Everything was awesome. I had a ribeye, hubby had a porterhouse. We shared an order of crab cakes, whipped potatoes and asparagus with hollandaise sauce. They gave us a delicious chocolate dessert for our anniversary. Sue was delightful and such an awesome server. read more

First off staff and waitress was amazing. We sat there for two hours. The steak was tough and crusted in salt. I myself am a pretty good cook. I honestly would rather have had a steam from Texas Roadhouse. Bread was no more than Hawaiian Rolls. The back potatoes the best part of the meal. Oysters were so small you couldn't see them in the shell. I will say service was amazing. The ambience was nice. I hate leaving bad reviews. read more

For someone that only ordered bread and an Old Fashioned, you might think I have little to offer but that wouldn't be the case (this can happen). Anyway.... I sat at the bar and ordered an Old Fashioned because the Old Fashioned at the Center Bar in the casino was mostly ice and more expensive. And the personality of the staff here seemed to be much better. This makes sense because it's a more laidback atmosphere whereas the bartenders at the Center Bar must constantly serve people from the casino and it's a bit more hectic. Whatever the case may be, this was a better vibe with a much better drink at a slightly lower price. It's an easy value win! And you get better company and bread. The bread looks like it suffered from a hernia but it's fine. As far as the food at this establishment, I can't help you much on that one. I wasn't hungry at the time. I can only base my rating and review on my experiences. Btw, I don't play anything--not even poker anymore (since July of last year). I just walk around. An odd set of circumstances and chain of events led me here. It was a necessary trip. read more

This is the premier steak house inside the Hard Rock Casino.. it's pricey but it's worth it. I ordered the pork chop and it was about two inches thick and cooked to perfection. My wife ordered the ribs and they were delicious as well. Our friend ordered a steak but the first one was not cooked to her liking so they madd her a new one with no fuss. The staff here are second to none. Our waitress was amazing and answered all my wife's numerous questions. The restaurant itself is very modern and very clean. It's expensive but it is worth it..... highly recommended read more

Second time here. Service is great. Food is unremarkable & lackluster (from so-so French onion soup, grilled octopus w/ whole Marcona almonds thrown on top of a non sequitur sauce,to the completely inedible overly,salted mushroom side, to hum-drum Halibut & Branzino.) Fine dinning should be, other level, but this falls short. Hard to pinpoint, what it is (recipes, the cooking or cutting corners?) No plans to go back. We'd rather go have Pho. Pricey, but dinner is wonderful and their selection of wine is great. However, their Saturday and Sunday brunch is terrible with the cheapest cuts of meat and no beef! Limited vegetables, if any and their tiny choices of dry pastries and desserts seemed store bought and not freshly made. Definitely not worth the $65 per person. Had an amazing meal for a large group twice this past few weeks. Steaks were excellent. The other seafood and chicken dishes were pretty good but clearly the steaks are the way to go. Appetizers were all fantastic from the crab cakes (true MD style) to the desserts. Drinks and service were also outstanding. Definitely would be back for special occasions and stay overnight for future events even though we are local. read more

Myself and my wife at the Sunday brunch and arrived at 10:30 am. We started with a omlei that was good. I wanted the sirloin steak but it was medium cooked . I asked for medium rare but was told they could not do that. Well That was a big disappointmen! Then went to the fruit station The strawberries were bitter.\nWatermelon was not sweet whatsoever.It was bitter too tasted , like rhine. So I tried the Brown apple red pudding , and it was real good. Then I tried the French toast, and it was okay at best period they've been sitting there for an hour, at least because that's how long we were there and they had not made any new the same way with the pancakes that my wife had the pancakes were old And not very good. Overall of the meal was mediocre at best. That's the reason why I give it a 2 star period if it wasn't for the almost, we had, it would have been a star period we eat all Uber the US and go to a lot of casinos and this had to be the worst breakfast we've ever had Excessive point! It was not worth sixty five dollars per plate and definitely will not be back again and cannot advise anybody to go there for that breakfast buffet , it was terrible at best. To kick it off My wife couldn't even make it out of the building without having to stop the bathroom having diarrhea period I made it about 3 Miles away and I had to pull over at a hotel and go inside and use their bathroom with the same diarrhea period I guess it just goes to show you that not every restaurant that appears to be high class is really high class. read more

The food was delicious. Chef Sarah Addison served us rib eye and pork chops with mushrooms, red cabbage, and mac and cheese. The beet salad was not like any salad you will ever eat. It was different but great. Then the lemon dessert was delicious and just what you need to clean the palate. I almost forgot the octopus appetizer. I've never eaten it before. Another place in the hard rock I wanted to like, but I don't know what is going on there. I got a comp to eat there so I hate to complain, but really. Waiter was incredible, only reason for not a 1 star. Salad was great, service great, dessert was good. Now for the 75 dollar bone in ribeye. First when they bought it out it was really small, about the size of a big pork chop. As I was trying to saw through the steak the waiter came over and ask if it was tough. I said yes it is extremely tough. It tasted ok, but it was extremely tough. After the waiter left the couple beside of me then said their steaks was so tough they sent theirs back also. The steak was like when you buy cheap steaks at a discount store, they taste ok but so tough you can't even chew them. I mean come on, if people are dropping 100 a meal and everyone is complaining about the steaks, choose steaks from a different side of beef obviously there is something wrong with that meat. To be fair the manager did offer me a filet, but I was pretty full from the salad and bread I really didn't want it since it was a comp meal and I planned on going back the floor to gamble . I would have definitely requested my money back if I was paying for the steak. I just don't understand why every restaurant in the casino is so bad. Obviously it is at a higher level than the individual managers and staff since all the restaurants are very bad. read more

Steaks were good but service was horrendous. Had 7:45pm reservations and we were not seated until 8:40. Jonathan, our bartender, was the only good service we had so hats off to him. Once we sat, 1/2 the tables were empty and we never got an explanation from the manager why it took so long but I suspect poor staffing. Our meal came extremely slow and we did not leave the table for another 2 hours. We were a party of 4 and I counted 16 people in the dining room. This place wants to project as a high end steak restaurant that our region desperately needs but they have to improve the service. My bill for my wife and I was nearly $200 and we split our ribeye. I'm fine with paying high end prices but I want high end service. This place does not provide that yet but their prices say otherwise. read more
