Great little place for drinks! Awesome cocktail list! Bartender was super nice! Would recommend if looking for a drink.

Great small bar. Great drinks. Great service. Free popcorn. What more do you need? Love the atmosphere.

My favorite bar in Bar Harbor! Outstanding craft cocktails and a solid bourbon selection. Small and intimate, a perfect stop especially late at night. Added bonus, an awesome playlist.

Very fun, busy local pub! We came here for pre-dinner cocktails and were pleasantly surprised. It is a small space but we lucked out with getting 2 seats at the end of the bar. The bartender was very friendly and although busy still made time to chat with us and consistently ask us if we needed anything! We ordered two specifically cocktails including the bees knees and the watermelon basil smash! Both were incredible. I would highly recommend coming here if you have time to kill before or after dinner. Popcorn was very good as well.

Might be my favorite bar of Bar Harbor. Quaint dive-ish bar right off the street with a friendly bartender and great music. I didn't eat but great cocktails! Free, good, salty, popcorn that makes you drink more!

This was our groups favorite bar while visiting Bar Harbor. Only downside it's very small so it fills up fast. Cute table that opens to the outside for great people watching. The cocktail menu was impressive and they tasted just as good!

You want to know what MAKES this bar? It's twofold. It's Tessa the badass bartender and the incredible drink list. This place is a must if you are looking for unique drinks, humor, the local vibe, and just an incredible experience. Couldn't possibly recommend this place more, but only if you appreciate sarcasm, wit, and have a sense of humor. Boring need not apply.

The inside was cozy and rustic with a clear fisherman's vibe. My wife and I ate here for our 15th wedding anniversary while on vacation in Acadia. We started with the fisherman's chowder, which is probably the best chowder I've ever had. It wasn't too salty (which is almost unheard of) and came with tons of lobster and other seafood. We both devoured it. The only problem was trying to make sure that you didn't burn your mouth because it was so good you didn't want to wait to eat it. I got the tuna and green bean casserole while my wife got the pasta bolognese. Both were good, but the tuna really stood out. It was seared, sushi-grade, blackened tuna over chopped green beans that weren't in any way over-cooked with a small pea-shoot salad. The name didn't do the dish any justice. We also had a few decent local beers in cans, which both paired well and were yummy.

Someone also brought their dog in (super well behaved service dog so this is not a knock). No outdoor seating. Food 5/5 I didn't test the seafood but Uncle Bob did! He was originally going to get this cod special covered in lobster sauce but opted for something lighter.. or at least he thought! When I got the Most Interesting Reuben in the world (which was a Cuban Reuben, corned beef plus tender pork and ham), he opted to get a LOBSTER Rueben. The lobster was falling out of this thing - think it was a full ass lobster. 5/5 The most interesting Rueben was quite good. To give it a 4 would be dishonest. Side salad with vinegarette was good too. 5/5 I don't want to like this place but the food was excellent, as was our welcome. Can't give anything other than 5 stars for that. Totally unrelated but we saw a river otter crossing the road in Stonington after our visit. It jumped into the ocean and caught an eel!

Service lacked attention to detail, especially given how quiet the restaurant was. Glasses arrived spotty, flatware mismatched, and a $14 glass of wine smelled strongly of chlorine. No plates were offered for a shared appetizer, and there was no salt and pepper on the table--we had to ask for both. The food did not justify the price. The Caesar salad was far from authentic--soggy, overdressed, and heavy on vinegar. The steak had a significant amount of gristle, and the mushroom/beef gravy had the taste and texture of a commercial product rather than something house-made. Fries were overdone and served in a very small portion. Most concerning, all four of us experienced stomach discomfort and digestive distress within a short time after the meal. For what we paid, we expected much better. This visit was a major disappointment.
