He read off the order [showing that what Grubhub transmitted to them was correct] and didn't care that what they delivered was flat out wrong. And then said that if we wanted anything done, to take it up with Grubhub. A combination of incompetence and poor customer service is not great. It has us thinking that we need to find a new local pizza joint. Which is terrible because the pizza is pretty good. But if they can't deliver what we order, then we never know what's coming. And in a house with some food allergies, we want to know that what we order will be correct. This has been our local trusted pizza joint for almost a decade.
