My friend and I meet up every couple of months for breakfast, and we decided to try this family-owned restaurant . We both agreed this was probably the best breakfast we ever had. My friend ordered a special consisting of spiral ham, two eggs, home fries, and toast. I had a three-egg, bacon, and cheese omelette with home fries and toast. Portions were huge, and everything was delicious. They have plenty of options on their menu, and our food came out quickly after ordering. The restaurant was immaculate, our server was attentive, friendly, and our coffee cups were never empty.

This place is super comfy and homey. It's clean, cute, and feels like you're eating at someone's house where people actually care. Everyone we interacted with was really kind and our server Qazi was especially wonderful to my girlfriend and I. Great service, great energy, and the food was genuinely good with solid value/deals. We'll be coming back!

Scallops and shrimp were delicious! Dinner for 2 plus leftover for daughters lunch the next day :)

All patrons are pleasantly greeted by mom and daughter every time upon entering! Extremely hard working family that does not go unnoticed. Small town that has few restaurants but great choice and can't go wrong for breakfast or any meal, you can feel the love in all they serve. Whether it's their morning muffins, homemade bread or amazingly fresh seafood, it's a great place to stop if you're a local or passing through the main avenue.

I had to bring home half the quesadilla because it was full of a lot of meat. My husband raved about his boneless short rib entree and mushroom soup. Our server Jessica C was awesome. So friendly and attentive. Can't wait to try other items...everything looked good...it was hard to choose.

Then came this past Thanksgiving weekend where it required traveling on I-84 from Cape Cod to get to Danbury and my mom, sister and I decided to try you out. Now, I am in the dog house because they want to know when the next time that we are going. I had the chicken club and it was absolutely delicious. A huge piece of chicken with plenty of flavor. My sister had the short rib sandwich and was raving about it once we continued our drive saying she was so glad she had it even though she had short ribs herself for dinner the previous night. I don't know if that's an indictment on her cooking or what, but she loved it. The star however was the cod dinner that mom had. It was one of the flakiest and freshest pieces of fish she had ever had. We got a very late start to our trip, so by the time 2:00 came on the Saturday afternoon came, we practically had the whole place to ourselves. The only gripe that we had ( not that we necessarily would have changed anything ) was that we noticed after we ordered that the table next to us got a specials menu and we didn't. It was nice and quiet as our waitress let us have a quiet late lunch and if we were ever in the area ever again, we would make a b-line back to the restaurant.

As we walked in, multiple people were standing in front of the entrance smoking, like within two feet of the door. Immediately turned off. We went in (changed the plan and ended up sitting inside to avoid the smoke) and within ten minutes of us being inside two guys TOTALLY HAMMERED at 5:30 on a Monday start screaming at each other and threatening to smash a glass in the others face, then the wife (?) chimes in and starts calling everyone d!ckheads. Twenty minutes later, the one that started all the trouble was allowed back in. Are you kidding me? This place looks and has the prices of a place where I go and expect to have a nicer place to eat. Then my husband and I got our appetizers and the $13 buffalo egg rolls were empty. Literally. One whole egg roll was just the shell with nothing in it (see photo). We also both ordered medium burgers and both with super pink. The saving grace was the wings and the French fries. That's it. I got the bill only to see after ordering there's an additional fee if you don't pay cash. We don't get to go out often and when we experience something like this, it makes me not want to again. I have never had to leave a restaurant to go get food elsewhere, I brought the rest of my burger home for our dogs. We will never come back - do better.

We stopped in on a Thursday evening, and there was even live music that night. We have heard great things about the wings, and that's what we were here for! We tried five or six flavors and they were all cooked perfectly. Little crisp on the outside but juicy on the inside. My only complaint is that I would've preferred the sauced wings, a little saucier, but I know for next time to just ask for extra sauce. One flavor was on the milder side and wasn't my favorite, but it's also something that my husband picked out and I would not have ordered so we will let that one pass. Lol We did not sit at the bar, but our server was the bartender, and she was very helpful both in giving us information about the history of the family owned restaurant, and about wing sauces and food choices and she even made my husband a martini with blue cheese stuffed olives, even though she said that is not on the menu and no one has asked that before. She was happy to put on a pair of gloves and stuff some olives for him.
