When I have an item that's not right (only a couple of times) they ALWAYS take them back w/ out any hassle. This is my fave warehouse store. ALWAYS CLEAN! Here's a tip tho...make sure you go during the week, it's busy, but less busy than the weekend. I rarely go on weekends anymore, bcuz EVERYONE is there! Love Costco. Excellent deals, the very best rotisserie chickens, great rewards credit card and lots of other reasons to be a member. This Costco location has a very small number of motorized carts. Of the last 5 times I have been (always weekdays around 2p), we have either had to wait for a cart or grabbed the last available cart. Also, if you want your items put into boxes after you check-out, you need to bring the boxes over yourself or ask them to put the items in boxes. If not, the bagger person will just everything in the cart no matter how small. People, they are the kindest service people in retail, Product, constantly introducing new items at a, Price, the average person can afford. Obviously management got the memo, as a customer we have the power too shop any where. I had a SAMS card for several years, nothing wrong with SAMS, in my opinion they just are not COSTCO. I have had A COSTCO CARD for 5 years now, 2 years ago we upgraded to the next level card and as the manager promised it would pay for the membership and it has. Reason for the post is in the last year we have had 2 very interesting things we have watched develop. We shop 2 stores, Lawrenceville & Duluth (we call the mall store) 3-4 times a month. Lawrenceville last year in front of us was the RUDEST SHOPPER, she said it was her husbands card, and her credit card did not work, and it was in her opinion the stores fault. Honestly, this was one of those "YOU SHOULD BOW TO ME WAIT ON MY EVERY NEED" shopper was a JERK. The lady (I DO MEAN LADY) working the register and the man helping her were ROCK STARS. They slayed the DRAGON with service and kindness. They were so polite and did everything but pay for her purchase, and she stormed off. When I got up to the register after a long wait, I chose to wait to see what the DRAGON was up to. I looked at the LADY and stated HOW DARE YOU GIVE THAT PERSON SUCH GREAT SERVICE and we all laughed. DULUTH a very SENIOR CLASSY LADY was having issues with her credit card and she had (aprox $120.00 in grocery items) and only $65.00 in cash. I thought that she was going to cry, she kept apologizing. The Gentleman assisting and the cashier told her THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM, they apologized too those of us in line and turned their attention back to the Elderly Lady.. They asked what she was fixing for dinner, and rang that up, what's for tomorrow, they pulled that out and rang it up. They asked if there was anything else she would need for the next few days, and rang those items up. The register dude said that will give you a few days too get your credit card fixed. She offered to put the other items back and the assistant said "I GOT YOU, MY PLEASURE...SHE LEFT WITH HER DIGNITY IN TACT. I know I am a few years from being that lady. I like this Costco because it is well stock with many items and a variety of them. Compare to other Costcos, this one ranks up there. What I do not like is parking, or lack there of, as it is always crowded. But then, which Costco you go to isn't crowded right. Items at Costco are fresh, popular, and reasonable priced. It is true to say I am a big Costco fan. I bought house recently and their furnitures appear to be good quality and reasonable priced, but the worst part is it's not that attractive looking. Mattress from Costco is good. Fresh food is great. Clothings are so so. Service is fantastic. read more

Also, what a great place to shop during the holidays! Tons of limited run gifts items and toys. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Its SO crowded on the weekends. The aisles are big, but some of the main traffic needs to be diverted to additional areas. Clean, friendly and well stocked. Location: This is probably my least favorite Costco to go to, primarily because of its location. It's in the urban sprawl known as "the mall of Georgia retail space". Traffic is almost always a nightmare here. This is the only star deduction. Selection: As with most Costco's, there is great selection, great prices, and great quantity with everything. Their gourmet cheese selection is second only to the John's Creek location. They always seem to have great gardening supplies and (when in season) a fantastic plant selection. Clothing is seasonal and always a great value. Value for money: Costco always has great value for money. I buy many things here because of the incredible value or for the warranty (Costco's is second to none) or both. Membership is relatively inexpensive at $55. Summary: A chain shopping store isn't something that I normally review, but Costco is the exception for me. I am a converted Sam's club member for the most part. I happened to become a Costco member from a Groupon special they were running last year. My family and I come in to this location probably twice a month. I'm guessing people have the same idea as us and come in during the weekend. If you do, parking gets pretty hectic along with getting in and out of the parking lot. Once you're in though, there seems like plenty of room to maneuver your shopping cart amongst the patrons. Probably the most fun part of the shopping trip are the samples. Costco goes all out on the samples breaking out everything and anything you could imagine. Costco is Great! It is especially great for those people who have larger families, as everything comes in bulk. Although, this is one of those locations that is quite busy, it is also the most convenient for me. (being located near the mall of georgia brings in a lot of traffic). I come here often enough to know that if you come early, you can typically beat the crowd. In addition, if you are hungry, there are a lot of 'vendors' here which will allow you to sample their foods. My kids like to come here to sample off of the foods too!! but if you are not a fan of the samples, they have a very cheap food court offering hotdogs, sausages, pizza as well as other great items. Costco Eyewatch Eyecare & Associates I was looking for an eye exam ONLY, and made sure the front desk at Dr. Kunle Oluwadare office was aware IN WRITING. Beware, as they will try to forcibly up-sell you. I went for an exam, was explicit about NOT needing CONTACTS- just the $80 glasses prescription. The Doctor, who was very kind and professional, gave me a pair of free contacts "to try". How nice, right? Nope. I go to pay the $80 exam, wearing the promotional pair of contacts as I leave, and am told by the black woman working the desk, to pay for an extra $60 contacts exam that I had DECLINED IN WRITING. She argued with me, acted like I was stealing or something, and then told me to REMOVE THE CONTACTS right there in the lobby and leave. I was caught very off guard by this unprofessional person, and would not, unless she is fired, suggest anyone utilize this office. Again, the Doctor was a gentleman, but the lack of intelligence on his staffs behalf, is appalling. She is a disgusting human, and should be fired for her incompetence, terrible customer/patient service, and inability to manage medical information. Really poor experience. Zero Stars. read more

But They let us wait 10 minutes because " WE JUST BUY 1 PACKET WATER" after that he call manager come to check that's not big deal but I don't like . I never have like that before. I went Costco 1000000... at Duluth this is my first time want to try to go Costco near Mall of Georgia. But they don't professional. And so I never come back again here. I know I'm in the minority on this one. But I don't get the appeal of this place. I went in to get a membership but after looking around for at least an hour, couldn't find anything worth buying. I don't get the layout either. There's just stuff all over the place with no real rhyme or reason to the placement of product. I went back to the desk and canceled the membership. On a bright note, the woman who signed me up and then subsequently cancelled the membership was super nice although no one else in the place seemed anxious to acknowledge anyone. This was my first time going to this location. And I have to say I do like it more than the Duluth location. The parking lot could be a a better situation, seems like it's one way in and one way out. Or I just didn't see a clear path because of the holiday rush. Inside is pretty much the basic set up of Costco, I miss the food samples though but we all know this is because of Covid that it's not possible. Meat selection was amazing and perfect. Everyone that works there was pretty helpful and polite. WhT was new for me though was the food kiosks where the oh so lovely pizza and hotdogs live. It didn't seem anymore convenient that you could ring up yourself and wait for them to call your number . My pizza took about 30 mins to get to me. It was ok though patience is a virtue and I knew they had been working pretty hard during the holidays so I waited. Above all Costco is cool and I love it. read more

This Costco was the worst experience I have ever had in Georgia! Every time I go to this particular Costco, I always get the feeling that the people working there dislike Asian people. Yes I am Asian and today I went shopping here with my family, the cashier, Ruthy, was very rude and mocked my sister when she pointed out to her that she had scanned the toliet tissue twice and Ruthy also rolled her eyes at her. My sister hadn't noticed but my little brother noticed and he told me about this. I felt really annoyed that everytime we do shop here, we always get the worst service ever! Is it because we're Asian?? I felt like the people here are racists, know why?? Because it seems like the workers are only smiling and being friendly towards the Americans. This bothers me a lot! I hope in the future they correct this problem. So I took off two stars. Also, my uncle pre-ordered two pizzas and the cashier, Miranda wasn't very nice. She gave us one that was cold and the other one was hot. She gave the American customer our hot pizza that came out first, then she gave us the cold one. She didn't greet, smile or made friendly gesture to my uncle. The customer service here was TERRIBLE! Minus one star for the pizza place in Costco. I've been a huge fan of Costco ever since my old roomie in L.A. introduced me to the warehouse store about 8 years ago. Although I don't shop here as frequently as I would like to, there are several items that I like to buy specifically from Costco. One of my favorite things to get from Costco is the Ling Ling Potstickers (Chicken & Vegetable Dumplings). These delicious potstickers can be found in the frozen section, and they are available in resealable 4.2 lb. bags. They're free of MSG and preservatives, and I actually like them better than some of the frozen "mandoo" (dumplings) found in Korean grocery stores! Each bag comes with two sauce packets. The sauce is slightly sweet and soy sauce-based, which you thaw and enjoy with your steamed or fried potstickers. So good! I highly recommend these! I also like getting Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pies from Costco. Since you buy them in bulk, they're significantly cheaper than buying the yummy, individual pot pies at regular grocery stores. Costco's store brand, Kirkland Signature, is pretty awesome! I'm specifically a fan of their Bath Tissue (toilet paper) and recall how much I used to buy when I had three roommates in college. Unlike other grocery store brand toilet paper, Kirkland Signature's Bath Tissue is quality toilet paper. I love that Costco offers free samples of some of their food items and drinks! The employees offering samples are usually very friendly and inviting, which is always appreciated. Last but not least, I *HEART* Costco's "food court," for lack of a better term. (TIP: You DON'T have to have a Costco membership to eat here!) Although I realize it's not the best quality food for your body, it's super cheap. For example, it's only $1.50 for a hot dog and fountain drink or $1.99 for a (large!) slice of pizza. Awesome stuff. Love it! Overall, this Costco gets 4 stars for it's good selection of quality, affordable bulk purchase items and cheap, quick, and yummy fast food options. I knocked off a star because I have encountered a few employees who have been less than friendly. This is my favorite location, not because it is the closest but it offers much more. Frankly it is not as crowded as Duluth, it is cleaner, and the associates with the exception of one are very friendly. For the most part I always get what I need as being a bulk store they may have a large inventory until sold, not to get it again situations. Been able to get to know some of the folks working there over the few years since it opened. Some great cashiers, door guys, a couple of prior service Airborne Brothers, and the nice women serving the high calorie goodies. Another plus at Costco is the Hot Dogs (which I am not allowed to have anymore) and the ice cream at the little food court. read more

When I go to costco I normally buy the things on sale that have some additional off and that's when I'm sure it should be cheaper than getting it at Walmart. The service is very friendly whenever I needed it. The truth is (and i'm sure other people have done it) I have come here just to eat before. A cheap lunch or dinner with no need to buy anything. I LOVEEE the food. It's cheap and it's good. The turkey provolone sandwich is a little more expensive but it tastes like the same sandwich you'd get at Panera but cheaper. I went with a friend last week to check them (Costco) out and wasn't impressed at all. In comparison with another bulk retailer in the area, I found that their membership is more expensive, their prices on several items cost more, and they don't offer earlier hours for business/plus memberships either. They do have a vast selection of organic items, but seeing as how I'm not much into organic foods, that's not a benefit for me. Also, getting in and out of their parking lot is a nightmare!
