I have been coming to this Blaze Pizza for over a year, but after today's experience, I'm not sure I'll return. I ordered the "Take Two" ($13.99) with a side Caesar and pesto bread. Despite being a regular who has ordered this specific meal with cheese and olive additions for over a year, I was treated like a problem by the employee, Eriko. The store was busier than normal with about 15 customers, and while every other worker seemed busy but still polite. Eriko was visibly annoyed from the start. When I requested my usual additions, she claimed she wasn't allowed to add them because I ordered the combo and said she'd "get in trouble" from her manager. She even told me she was "already doing me a favor" by adding the mozzarella cheese. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed no one was on duty. The exchange became so unpleasant I almost didn't want the food at all. I finally explained that she could just ring me up for the items separately since the price difference was minimal, just so I could have the olives. Only then did she finally acquiesce and add them (while still charging the combo price), though she did so begrudgingly and remained hostile throughout the process. As a representative of the company, this should not be acceptable. Blaze usually excels at customization, but this was a complete failure in customer service. If I decide to return and see her working , I would choose a different place for a meal as it would not be worth the risk of being treated that way. read more

Reliable clean great food delivered in a fast food paced environment. Was able to order and pick up within 15 mins. Most of the kids there working are wonderful you get the ones that really don't wanna even be there with no smile or interest but we get one or two of those everywhere nowadays. Love how consistent the food quality and service is from Blaze Pizza on La Paz. The doughs are always perfectly baked. No charred edges or anything. I always admire the sauce / cheese/ toppings ratio too. Nothing is too much or too little. I don't know how and why people complain so much about anything this location pumps out. In my opinion, they do a far better job at way better price points compared to all the other pizza places in a 10 mile radius. Parking is free and online ordering for pickup is super easy. We love Blaze Pizza. There used to be 2 locations in the area but since the one at the mall shut down, it appears that everyone is coming to this location now. We usually do the "Build Your Own" so we can add everything we want to the pizza. I like to load it up with my favorite meats and veggies. Always a good pizza here, never a bad meal. They used to burn the crust but that hasn't happened for a while now. Employees are always nice and polite. Great service. read more

While the staff behind the counter are friendly and the store is clean, the quality of the pizza is just bad. I can understand a mistake happening once--maybe even twice--but burning my pizza three times in a row? There never seem to be a manager present who oversees operations, checks food quality, or coordinates the team. It's just a group of young employees trying to do their best, but unfortunately, they keep burning the pizza... If the owner wants to improve this location,either they should be present or hire an experienced manager to supervise and support the team... it would make a significant difference... read more

Blaze Pizza is set up like a Subway. You order your basic pizza at the counter and continue on to select additional toppings. I think that the crust is the most important thing. At Blaze it's thin and crispy, the way I like it. Great tasting pizza every time. A bonus is that leftovers taste great cold. I usually reheat pizza on the stove, never in the microwave. Every time I have reheated a Blaze pizza, it never makes it to the stove. It's not a full service restaurant, you order at the counter, but that's just fine. read more

With allergies and picky kids (not even limited preferences, just bizarre topping combinations wanted), you can't beat the customizations! Been coming here for years as it's the best quality and price for pizza. Seems new ownership as I l went in and my pizza cost $18 which surprised me. They now charge for ranch as well which is lame and inconvenient as you've already paid for your pizza and would have to go back and pay 50 cents. Haven't been to Blaze in a very long time. Glad it's still as I remembered. Love the thin, light crust with the char edges. Wifey and I decided to stop for a bite before moving with our day. Ordered two cheese pizzas with balsamic drizzle and olive oil drizzle. Pizzas came completely drenched and drowned out with vinegar and oil, disappointing and gross. The smell is terrible because of the excess vinegar that they put. It's really not that hard to make a pizza let alone drizzle a con have been on not dumped the whole bottle on it. The ingredients, sausage and red onions on tomato sauce with regular crust and mozzarella cheese were very fresh and delicious. I loved the 3 slice 1/2 pizza and coke order I put in via the website. It was ready when I arrived, and I just picked had to pick it up. The crust is thin and delicious. Lots of people were there for lunch time, and they looked like they were enjoying the place. The parking was easy to get and close to Blaze. The help was very friendly and helpful. The place looked very clean inside. The price was good, and I completely enjoyed my lunch.
