He did the oil change and I really appreciated that he didn't try to charge me or sell me on something unnecessary at all when I took my car to the dealer next day, they confirmed there was an oil pan leak and they fixed it. Fast forward a few years later and I call them to get a quote on a service and they refuse to give me a quote unless I bring it to pay and diagnose saying it could cost "4 or 5 times more than I expected". Every single other shop I called didn't even do that, clearly it must be to gouge on the cost once your car is already in their possession or else they would have nothing to hide. Total bill for the oil change was $96.36!!! FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE!! They took off $52.80 for their part They charged $11.90/qt for the synthetic oil (Mobil 1, 0w20). No credit for the 5 qts of regular oil they did not use. I want to sell this guys their oil! Not a good deal, not value for money. They will never see me again.
