward points. Downfall we wanted to sit in a spot but it said reserved but no one ever showed up. It happened last time we were their too. This Round Table location deserves 10 stars! I'm a native New Yorker, so I know great pizza when I taste great pizza, and this place is as good as it gets in Orange County. I will drive past 50 other pizza locations to come to this one in Mission Viejo. I am sure most franchises use the same ingredients, but this Round Table location in Mission Viejo always tastes so much better, fresher and hot out of the oven. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful when dining in, and the salad bar always fresh, tasty, and fully stocked with many different selections.
