I can't really say anything bad about Costco because they have everything that you need and then some. The only thing that drives me crazy and this is like all of them are the damn created by free samples. Usually the people in line are the last people who need a free sample. This review is not so much about this Costco location, although it is a good store, but more specifically about the Verizon center within this Costco store. I dealt with Jim after trying to accomplish a fairly simple upgrade (seemingly) at several other Verizon outlets, both franchise stores and corporate locations. I received different and contradictory information from at least 5 other Verizon representatives before I found Jim at this Costco. He was vastly better informed and more knowledgeable than the others were. I was able to get my new phone at a better price, and set up my 3-device Verizon account in just the manner I wanted. Jim's customer service was outstanding, and his desire to provide what I, the customer, wanted was exemplary. If I could award 10 stars, I would. read more

Why you won't find every brand there is here, you'll find quit a bit and a ton of it. Nothing like buying everything in bulk. I can never leave this place without spending $200, but I won't have to go back for a while. Wonderful customer service, the employees were respectful to me and understanding however I had my open carry weapon on me today. As I entered the store I saw no signs saying I couldn't have my weapon, the greeter at the door said nothing about it either. I was deep into the store shopping when a very kind employee stopped me and revealed that they had a policy against firearms in their store. I apologized and and explained that I saw no signs outside and that I'd be happy to go put it in my vehicle at which point he revealed to me that because Costco is a private membership club they are not obligated to post signs like that. I want to reiterate that the employees were very kind and understanding however that is a garbage policy. If you do not want me to take my weapon into the store please post that sign. I take no issue with this particular store but I do take issue with this company. It's embarrassing to be watched as you exit by customers and employees alike and it was so easy to avoid. read more

Came here to order new glasses. I was helped quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and never tried to force more expensive options on me. Not to mention the price was great. Always a great trip when it's to Costco. read more

This location is pretty slow to others in the valley . The date on all the fresh food is pretty bad even the meat looked that old dark red color with the sell day of that day . The mac and cheese was made on July 6 and all the ones that we're on the shelf we're July 9th the last day , that was 14 large containers . Prices are going up pretty quick if you figure out the per ounce or per pond price it's really not a good deal . They still have some good deals if you look around but if you come back next month sometimes they don't carry that product any more and don't have a replacement , so its off the grocery store. Turn over is pretty bad due to all the part time workers Costco will only hire now and some of them look like they just got out of jail and smelled pretty bad. I don't know what going on but I wont up my membership when it runs out. Watch out for the food court workers they are short changing people again and again by certain people ! read more

Just went in bought some lamb leg from this store and asked the butcher if he could ground it up for me he said we don't do that. So I went to the grocery store and they did it no questions ask. Way to go Costco great customer service I don't even need a membership at the local fry s or sprouts for service like that. read more

The tire service is a joke. If you buy tires figuring Costco will stand behind them then you need to read the fine print. They will look for any way to screw you out of the warranty! Rapid or irregular wear is one of the things they don't cover, which is of course your fault for driving your car. Or maybe it was just my fault for buying tires at Costco instead of Discount Tire where I always have in the past! read more

The Cave Creek Road Phoenix Costco always does an outstanding job. Nathan the front end manager works quite hard and manages his employees well. Amy is very outgoing and genuine. Her co worker who I don't know her name (sorry) does a magnificent job at supporting Amy's team. They have a good team. $133 for prescription readers. I have astigmatism. This cost is Less than half of the quote I was given at the eye doctors office. My insurance covered the exam but glasses were going to be $279. No thanks! Costco accepted my prescription on a Monday after a 7 minute wait. During this wait I watched three techs serve three customers patiently and compassionately. The woman who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. She corrected her initial quote to me by offering a cheaper pair but stating that the lens would be slightly heavier. I decided to splurge the extra $ 22 for my first pair of readers. Welcome to my late 40's. The glasses were ready that following Friday. The man who delivered them was super conscientious about explaining to me that there would be an adjustment period and to ease into wearing them. I was so glad that he mentioned this with such sincerity as hours later I knew what he meant. The glasses are gorgeous. They look designer; maybe they are. Who cares?! One more reason to love Costco. read more

I LOVE COSTCO. I think their gas prices are much more reasonable than other places. This Costco's parking lot is not a mad house and I always luck out with a really good parking spot. I don't really come here for the samples, I really come here for their quality products and their return policy. I do wish that they have more organic products (veggies and meat). Their prices for organic chicken is better than other grocery stores. I don't use their pharmacy because I find their operating times inconvenient. I don't use their eye care section because they don't take vision insurance. If you're going to purchase a large ticket item (i.e., a TV), go to their Scottsdale location, the tax is slightly lower. Overall, I really like this location, i love their products and I am a big fan. read more

Love Costco... Shop there 2 or 3 times a month. Love that they try to keep costs low to give value, without sacrificing quality, for customers for merchandise and gas. Great rotisserie chicken, meats and veggies. I don't get lots of fruit there, better prices at grocery store can usually be found. read more
