I actually really do like the simplicity of the internet service they offer because it is one little square cube that you plug into the wall and plug into your TV and you are good to go. I really like that because I am not computer savvy whatsoever so I didn't have to put one wire here one wire there give my blood in the first born child like all the other services. Now the problem that I had which took me almost 10 hours to figure out (yes don't laugh because I already said I am not by any means computer savvy) when trying to pay your bill online for strictly internet when it asks for your mobile phone number IT IS NOT your actual personal mobile number it is a phone number with a local area code that is attached to the box! It is not your phone number that you used to set up the account but a phone number that is assigned to your internet service. It was driving me insane because it kept telling me my information was wrong so I started pressing the little? Icon trying to figure out what on Earth they meant by my information not being correct because I do know my information lol. That is when I discovered that what they consider your " MOBILE" VERIZON NUMBER is actually the phone number that is on the back of the box. Just wanted to give people a heads up about this to save possible headaches and frustration when paying your bill.

    Wow what a bad service experience! My brother and I walked…read morein on Black Friday thinking it might be super busy. It was pretty empty so it seemed we would be helped quickly. There were only 2 customers in the store. 2 of the four employees were assisting the 2 people that were together. As we walked in, one of the employees who was assisting the 2 people said he'd be right with us. "Hmm. Odd, why can't 2 of the other employees help us," I thought to myself. We waited a minute and one of the other 2 employees begrudgingly said, "I can help you.' As if we were inconveniencing him. He was not friendly just a plain robot. Not cheerful or pleasant. How about being more customer-service oriented. "Hi how are you today?" He proceeded to help my brother. My brother let him know he was looking for a newer phone. He looked at his phone and said in a rude voice, "Yeah, this is really old!" Ok maybe a 5 year old Phone is old for most tech gadgets but the way he said it, was very condescending. Ouch! He then pointed my brother to the newer version of his current phone and told him his new bill would be $100/month. Hmm my brother doesn't use it for social media, mostly for necessity of having a phone for an emergency. I have Verizon, and they've always asked me more detailed questions, to get me on the right plan. When I voiced that I only pay $48 dollars with Verizon and my brother asked about a loyalty discount, the employee immediately said, "You can go to Verizon!" Trying to pull the old sales trick of 'taking away the carrot' so to speak. My brother responded with a resounding, "ok!" And so we did and he got a way better deal at $67 per month. Verizon was so much more helpful and friendly. The name of the employee was Austin. Also we didn't appreciate the other employee following us around with Austin. It was weird. If the employee was being trained, then say something. That was just awkward. Do better.

What should've been a nice seamless process of getting our home WiFi set up, turned into being sold on a wireless phone plan too where they did not follow through with the promises they made regarding their promotions. It's been nearly 2 months since the process began. We had to hunt the representative Marcelo down for him to come grab our old phones which was needed to get the promotions going, meanwhile we were charged for our 3 lines we had with our old provider that Marcelo failed to remove from our account even though we followed up multiple times to get him to remove them. He then ghosted us because going through his paramedic program was more important than also seeing his customers with AT&T through. So we passed the 30 days that they give you to turn in your old phones, EVEN after contacting him plus my husband trying to take our phones to this AT&T store (supposedly they couldn't receive the phones since they're separate entities?). Fast forward... many phone calls, including being transferred around with every department telling me they couldn't help me get these charges removed (charges due to Marcelo's f**k up). 2.5 hours later on the phone a supervisor with the customer service billing dept. said they couldn't remove them because unfortunately those lines had still been connected (again, Marcelo's f**k up), even though they could see no usage had occurred. Marcelo was also scared to talk to his boss about getting them removed, on our behalf, since he was already in hot water due to all of his mistakes with this. Finally when he came out of the woodwork to collect our phones and try to make this right he kept giving every excuse of why he couldn't see this through. His assistant manager Mariah was conveniently on vacation for the next week. He told me many times he'd set reminders to contact his boss Brandon, to contact me, to contact Mariah, and never did he contact me. I had to call him to follow up each time. Our bill is now due tomorrow 6/11 and the charges are still there of course. He didn't answer my phone call yesterday, I couldn't leave a VM as it was full or not set up, so I texted him. Do you think he returned my call or text? Of course not. We're really regretting making the switch to AT&T and still considering switching back to our old carrier. If you want to avoid months of a headache, promise breakers, excuse makers, people who ghost you, a lot of running around and dozens of phone calls trying to advocate for yourself and what they promised, then don't go through this store or the local at-home representatives.

Then I signed in and it took an additional 10 minutes to be helped. I thought this was ridiculous as I just needed to drop off a product and I didn't need to even sign for anything. There were always 2 people at one time. When we got there we were 7th in line when we left there were 17 people waiting. Crazy, not good customer service on the weekend and then not to be able to reduce our bill after waiting so long. You can try calling our corporate office. We constantly get emails to come And we'll give you a loyalty discount to lower your bill so we thought we give it a try. Get this they wanted me to pay $15 for a land line I don't need to reduce my bill by $70 and turn in my two boxes, but in June my bill will go back up again $25. It's a loosing battle. Everyone that goes to AT&T goes right back to spectrum. There is no other alternatives, but to pay the price and I need the internet for my job.

    This is the second time I've visited this AT&T store in the past nine months or so, and…read moreunfortunately both experiences have been the same. The staff just seem like they don't want to be there. They're not enthusiastic about helping, and their tone often comes across as annoyed that they have to deal with customers at all. The service is also very slow when it comes to looking into issues or answering questions. Instead of feeling welcomed or helped, it honestly feels like you're inconveniencing them by being there. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that some days are busier or more stressful than others. But when you work in a customer-facing environment, customers should at least be greeted and made to feel like someone is willing to help them. Both of my experiences here have been unpleasant, and unfortunately I would not recommend coming to this AT&T location.

    It's now March and I'm still dealing with these issues created by Rep at this retail store - an…read moreunauthorised added line and then unauthorised fees. Even tho the Rep showed us a print out of our upgraded two phone lines we did not see the additional unauthorised charges until our Feb bill. Called in to get unauthorised line cancelled and charges credited but Rep stated it takes one billing cycle. No credit applied so calling back AGAIN ! Heed warning - two months later and STILL dealing with it. I DO NOT recommend this store ! Also my iCloud did not sync properly so I get continuous pop ups and would have to delete my iCloud to sync my phone but would lose what's on iCloud now.
